I really like this place, but the problem is they do not abide by their posted hours. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, once in December (I went to buy 4 gift cards) and just now. Today I pulled up at 6:25pm (for a gift card and to make an upcoming reservation) and the place was completely dark. The posted hours read that it's open until 7pm. My husband and I go to cozy nails for pedicures . We felt the service was ok , nothing spectacular . Sent my young adult daughter there . My daughter made an appt and when they arrived the staff said she didn't ask for both a manicure and pedicure . Yes , she did. The manicurists were nasty and rude to both my daughters . Pedicures were sloppily done and the whole time the ladies were speaking about my daughters and they were very uncomfortable . The finished their pedicures and then said then didn't want the manicures and went down the street to a different salon where they were treated with respect . I went for a pedicure, not my first time there, but it was the first time this happened. I sit down in the pedicure chair, feet soak, shaved the dead skin off the bottom of my feet, put lotion on my legs, and went to start putting polish on toenails without trimming, removing cuticle skin or cleaning/shaping them up. First time visiting this salon & I was a little disappointed. I got a pedicure and the price was average compared to other salons in the area. I'm weird about my feet but getting a pedicure is so nice, so customer service is huge for me when it comes to these types of services. Overall I felt unwelcome and rushed. My nail technician didn't say a word to me while working, not even a hello and she was very busy chatting with and watching the other workers while working in my pedicure. There were many missed spots on my nails where no paint was as well as dried skin left. One of the male workers was very kind & helpful to me throughout my entire visit and I appreciated that. The salon is nice and clean. They have a decent color selection, but I don't think I'll personally be returning again. read more

Hanna from Cozy Nails removed the Dipped Nail Polish removed (that was done somewhere else) and it makes your nails too thick to grab small items. All it took was to have them soaked off with the acetone just like gel. The other place made you sit with your fingers in a bowl of Acetone which dried them out. I had Hanna do a Pedicure with regular polish and a Manicure with No Chip. My nails look gorgeous even if I had them done in Black for the fall and Halloween. read more

What a beautiful place!!! This place is less than a mile from home and it was such a pleasant experience. When I walked in, Roman Holiday was playing on the big screen TV set up in the corner. My first thought was that it felt like I was at home! The color selection is nice, the vibrating chairs during the pedicure was pleasant, and my nail technician worked wonders on my feet! $40 for a mani/pedi, on top of it! They have M-Th price specials and always try their hardest to fit you in. The wait isn't ridiculous like other places and their prices are reasonable.
