had an extremely negative and frankly alarming experience with the receptionist named Mickey. Her behavior was outright rude and aggressive - she constantly interruptedd me, raised her voice, and spoke in a dismissive, condescending tone throughout the entire call. It was clear she has no understanding of basic professionalism or how to communicate with patients respectfully. What made this even more concerning is that she proceeded to collect an excessive amount of sensitive personal information, including my full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and and detailed insurance information - only to abruptly demand my credit card number at the end, without any proper explanation or transparency. This felt highly inappropriate and raised serious concerns about privacy and security. I was left with multiple unanswered questions, but after being treated this way, I genuinely feel uncomfortable and hesitant to call back. No one should feel intimidated or disrespected simply for trying to get information. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the entire office. $250 for a blepharoplasty consultation to start. Read reviews of people saying he said a bleph would be needed along with a brow lift. When I met with the fiance lady after my consult she was throwing out all these terms I haven't even heard off along with 3 different prices. 7K for the bleph, 8500k for that with a brow pexy and then 9500k for those 2 and a forehead elevation. Im like what is a brow pexy? The doctor never even discussed that. It was overwhelming to say the least. I asked about financing and she sent me a link to see if I would get approved and I felt pressured to do it. Then when she asked about booking I said I would call if I decided to go through with it and her demeanor changed like she wasn't happy that I didn't book right there and then. She said if I book in a week the $250 would come off of the bill. I had another consultation and they were shocked at the price...theirs is 3-3500K for the bleph. I should have trusted my gut reading the reviews and the pressure to get a brow lift...would have saved me from wasting $250. read more

Follow up to my earlier 1 star review. As I stated, Dr Tresley's office charged my credit card on file without my knowledge. I disputed the charge on my credit card and am waiting to get a response. In the meantime, I have made an appt with a new plastic surgeon to have him fix my left eye, that now has a fold in it due to the original ptosis surgery. What started as his office telling me, "This is so easy, just a couple stitches, Dr Tresley stands by his work etc..." resulted in a second ptosis surgery and now a third surgery to fix the original eyelid that looks terrible. Not once did Dr Tresley say, this is not how I hoped it would turn out. I'm sorry this did not go well. Nothing. He is a narcissist and a male chauvinist and most definitely does not stand behind his work. Run...don't walk. This doctor is a Narcissist. I had upper eyelid skin removal and "supposedly" eyebrow lift. He screwed something up, and, I am now cross eyed. He tried to "fix" it by shooting something between my eye and nose, and, it hurt so bad, I actually screamed. He told the nurse to close the door. He injected a second time, and, it was just as bad. The procedure was completely painless. To my surprise local anesthesia is completely safe and provides perfect amount of relaxation and pain relief. The reason for my appointment with Dr Tresley was for an opinion( not a procedure) as my left eye was continuously tearing because of a plugged tear duct. The nurse took a detailed history before the Dr came in. I told her that I came for an opinion about my options, as my ophthalmologist suggested that I see an oculoplastic surgeon. Dr Tresley was running an hour late and was very curt when he came in. Although I had seen him years ago, he never addressed me and asked the nurse to summarize her history. He looked at my eye quickly and said he had time to do the lesser of the two procedures. He explained that he needed to open the upper duct that was partially closed, and if that worked, he might not need to do the more difficult lower duct which was completely closed. I asked how much pain and swelling was involved and that I could come back as he was running late. He claimed the procedure would only take about 3 minutes and the swelling would only last about an hour. (It took about 20 min). He also said that there would be no pain after the anesthesia was administered. After he gave me the anesthesia and began to work, (my eyes were closed so I didn't know when he was actually starting. I immediately said he was really hurting me and perhaps the anesthetic wasn't working yet or wasn't strong enough. (I believe he was too rushed to wait for the anesthesia to work and never