I found this business from a referral from friends at the gym. I've been coming here for a few years now and am always happy with my nails and pedicures!! The service is always done with a smile in a positive atmosphere. I see Lihn for my services and sometimes her husband Ben will do a special hand drawn nail art design. Lihn can also hand draw designs. I usually do no-chip nails and have combinations of stamps, cats eyes, ombré, sparkles, or simple. I've added some pictures of some of the nails I've had done. Just moved in the area and decided to give this place a try. What a disappointment!!! To say the least. I wish I could give negative stars. Had a no chip pedi and a dip mani. Went home did some chores , 3 nails complete pilled off my nails. Went back, asked them if they could please redo them all because I am afraid it will happen with the others. Her response was no it won't, is a new glue we are using. They fixed them. Woke up with 3 nails completely off! Save your money ! I paid $105 for nails that lasted not even an hour. I went in for a full set of acrylics when I called to ask how much a full set was going to be they told me it would be 35 after I got there and he had started he said it would 55. The price isn't the worst part he wasn't listening to me and what I wanted I told him I wanted a more rounded shape and he didn't do it you also can't see the design. I recently had an appointment with a guy in there who did a full set on me. I got a pedicure as well and had no issues with that the full set was AWFUL, rushed, i asked for a French tip with glitter and the lines were so sloppy and rushed I was so upset the French tip base wasnt even the color I wanted he grabbed the first color behind him and went with it he was aggressively grabbing my hands because he was in a bad mood. Not my fault! the lady next to him asked what color looks good on her and he told her he was too busy and focused which is so rude. wouldn't not recommend a full set here. read more

Was attended immediatly but was given only two options for the nail shape. I had a used nail file used on my finger nails which was disgusting! I had brought a friend along and for some reason the woman kept insisting he choose my nail color after various times of me telling her I could choose it myself. The nails came out very crooked and the acrylic was WAY too thick. She did a very rushed sloppy job on the cuticles of my nails and made the spacing between the cuticle and acrylic so wide, they looked like they needed a filling the second they were finishes. I tried out this salon for the first time today. I was greeted warmly and was able to get a walk in pedicure without an appointment. I was really looking to relax and be pampered so I upgraded to the deluxe pedi. About half way through my appointment, the pedicurist in the next chair started telling my pedicurist she was doing it wrong. They went back and forth several escalating times. Finally mine went to ask the manager whether she was doing it right. In the meantime, the other one bad mouthed her while she was gone. Fast forward two minutes and we have one tossing her tools down and the other in tears. I sat unattended for a few minutes and then had my pedi finished by the very polite manager. Despite all of this, I was charged full price. My relaxing 30 minutes of me- time was anything but pleasant yet I had to pay $38. All of that aside, the lights are harsh and shine right into your eyes. Closing my eyes and enjoying the massage chairs just wasn't happening with the strong lights in my eyes. I am far from high maintenance, but I won't give this place a second chance. read more

Ben can do incredible designs, however you pay a different amount every time. He is very slow and he charges more because of it. Lynn and Ben have the right idea when catering to women who need a beauty break. This nail salon also offers waxing as well. The staff are part of a pleasant, hard working caring family that listen and provide outstanding service. The premises are clean and well maintained and they offer soothing colors and music as well as comfy massage chairs that actually work. Lynn and Ben make sure their staff use the latest methods and listen carefully when asked for advice. I always get a Pedicure with hot towels and great massages, it is a treat for me. I have fragile nails and Lynn advised the Dip Powder solution. I opted for the Pink and White which lasts for weeks. Now I have nails that do not break at the slightest touch. It is a French Manicure that looks great for a long time. When I went in to have the Pink and White removed, Lynn wrapped my nails in removed soaked cotton topped with foils while I had my Pedicure. Yellow Brick Road, here I come. The Pink and White came off easily with no pain or fuss. Now that Lynn and Ben are at the helm, I am looking forward to a even better experience. read more

So, I've been to this place a few times, usually for their regular mani/pedi service. They did a good job with those. However, I recently switched to no-chip manicures (it helps my nails grow and lasts much longer). I went there a few months ago and was shocked to see they do not practice the "robot fingers" method of removing no-chip polish (file topcoat, place acetone soaked cotton ball on nail, wrap fingers in aluminum foil). Instead of "robot fingers," the nail tech had me soak my hands in a bowl of acetone to remove the polish while I had my pedicure done. This method did not do a good job at removing the no-chip polish at all and seriously dried up my hands! After my pedicure, since the polish did not come off, she scraped it off with a cuticle stick (I could actually see the top layer of my nail bed come off when she did this) and then used the drill to file off any remaining color (ouch!). This process was really painful and I was skeptical of it...I probably should've mentioned something but I was still new to no-chip and figured different salons had different techniques. The next time I came in, I decided to previously remove my own no-chip polish at home using the "robot fingers" technique (since my nails felt a bit damaged, I allowed them to grow and stay "naked" for a few weeks before getting another manicure). Any who, I decided to give this place another shot since I had been happy with their regular mani services in the past. Big mistake. I had a different nail tech this time, but for some reason she used the drill on my bare nail prior to putting on the no-chip primer. By unnecessarily using the drill (which is really painful), she actually put a dent in my nail. It's been months later and the dent has not grown out yet. Thoroughly disappointed by their no-chip removal practices and overuse of the drill. read more
