I have used Mimi nails for about 3 years. Until recently they have been accommodating, I went 3 weeks ago for a pedi 2 employees were there 1 was giving a pedi the other 1 was on the phone ( appears that she is always on the phone.) Was asked to come back in 30 minutes. I went somewhere else. Today, I asked if I could come at 5:30 for a set of gel nails. They close at 7 she said she couldn't do it at 5:30. She said the nails take 45 minutes. I'm pretty confused. I will find another salon. read more

They did pretty well on my nails and it was cheap! They had a lot of availability for a Saturday which was amazing!

Only place I come to, consistently do a great job. Have tried a couple other places when they are closed and I always regret it!

Within less then a week the polish started to fade, the nail almost chipped and my nails looked like a mess. I have never had my nails look like that in less then a week. Thankfully I found a new nail salon to which is beyond amazing. read more

I love this nail salon and will continue coming here as long as they're open! I've been coming here for about 4-5 years. The ladies are so nice, sweet, and helpful when it comes to picking out nail colors! The prices are super good and their work is beautiful. Not once have I been cut while they are doing my nails! Their work ethic is amazing, the ladies take their time to make sure your nails look beautiful, and to make sure you are not hurt in the process. I've never seen a nail salon so dirty. I asked for a pedi/mani while I was sitting getting my feet done just looking around they had clipped nails, powder, trash all over the carpet. Everything looked dirty and it's not like they were busy that they couldn't clean two ladies where on the phone instead of cleaning. I won't go there again I was scared of getting something on my feet or hands and she didn't do a good job either. read more

Not the best place for funky designs BUT. The prices are great. The atmosphere is super comfy. They do a good job on your nails. Never longer than a 20 min wait. Basic color and no chip selection. Friendly staff. Its definitely my go to place read more

completely ruined my nails 2 times with a basic manicure. no acrylics. but i went with my family for a bridal party and they were nice to kids. not to mention one lady saw that she messed up looked up at me in the middle of my nails and asked me to pay at that very second or else she wouldn't continue. read more

This place is horrible, gel polish bottles all empty and left open, dirty salon, after one week my no-chip is chipped and shine is gone. Charged me $60 for no-chip and a regular pedicure. I give everyone a chance but didn't work out. So much potential in that area. Too Bad! read more

Is a very nice place in the prices are really good but as for the workers they act like they can't hear you or they don't speak English I just feel like if you were a business establishment you should've be a little bit more energetic I couldn't tell if they were the workers or they were someone they are getting their nails done they were just sitting there and when you asked some questions they look at you like you're crazy but overall they do a good job with your nails And the prices are awesome they just can do better with customer service read more

I'll start by saying the people here are very friendly and the acrylic work she did was good. But the number one thing I look for in a nail salon is cleanliness and nothing, with the exception of the nail brushes when you wash your hands, was sanitized. Not the files, not the nippers, not the bits for the drill...nothing. This place could get a much higher review if they'd just invest in some Barbicide or something. She also didn't actually manicure my nails. I had to ask her to clip the dead skin. Finally, when I went to put my nails under the light, I bumped the cover and messed up a couple nails. My fault, I know. But, in my experience, the nail salon isn't going to want you leaving looking jacked up because it looks bad on them. Apparently, this salon doesn't mind. Rather than take the 2 minutes to remove the messed up paint on two fingers and redo them, she smushed the paint down and just painted over it. Soo, still took time and used extra product but left my nails looking ridiculous because obviously the smushing thing didn't work too well, leaving them bumpy. This place is horrible! I went for a pedicure and no chip manicure. The pedicure was nothing special...no massage or any special lotion. It was less than 4 days ago and my feet already feel like they need a pedicure again. But the worst is the no chip manicure. I've had them before (at other salons), and love it. But not here. First of all, to take off my old polish, she had me dunk my fingers in remover for less than 2 minutes, then she proceeded to basically pull my old polish off. Ummm, even I know that's not how to do it. I kept trying to have her let me soak my fingers for a little longer, but she kept taking them out and chipping at the polish. After she destroyed my nails that way, there was nothing special about the manicure. What I'm really annoyed with is that my nails started to chip 2 days later. They are chipping at the tip and at the base. I'm going to have to go and get it done again way sooner than I should. And to top it all off... It wasn't cheap! Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Stay away!! I just got back from having a pedicure at this place and it was awful. First of all the salon is filthy and unwelcoming. In addition, it didn't appear that any of the tools were sanitized. The pedicure itself from start to finish was done in 18 minutes; if I was getting an express pedicure that would've been fine but I actually wanted to relax and enjoy myself. I waited for 45 minutes to have an 18 minute pedicure? I don't think so. When applying the scrub the technician literally did 2 strokes and washed it off. The massage was basically non existent, 20 seconds max each leg. To top it all off after walking from the pedicure station to the drying station both of my big toes got smudged by the toe separator. I apologized and she kindly said no problem and came to repair them. What did she do? She painted right over the smudged areas rather than removing the polish and repainting the 2 toes (this would've taken 1 minute to do). I cannot believe I was charged $25 for a pedicure this bad. This was my first time trying this nail salon and I will definitely NOT return. What a joke. read more
