Love this place! From Dr Epstein to his nurse, Erin to Marta in the med spa to my patient coordinator, Jill to the front desk! This is one of the best and most knowledgeable team you will find! I am always amazed at the results I end up leaving with no matter what the treatment may be. If you aren't happy with a result, Dr Epstein will do anything in his magic powers to ensure he makes you happy with what you leave with in the end. My latest treatments have been with Marta. I had a glorious scar on my face from an injury and she basically erased it like it never happened. Doesn't matter what you need done, you cannot go wrong with anything or anyone here. They get the highest rating I could possibly give/ read more

I had a very, very good consultation with Dr. Epstein for an upper and possibly lower blepharoplasty. I have had a previous plastic surgery nightmare concerning my rhinoplasty and then revision with another doctor, so I feel I know a good one when I see one. Dr. Epstein was extremely thorough and spent ONE WHOLE HOUR explaining the procedure in detail and answered all my questions before I could even ask. He was fantastic! He also has a patient coordinator Jill Pearlman who is equally fantastic. They didn't pressure or coerce me or patronize me in any way. I was very, very impressed! The only thing holding me back right now is shitty Bidenomics! It's sad to see how the economy is affecting everything right now, but I will get this done with Dr. Epstein as soon as I can. I highly recommend going to see him if you are contemplating doing anything to your face/body! His prices are competitive and worth it! Plastic surgery is not the place to skimp! I know from experience. Good luck! read more

From start to finish, the entire experience was 10/10! I first met client coordinator Jill; she was personable and kind. Next was Dr. Epstein, who is everything you would want your plastic surgeon to be confident, calm, and humble. He got excited talking about cartilage; now that's the guy you want doing your nose! His nurse Erin was wonderful as well. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I look like myself, only refined, and that is very hard to do, in my opinion! read more

I had my lips done in this ordination two months ago and I was very happy with results so I decided to do 1 mml more. I made appointment, first available was for today at 8 AM, had to fill out everything online before I came in, which was the same questioner like before. I came in, the lady asked me for my vaccination card. I gave it to her, she looked at me and said "Oh, you're not fully vaccinated, I don't know if you can stay here, you just have J&J shot"! Wow! Nobody told me that I have to be fully vaccinated or I need negative PCR test, which I would brought!!! She came back with Dr. Epstein who told me that he is sorry! OMG!!! I had to drive for half an hour and to get up early and they told me I can't stay! And the lady told me that in order to do my lips I have to put my mask down (OH, REALLY?! I didn't know that!). I mean, she has her mask on and plus she is fully vaccinated and she is still afraid for her life! Then, stop working! Don't go out of your house if that's the case, bc, I have news for you, fully vaccinated people still get the covid and transmit it!!! I am so disappointed, this is not the way how you treat your customers!! Plus, first time, only 2 months ago, nobody asked me for vaccination card! What is the difference now?! I had PCR test last week for another treatment and if they asked me to do one for this appointment I would do it with no problem!! But coming at 8am for appointment to hear that I can not stay in the office was not pleasant! Degree means nothing, they don't know how to treat customers and how to run business!! I am not writing this for free treatment, I told that in the Dr's face! I don't need free stuff! I came to do my treatment and pay for it!!! Now in order to do extra filler I will have to dissolve this one, bc non of the ordination will take me with filler that somebody else did it! This is such a disappointment! read more

This is my other home! I love all the ladies there and I feel refreshed when walking out after my treatment. Edyta has such gentle hands I barely notice when she is waxing and taking my blackheads out. Will always recommend this place whenever I have the chance! read more

I can't thank Dr. Epstein enough for the beautiful work he has done on my face. I did my upper and lower eyes, upper lip and the laser peel. What a difference it has made in my appearance. The surgery was on April 28. I'm feeling great, look younger and very happy with the results. Still healing, it takes time, but no one would notice. The complexion is clear and youthful, my eyes have opened up and the whole face is softer. Erin, Dr. Epstein's nurse was wonderful. Any questions I had were immediately answered. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Great team!! Thank you again. So thrilled!! Susan Kremin read more

I was extremely nervous to get my nose done, I was worried if it wasn't going to look natural or if the surgery would go well. After I met with Dr. Epstein and his nurses I felt more comfortable right away. I will never do another plastic surgery with any other surgeon. He is absolutely amazing and the staff made me feel like family :) I 100% recommend. read more

I am almost 1-month post-op from a rhinoplasty with Dr. Epstein and I could not be happier with the results. Starting from the consult, I was so impressed with how he took the time to educate and explain to me the details of the surgery. I felt like he knew exactly what my face needed and had incredible bedside manner. His PCC, Jill, guided me throughout the whole process and made me feel so heard and comfortable. On the day of surgery, I was made to feel so at ease thanks to nurse Erin and the rest of the team. The recovery process has been easy and painless. I am so glad I chose Dr. Epstein and his amazing staff. I am absolutely in love with my new nose! read more

I first visited MAE Plastic Surgery because my face had significant redness from 10+ years ago. Immediately upon examining my face, Editya Mitera identified the redness as acne scarring and recommended a few treatments of fractora. While it is not inexpensive it was definitely worth it. My skin has not been better since I was 15 years old (before I had acne), and now I am 28. I have done just two treatments and the redness has already been reduced by at least 70%. I don't even have to wear makeup anymore, and that was never an option in the past. In addition, Editya has recommended great products for my face (moisturizer, SPF, cleanser) that result in zero breakouts. She is extremely knowledgeable and also a great person, as she always makes me feel comfortable and that I am getting the best care possible. Would highly recommend. read more

Marta is amazing! I went in for laser hair removal and after the first session I'm 90% hair free. I might actually do other areas now that I know how effective it can be when done right. read more