wasted his time testing before beginning to work) I was actually screaming. I was given NO post op instructions and he had no time to answer my questions but offered that the nurse was available for that purpose When I got home and looked in the mirror about an hour later, my eye was swollen and distorted and black and blue. My eye was still swollen and painful, so I called at 10PM and got his answering service. They said they would call him immediately and he ALWAYS answered his calls. I CALLED AGAIN AT 11:20 and the service said they could not reach him and NO, there was no covering Dr. I called and spoke to the office manager the next morning (Aline, I believe) and sent her the picture she asked for. He was not available to come to the phone. I believe that Dr Tresley chose to do the surgery immediately, as he prefers to do surgery and an office appt was not as remunerative. He did this, assuming that he would not run into any complications from the procedure and it would go smoothly. It did not. The fact that he DID NOT ANSWER MY CALL AND HAD NO COVERING DR. My experience with Dr. Tresley and his staff was nothing but amazing. I found him thoughtful, professional and he made some suggestions that took years off my face. I could not be more pleased with the results. I had upper and lower lids done and a brow lift. So, my surgery was extensive. His surgical coordinators were so helpful that I even sent flowers to thank them for their personal attention and how much they cared about helping me in every stage of care from consultation through aftercare. I would highly recommend him. I interviewed three doctors before deciding on Dr. Tresley and I'm so glad I did. I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Tresley. I have to note, though, that Robin on his staff was kind, helpful, and considerate, and most of the staff did their best to be helpful. I went to Dr. Tresley because of excess eyelid skin "hooding" my eyelids and not allowing me to open my eyes fully. I wanted blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin. He convinced me that I would not be happy if he didn't also do the brow pex to raise the eyebrow up higher. I reluctantly agreed. He explained there would be bruising, but that it would resolve in a few days, and the scarring would be minimal - only a thin white line eventually (which is what I've seen on other women who had it). He and his assistant said he does these surgeries all day every week, so he is very accomplished and experienced and my results would be great. During the surgery, Dr. Tresley was chatting with me and his assistant, asking my political views and what I thought of the president. Very disturbing - both to talk about controversial topics like that while he's working on my eyes, and that it didn't seem he was concentrating very hard on the surgery. Afterwards the bruising and bleeding was awful, despite following every single instruction - sleeping semi-upright in a recliner for days, fulltime job of first icing and then heating, keeping the scars moist at all times, taking the pricey meds they said would help healing and minimize scarring. But I looked worse than a boxer who was in a fight. I uploaded a picture of one eye at 3 days, with actual blood sacs under my eye. No way I could go anywhere for more than a week. When the stitching was removed - and it was just one long piece of thread that ran all along the incision from inside corner to outside - my scars were quite prominent and rope-like. They told me it was "my job" to flatten the scars by pushing them hard against the orbital bones at least 10 times a day, spending several minutes each time and working my ways down the entire length of the scar. Why was it "my job" to flatten scars instead of "his job" to so carefully stitch up the incision that there wasn't much scarring there in the first place? Still, I again faithfully did everything they asked, and after a couple of weeks I even added ScarAway gel to the regimen, all in an effort to minimize the scars. It was a futile effort. At 4 months I had a follow-up appointment with big complaints - 1. the scars in the crease of my eye were still rope-like and noticeable, even with make-up on, and the scars get wider and more prominent right by my nose where they can definitely be seen. (Side note: I saw another woman in the waiting room who also had the thick scars, especially by her nose, so it's not just me.) 2. The brow operation not only didn't raise my eyebrows at all, it LOWERED them. In fact, although my eyes were definitely more open and taking the skin out made a positive difference, there is still skin laying on my eyelid because the brows are too low. 3. There is now a definite diagonal crease or fold in one eyelid that wasn't there before. The overall effect is that yes, my eyes are more open, but I look