I'm extremely disappointed with my gel manicure here. I had a nail chip the very same day, which has never happened to me in over 10 years of getting gel manicures. It felt like they were using the absolute minimum amount of polish possible--when I asked to switch colors, the same thing happened again, almost as if the bottles were empty. The staff was nice, but the quality of the manicure was unacceptable. I've never had chips appear this fast, and for a gel manicure that's supposed to last weeks, this was a complete letdown. read more

Today was my first time at Luv Nails. I made an appointment for a dip powder manicure and the Mother Nature pedicure. The shop is small and cute and seemed very clean. Macy did both services and she was great. My manicure came out beautifully but the highlight was the pedicure. Macy gave hands down the BEST pedicure. The massage was heavenly and the hot stones were SO relaxing! I don't live in the area but it was well worth the 30 minute drive!! read more

Just tried this place for the first time - my husband and I came for pedicures, and we weren't disappointed! We made a reservation, were greeted and taken back after just a couple minutes. The pedicure chairs are in the back, separated from the nail studio so it's more quiet. Both technicians were very polite, and extremely skilled! We both did the Gates of Heaven massage - it's $60, but lasted for over an hour: lotions, massages, wax dip, and hot stones. The place is very clean and elegant, and the massage chairs looked and felt brand-new. Overall, I would highly recommend, and we will come back again! read more

First time being here, I looked up this place and saw a lot of good reviews, but I'm going to give my personal opinion. I called around 9:48am to see if I needed to make an appointment or I could just do walk in. She did tell me I was more than welcome to come in as a walk-in since I did mention I could be there in 10 minutes. I got to the nail salon it's a small cute place also it was empty. I requested combo mani & pedi (Gel polish) which it came out to $85 plus tip. The gentlemen started with my pedicure didn't feel like he took his time. He didn't bother to scrape the dirt under my nails or clip/shape them.He somehow ended up cutting my right big toe. But I was little worried that it would get affected. Got home took my sock off to see how bad the cut was, still blood coming out. finally moved on to my manicure and it was OK, but he didn't even bother cleaning the remaining polish from my skin around my nail. I had high hopes since it did have good reviews, but unfortunately, for myself, not the best experience. Now I just want to see how long this gel nail polish will last me and hope I don't get an infection on my toe. September 6,2024 Update:; is the next day and the gel polish is already coming off. Definitely don't recommend this place.very upset money down the drain. Should've just done this at home myself. read more

I have been getting all sorts of nails for years and never have I experienced getting cut with the drill so many times. I got them done on Monday 1/20/25 and now it's over a week later and I'm still dealing with the damage caused. Not only was I cut deep multiple times, but not once did the nail tech stop, or slow down. He continued on while I was bleeding and proceeded to put lotion and a hot towel on my bleeding fingers. I had to ask for liquid bandage. On top of this he was so rough with bending and holding my fingers, I truly felt like this nail tech was new and was using my nails like they would practice on a fake hand. The joints in my fingers and wrist were cracking. My fingers and joints are physically sore still. This was my first time at this salon, never again. Since the nails have started to grow I'm noticing a ring of fire from over-drilling, also the dip has started crumbling off in the corners. I don't get my nails done to have to put Neosporin, bandaids, and ice on for days after. Nail tech is named Devin. Stay away from this nail tech and horrible chop shop "salon" read more