Love the staff at MAE/Transcend, they are extremely helpful, friendly, and comforting (especially if you have nerves going into procedures like me)! I see Melissa for my injectables and Edyta for all facials/skin treatments. Everyone on the team is super knowledgeable and works together to keep you feeling young, fresh, and beautiful! Definitely one of the most knowledgeable teams you will find. I am amazed with my results every time and have recommended both to tons of my friends and family. :) read more

I can't say enough good things about the med spa at MAE! I have seen Edyta and Marta for almost 20 years and they are amazing. Edyta transforms my skin and makes me love my face! She has been begging me for years to try laser hair treatments and I was too nervous about pain. Well I finally caved and as usual, I should have listened to her because she was right! I'm so beyond happy with the results. I feel fantastic after every appointment with her. I can honestly say that my skin looks better now at 41, than it did in my 30's, thanks to Edyta and her excellent work and products!! read more

Everyone at this office makes you feel special and welcome. It can be both exciting and daunting to embark on plastic surgery but Dr Epstein and his staff are really invested in you. read more

What a wonderful experience I've had through the entire process of my breast augmentation. The staff at Mae plastic surgery went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed, comfortable and prepared for each step in this process. They took amazing care during the procedure and during my healing process. I'm currently 3 months post op and love my results. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Dr. Epstein and his staff at Mae Plastic Surgery would be my only choice going forward! Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could! read more

I've been going to MAE for years now seeing Edyta. She really knows my skin and the proactive treatments I need to keep me looking fresh and young. She never oversells me and is very knowledgeable on all the treatments the spa offers. She puts forth a plan for your skin goals and there is a treatment for every skin type for any kind of improvement. Edyta is very dedicated, sweet, and attentive. I enjoy seeing her and and the after effects speak for themselves! The office is very pleasant and timely! Every appointment is an enjoyable one from beginning to end. read more

I would not recommend this place. They charge more because they are suppose to be more experienced. I can only speak for Maureen. May as well just thrown $500 into the wind as I looked the same before and after Restylane Defyne to even out lips and erase lines above lips. Had to go back twice to have her squeeze liquid building up which was making my lip sore. In the end it came down to her and I looking at the before and after with her insisting that it worked and me insisting I see no difference. Check out Angelika @ New Look Laser instead! read more

Maureen is the best. She will tell you honestly what you should do whether it's Botox, dysport or a filler to help you look your best. She doesn't have a heavy hand nor does she ever give an unnatural look. I appreciate knowing that she isn't trying to over sell a product just for revenue. She is highly trained - she knows what she's doing. I wouldn't ever go to anyone else. read more

From the moment you walk into Dr. Epsteins office you feel like this is right! The kindness of the staff and comfort of the office made me feel very relaxed and excited that I knew I was going to get the best services here, that anyone can ask for, and as it turns out I got above and beyond what I came in for. Dr Epstein is so very talented and his staff, is equally as good in their fields. I never had any doubts. I feel like they understand their patients needs and treat you like part of the family. I highly recommend any of the services they offer, from surgeries to injectables to products. You cannot find a better doctor around! read more

Since the moment I met Dr. Gutowski, I had a wonderful feeling of comfort. As a matter of fact, when I was inquiring about a consultation with his office, he emailed me personally within one hour of submitting my request. This already had left an impression on me without even consulting with him. Then, the day of the consultation, he had a gentle and warm smile that made me feel at ease and very comfortable with him. I left his office feeling less scared and nervous about the procedure because he explained the entire process with calmness, a sincere tone, and he used state-of-the art equipment to show me what I would look like with the implants of my choice. He also answered all of my questions I had that day. He is genuine and honest. He was the only doctor out of five that I consulted with that actually took measurements properly during the consultation and gave me his best professional opinion on what could be done realistically without increasing my risks of a breast augmentation. He used a variety of tools to measure my breasts and wrote the measurements down unlike other doctors that just looked at me and estimated! One doctor just looked at me and practically laughed and said no more than 180CC because my breasts were too small to begin with. At MAE plastic surgery they used top-notch equipment to show you what a certain size implant would look like. His staff were also very, very friendly. Each time I went in I was greeted nicely and they were always on time! The actual procedure was cake and their nurse Erin is amazing as well! They really do take care of you and accommodate you. I highly recommend Dr. Gutowski and his team at MAE Plastic Surgery. My only regret is waiting years to do this procedure I've been wanting since 18! But then again with Dr. G at MAE, it was worth the wait and I'm one happy woman with 32DD!! read more

My experience at MAE Plastic Surgery was exceptional from start to finish. My patient care coordinator, Jill, was very friendly and helpful. She helped to alleviate any anxiety I had about my procedure and told me exactly what I could expect. The staff was also very accommodating to my scheduling needs (as I was out-of-state in the months leading up to my surgery). Dr. Epstein is incredibly professional, respectful and attentive. Himself and the rest of the surgery staff did a great job making me comfortable on surgery day and the follow up care has been outstanding as well. I would highly recommend this practice to anybody interested in any cosmetic procedure. read more

I can not say enough amazing things about Dr. Epstein. From the moment he walks into the room you feel at ease. From the beginning I knew he was the one. In my consultation he went over everything. He took about 30 minutes and explained the whole process of why things work better this way and they don't work so good another way. How the surgery goes from first cut to last stitch. Then after all of that he did an examination. I just love how he took his time. I was not just another patient, I was his only patient. At least that's how I felt! I love his nurse Erin, she is amazing and makes you feel just like you are about to go through this process with your best girlfriend! Who doesn't want an amazing friend to hold your hand? You would be missing out on the best plastic surgery team if you didn't stop by MAE Plastic Surgery! I miss them already! Thank you so much to the amazing team and for making me feel so confident in myself again! read more