intense or even angry a lot of the time because of the low, prominent brows, plus I have these noticeable scars for life. They'll get whiter over time, as scars do, but then I worry that they'll be even more noticeable, especially near my nose. They are NOT the thin white line I've seen everywhere else. Dr. Tresley's response at my 4-month follow-up was to inject a solution into the worst areas of scarring, telling me that this would soften them right up and flatten them, especially if I worked at pressing the scars hard against the orbital bones. Actually, it's been over a month since the injection and it hasn't made a bit of difference. He also offered to only charge me $350 to do a brow operation that wouldn't totally correct the positioning of my brows but might slightly lift them up, and it would leave me with an additional scar right along my eyebrow. But I am not doing another surgery with him and risking yet another prominent Iscar. I rated him a two instead of a one because my eyes are more open and that is a positive thing. Overall, though, I would never go to or recommend this doctor to anyone, or at least not for eyelid surgery. read more

On July 24/20, Dr Tresley performed a lower lid lift an raised my right eyebrow. I spent the last 2 years thinking about doing this after a friend had a lower lid lift with this office and looks amazing. I didn't like how my eyes looked. I had an initial consultation with Dr Tresley and a few months later went back for more information. Dr Tresley explained how he could help my eyes look better and walked me through the options. I worked with the one of Dr Tresleys professionals ahead of the surgury, Tae. Tae patiently answered all of the detailed questions I came up with after researching the procedure online, seeking answers from Dr Tresley where appropriate. Tae reiterated the risks and addressed my concerns in a professional and warm manner, which I appreciated. Tae made sure I had all my medications and the directions I needed for taking those medications. She gave me a book the office publishes on pre and post operative care. She was thorough. On the morning of surgery, Christine prepared me and made sure I was organized with my medications and that I knew what to do when I got home. The staff was available over the weekend to address my concerns. Tae face timed me to help me take my head dressing off safely. I have had 2 post op visits so far and I know they are there for me as I progress through the healing process. I am confident I will be happy with the results and will continue to work with Dr Tresley and his team in the future. read more

Terrible experience. Took my son to have a stye removed. After being told the procedure was easy the doctor proceeded. The procedure left a scare on the eyelid. Shortly after the eyelashes fell out. They would not see my son after the procedure. I emailed pictures and was told it wasn't their problem. I ended up taking him to a dermatologist that assured us the lashes would grow back it was just due to the trauma of the procedure. Would not see us or help after the procedure. read more

Went today to my oldest son's appointment with 4 young kids (2 of them are active toddlers). Came in time, paid for the appointment and was asked to wait additional 20min for our appointment. We were waiting for an hour and when I got tired of waiting, running after my toddlers and keeping them quite I approached the front desk and asked when we is our turn, I was advised at least for another hour as there are were two emergencies. I was so upset as they saw me really struggling to keep my kids sitting quietly in the small waiting area with other patients. I asked my appointment to be rescheduled which they did very very willingly. They even did not apologize for such a big delay (2hours at least). I felt very frustrated for them not caring to notify me and not apologizing. They have such a bad customer service. read more

Please read this before considering Dr. Tresley. My experience with him has been absolutely traumatizing and my life has not been the same for the last 6 months. Here is a little breakdown of how it went. On 9/3/19, I had surgery for an orbital bone fracture. Dr. Tresley was referred by my ophthalmologist (which I will tell him not to refer him anymore). On, 9/6/19 I ended up in emergency room in extreme pain and I couldn't open my eye. It was scary and I scheduled to see Dr. Tresley for the first "post-op" visit on 9/9/19. To my surprise, he sees me and tells me all is good, that I look great, there is no issue. He gave me some ointment and told me to keep lubing my eye. He scheduled another visit on 10/2/19, when the pain and swelling indeed never went away. He keeps having me comeback, with NO answers and NO knowledge of what's going on, just an "I dont know, this is wild why your eye doing this". He just proceeds to tell me to just continue ointment. At this point I trusted him, although my eye continues to swell and close up. Between November and February, I saw him 3 more times due to this on going issue as a result of his surgery. When I saw Dr. Tresley in early January, he said I looked good at that point, my eye hasn't flared up in 30 days. However, that same month I wake up with such pain AGAIN and a swollen eye. I was ready to go to the ER, however I was out of town and I sent him picture instead. He wanted to see me right away, so a few days later I come in. He's baffled and confused. After all this suffering, FINALLY he recommends a specialist. This specialist was able to determine in just ONE appointment that I have a "reoccurring erosion" and gave me proper care instructions, in addition to a eyelid solution that has helped tremendously. He figured out and fixed what Dr. Tresley could not in 6 months!!! Here's the kicker. When I called Dr. Tresley's billing team to discuss my bill, they mentioned I owed $120 for some visits. When I questioned this, I was told verbatim "Unfortunately the doctor needs to bill out visits after 90 days post-op period. Therefore your balance will remain the same". I spoke to Ellene, a very rude and condescending lady, who tells me these were not visits for my surgery but rather a whole OTHER issue separate from my surgery. I was dumbfounded. They managed to not only double bill me, but send me bills for these post-op visits after his work on my eye. I would not have needed any of these visits if he had sent me to a specialist the first time, or had any idea what was going on. I also told her I was in a tight spot with money due to the Coronavirus and she literally told me that it's not their responsibility to tell me how I am being billed. In this difficult and uncertain time in human history, Dr. Tresley is a savage of a human. I hope my $120 goes a long way for him, he clearly really needs it. Sadly, my eye still doesn't look like it did before surgery, to which Dr. Tresley says he could try to fix. NO CHANCE will I ever let him touch my eye ever again. Please save yourself the headache and terrible experience and find a different doctor. read more

It has been a little over a week and I am so pleased. I had an eyelid problem and wasn't sure if I really wanted to have surgery and almost cancelled it. I happened to walk into McDonalds in bright lights the day of the surgery and was shocked at how tired and old I looked. I'm not vain and have accepted the changes that a chronic illness had done to me but this woke me up to knowing that I should do the surgery. Every surgery and every treatment of illness has different results for each individual. My eyelid is no longer bothering me and the extra surgery around my eyes has really lifted my spirit. I am grateful that I no longer have to use the heaviest concealer I could find. Dr. Tresley was patient and suggested that a conservative approach to one of my problems would be best. If you want a $9000 eye job done with bumps left on the lower part of your eye... this is the DR to go to !!!!! After paying $9000 for a procedure, that wasn't supposed to need a follow up to complete the procedure, Dr wanted to charge an additional $350. As in upstanding Dr in this field, with "a good reputation ", one would think he would have done the job right the first time,or at LEAST completed it at no charge!!! $350 is ALOT of $ to us( we struggled to get the $9000 together to have the surgery to start)During this whole ordeal... the office staff was sooo unprofessional and disorganized, and at times rude, when trying to resolve this scenario. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a medical office. We scheduled a procedure for my son which was cancelled by the office staff the day before. Mind you, I heard someone in the background (who obviously thought I couldn't hear them say it was due to a baseball game!). We rescheduled and, yet again, they called us right before the procedure with some weird story about Highland Park Hospital not operating on kids (really? I have numerous friends with children who have had surgery there). Additionally, they were the ones who suggested HP Hospital! My child is seven and terrified of surgery. My husband and I took off work TWICE, rearranged our schedules, informed his teachers, gathered school work and home work, cancelled car pools and after school activities and got our child mentally prepared for his surgery only to have this clearly incompetent operation cancel two times! Then they kept trying to get me to reschedule yet again for December! Umm...no thanks. At this point, I wouldn't trust you to cut my lawn, much less operate on my child! We've finally just decided to find another surgeon. Save yourself the hassle of multiple cancellations and find another doctor!!! The surgery for my eyelift was painless, but, apparently, he made a huge mistake, because after the massive bruising healed, I discovered my eyes were CROSSED, and, I now had wrinkles OVER my eyebrows from the "brow lift". He tried to correct the botched crossed eyes with two injections that almost sent me soaring thru the ceiling. He had to close the door to the treatment room, because I was SCREAMING from the pain. My eye doctor referred me to Tresley for removal of a tiny skin tag. He told me the procedure would only take two minutes. And it did! And then Tresley charged my insurance company $975, of which I owed the $500 deductible because Tresley called it "surgery." Visited Dr. Tresley on the recommendation of a friend, Marcy C (see review, below). I'm a seasoned Botox/filler customer, and was looking for a Botox alternative (not offered by my current MD). The bad Yelp reviews concerned me but, after reading them carefully, I found the criticisms to be strangely trifling, rude and/or lacking in any helpful detail. The initial phone call to Dr. Tresley's office was easy. I was able to get an appointment in a few days. The staff on the phone was pleasant and efficient. I arrived at the office on Wednesday, January 7 at 3:15; early, so I could fill out the usual new patient paperwork. The waiting room is modern, well-lit and comfortable, with chairs and couches tastefully arranged, a television quietly playing, up-to-date magazines and even pillows for your comfort. The staff greeted me warmly. I counted at least 4 women, all beautiful and smiling. I took that as a good sign. There were a couple people waiting to see Dr. Tresley. I relaxed, filled out my paperwork, and watched Jeopardy. Before long, my name was called. A graceful blonde nurse took me to an exam room, where she asked me what I was having done. Once established, she applied numbing agent liberally to my face. I relaxed as my face slowly numbed, and was ready when called to make my way to a second exam room to see the doctor. Dr. Tresley walked in. He is handsome, with a professional demeanor and confident approach. He greeted me, and got right down to business. No holds barred, he told me exactly what he thought I needed. I appreciated that! And, while I wholeheartedly agreed with him, my finances limited me to injectables that day. Dr. Tresley quickly assessed my needs, and we agreed to Juvederm fillers for around my nose and mouth, some in my lips and under my eyes, and Xeomin for crowsfeet, between my eyebrows, and forehead. As anyone who has ever had injectables can attest, it is not pleasant. A skillful, attentive doctor administering the product makes all the difference in the world when it comes to reducing discomfort and, fortunately, Dr. Tresley was just that doctor. He quickly got me through the worst of it (lips hurt, but I could tolerate it), and I was surprised when it was over. Best of all, when he showed me the mirror, I was amazed. He subtly transformed me from a 50-something woman to a 40-something women in less than 15 minutes! The attentive assistants and nurses brought me water afterward, and made sure I was comfortable. I paid the bill and left happy. Dr. Tresley is among the best I've seen. I will be back, and I will recommend him. His prices are fair, and I feel I made new friends among his pleasant, lovely staff. My experiences with Dr. Tresley have been excellent thus far. I had an upper blephaproplasty (eyelid lift) performed under local in December of 2019 purely for cosmetic reasons. I chose him specifically for this procedure because of his extensive credentials and experience on this particular surgery. I would never trust a general plastics doctor to work on my face. I have shared pictures of my eyes with several online plastics review boards and everyone has commented on how natural they look ( apparently some surgeons overdo it ). My optometrist was also impressed with the quality of his work and the fact that they closed properly. His bedside manner was pleasant, he was very honest about what I could expect results wise because I do have a heavy brow bone, and my overall experience has been a positive one. I have also seen him for my very first Botox appointment, and though I can't compare it to anything else I am satisfied with my results. I went in to see Dr Tresley for a bump on my lower eyelid, which still hasn't been resolved. I decided to try under eye filler. I figured an ocular plastic surgeon would be perfect for this. Boy was I wrong. He was so terribly heavy handed that I was immediately left with horrible bruises. I felt like something was wrong right after the appointment but I waited the customary two weeks to make sure. After two weeks my eyes were still blue and lumpy underneath. After a visit back to the doctor he said it's fine, it's just bruised. I objected as I have had Filler before and it never looked so terrible. He insisted I leave it alone. I had to go on a three week trip afterwards during which it got even worse. I made repeated emails to the doctor's assistant who was extremely rude. When the doctor finally saw me again he took one look and said oh yes, let's take that filler out. Weeks after he took some of the filler out the area is still discolored and bumpy and of course, my calls and emails are not being returned. Lost a significant amount of money and time. As i am on camera for my job this has affected my life in a very significant way. Update!! Dr T has replied below with a complete lie!! We never discussed any surgery at all! Not once!! I called and emailed his office to get this resolved numerous times, and no one would return my calls! He is awful! read more

I started to panic and asked him to "stop" and I would gladly "pay for the product" and he said "LET ME DO WHAT I DO" and had a nurse hold my arms down to keep me from moving... It was a horrible experience... and the results were even worse. He hit a vein. I have had a black eye and bruising for 7 weeks!!!!! 7 WEEKS. Wow...what a great all around experience. Had brow lift, and upper/lower blephoroplasty. Office staff was first class Their team of Beth, Tay, and Gayla addressed all my needs before, during, and after the procedure. Office was thoroughly COVID 19 sanitized...procedures meticulously followed. Dr Tresley, the consummate professional, performed the procedure with the skill of a world class surgeon. My first visit I was initially ignored, but after I tried to check in the second time I was informed that it would be a 30 minute wait. Iasked to reschedule. After a discussion between the receptionist and a nurse, I was brought back to see the Dr. My second visit never happened. I called before the appointment to see if the Dr. was running on time. I was told he was. I checked in. I waited 15 minutes before asking how long it would be. The receptionist told me 5 more minutes - I was the next patient. 10 minutes later a nurse brought me in the back down a corridor. We turned the corner and she told me to take a seat - it was a second waiting area! I, again, asked how much longer? She told me the Dr. was with a patient and I was next... that tells me nothing. I told her we'd have to reschedule. She told me someone would call me the next day to reschedule as their computers were down (no surprise there). Five days later I called to reschedule. Very disappointing. Ironically, I just received a bill from them. On the bill it states that there is an $85.00 charge for any missed appointments. In researching cosmetic eye surgeons I learned from many satisfied patients as well as my internist and dermatologist, that Dr. Tresley is definitely the "go to" person. Last March Dr. Tresley performed cosmetic eye surgery as well as injections of botox and filler. I was extremely satisfied from beginning to end. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and accessible-always taking my calls if I had questions or concerns. I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Tresleys surgery and the final outcome. I am constantly getting compliments on how good I look- yet people have no idea what is different since the surgery. My eyes, face, and skin just look younger and healthier without looking unnatural. Although everyone knows Dr. Tresley for his surgical skills his practice is well known for its botox and filler procedures. Having a skilled doctor determining where best to put botox and what filler to use where is the difference between a wonderful outcome and a disaster. And added benefit I found is I love the product line Dr. Tresley has in his office. The products are well priced, last a long time, and most importantly his staff is very knowledgeable in what they recommend and how to use it. Dr. Tresley is truly a master in his specialty. He is confident, competent, and has a wonderful sense of aesthetics. He never rushes and answers all questions. Recently, I had a droopy eyelid that had been bothering me for a couple years. He did surgery. At the first visit (about 3 weeks later), I was skeptical the surgery worked. He said- sometimes it takes time, it'll work, I did the surgery. About 6 weeks later, the outcome was fantastic. It was as if I never had that droopy eyelid. I am so pleased with the outcome. I was referred to Dr. Tresley by my dermatologist. I chose him because he specializes in eyes, rather than general plastic surgery. I am so glad that I did! Dr. Tresley has a kind, caring manor and is definitely passionate about his work. He cares very much about his patients and really wishes to create a natural, rather than overdone, look. My father had a surgery to improve his field of vision. He and the family were not happy with the results so when I was told I need a similar procedure, I put it off for a long time. A friend had a similar procedure done by Dr. Tresley and recommended him highly. She looked great and was very happy. I went to Dr. Tresley and couldn't be more pleased with the results. His work on me is amazing. I look like myself but better and I have a much greater field of vision. I had no problems. DO NOT USE DR. DANIEL S. TRESLEY! He performed a necessary (not cosmetic) eye surgery which he botched and had to redo. My eye never healed properly and I'm worse off than I was before I went to see him. His office staff are rude and his billing department continues to send us incorrect invoices, which don't reflect what we agreed upon before the time of service. When we asked for a copy of my medical file, it was sent with relevant documentation missing. We've tried for months to obtain those remaining documents, to no avail. This entire experience has been very stressful to me and my family, and we hope you do yourselves a favor and find another doctor for your eye and/or cosmetic needs. read more

MUST READ BEFORE YOU SEE THIS DR. Hector C., if I could give this doctor 0 stars I will do it, but I will not be able to post this review. On early november last year, I went to see this dr. to see if he could lift my lower eyelids because I have sclera show in both eyes, but it is more noticeable in my right eye. So he told me that he could do it but he would need to put tarsus grafts implants in both lower eyelids. Then, his surgical coordinator, Tae, convinced me to do it because according to her " he will never do something to you that he feels that he is not capable to do". I had this surgery on 03/29/19 and I paid $4,640. Then, after the weeks went by my lower eyelids pulled down again, but my right lower eyelid retracted even more than before surgery . I went to see him and in that appointment he called one of his assistants and both of them tried to convince me that my eyes were even. Finally, I convinced him to fix it, but he said that I needed ptosis surgery on my right upper eyelid because he said that he would lift my upper eyelid higher than the previous surgery and my right will look smaller, which I doubted it. However, I was very desperate and the only way he would fix my lower eyelid was if I paid him an additional $2,600 for ptosis surgery so I paid him for this surgery and I went again under the nife on 08/19/19. The results looked good and I massaged the lower eyelid upwards as he recommended. But the lower eyelid started to pull down again and I went to see him and I showed him a picture that showed the sclera show and he ignored it and he and his assistant tryed to convinced me that my eyes were even. He even said that I should stop looking at the mirror. With that comment, he made me feel like if I was crazy or obsessed with my eyelids. So I end up with my lower eyelid exactly as they looked before the first surgery. However, since I had ptosis surgery, my right eye looks bigger than my left eye. Finally, I contacted his surgical coordinator, Tae, to see if he could fix it or if he could return my $7,240 back and as soon as I mentioned if I can get my money back she got very rude and disrespectful and she hung up the phone while I was talking to her. Then, I decided to make an appointment with the dr. last Wednesday to see him this Monday 11/18/19 and on Friday they cancelled the appointment and they told me they will call me back later that day to reschedule and they made me wait like an idiot because they never called me back. So DO NOT SEE THIS DR. because he is going to take your money away and you will not like the results and after he notices you are not happy with the results he will cancel any appointment you make so he does not have to see you again!! read more

I would give Dr. Tresley 10 stars if I could. I literally went in this morning for a consultation thinking that I was going to be getting a quote for lower lid blepharoplasty. (truth be told I had been told by another surgeon that I needed one). Thank God I went for a second opinion because Dr. T. took one look at me and said he could improve my look with fillers and Botox. I was super skeptical but only for a few seconds because his assistant Tae put me at ease by telling me that this man is an artist. I have never had fillers before so I was tense. Tae was ABSOLUTELY right! After he injected my face (took about 30-40 minutes), I look like I did 10 years ago! I got all kinds of specials so the price was right as well! :) I even walked out with products to help my hyperpigmentation. I am beyond pleased! Ladies/gentlemen, make sure you go to a specialist when you are considering any kind of work on your eyes. I have never had such a wonderful experience! Thank you Dr. Tresley.
