Beware beware! When I removed my tips after 2 weeks, I was very upset that I had a raging nail fungus! I hadn't had my nails done for over a year due to Covid and my nails were perfectly healthy before having them done at this shop! I'm glad I opted to remove them instead of having them filled in. Had I done a fill-in the fungus would've most likely caused permanent damage to my real nail! The reason for 2 stars is bc they did look really awesome for the 2 weeks I had them on. And, the staff was super friendly. But, if you're looking for a "bougee" salon and that "luxury" spa experience...this place is NOT for you!!! They could use some serious updating on their decor. I highly question their sterilization procedures/practices bc of the fungus and they still charge as much as other salons do! If I decide to do acrylics in the future I will def choose to go elsewhere. Also, one more thing, the owner/manager seems a little greedy. He was taking calls while working on someone but he told customer callers he was scheduling them but he wasn't even writing them in a book. The woman asked how he'd remember later? He replied that he doesn't! I don't know about you but if I had booked an appointment and had to wait for a technician to free up, I'd be pretty pissed!!!! read more

BEST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Incredible customer service. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, all employees were incredibly professional and friendly. Their goal was to insure that I had an excellent experience- and I did. My nails look EXACTLY like I had asked. They took me immediately with no appointment, helped me pick out a color, and took the time to learn about me during the process. I was unaware that their tips must be cash, so I was not prepared. Instead of being disappointed, they responded nicely saying, "It's okay- it's your first time and you didn't know. Just come back and that is enough tip for us!" Wow. Just great. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else to get their nails done- really. Excellent customer service and excellent nail art. Very impressed with this salon! My daughter and I first tried Hot Nails last Saturday. We had an event Sunday morning and struggled to find a place that was open and willing to take us at 4:15 on a Saturday afternoon. After being turned down at two salons we found Hot Nails on Yelp and decided to try it out. Not only did they make room for us right away, they stayed past closing to make sure we were happy. Tracy made my Nails absolutely gorgeous and natural looking which can be hard to do when you have acrylic nails. The salon was very clean, the staff was happy and helpful. The prices were comparable to other salons in the area. I can no longer go anywhere else to get my nails done! Tell all of your friends, if they haven't been here then their nails probably don't look as good as they should. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!! read more

I have been coming here for the last five years anytime I need a full set or a pedicure, and I will never go to a new place another day in my life! Tracy and Tim are very sweet and do an amazing job. I can honestly say I have NEVER walked out of that salon unhappy out of the 40+ times I walked in. I love that they recognize the people who regularly come in, call them by first name, ask how you are doing.. they're very very nice. They have a great selection of no chip colors, I've tried some of the mood changing colors and they are so neat!! The salon is very clean, has friendly and funny staff. Their prices are unbeatable, I have yet to find another salon that is as clean as Hot Nails and does the amazing job they do, for the price they charge :) do yourself a favor and call for an appointment!! read more

Hot Nails has become my nail salon of choice. After spending years and years at another salon in the area, and watching the service decline I decided it was time to switch up and figure out a new plan. After visiting other salons in the area, I stumbled upon Hot Nails. I can say that all of the nail techs are great here. Tracey does my nails, and makes them look great each and every time. Just show her a design and she can replicate that. Other nail techs in the salon will assist you even if you are not their client. Morgan is great to work with and knows colors, and what would work as well. All of the techs here are very personable, and make the place an enjoyable experience. Even the eyebrow waxing is relaxing. Great service! Very kind and polite staff. I had a regular pedi and a gel mani and Tim made sure that I liked everything that I was getting. He even tested the shades on my nails and asked me if I was okay with the color, which has never happened to me personally before at a salon. The environment was very clean and bright and relaxing. A few of my friends have been going to hot nails and always told me to go but I had that one nail tech who I couldn't not go to. I finally gave them a try about a year ago and I haven't gone back! I highly recommend Hot Nails, I stopped in because where I usually go was closed. What a surprise to find that the owner as well as another worker were from the salon I normally go to. The prices are great as well as the services offered. The place was spotless and they did a great job. The hours are especially good opening at 9:30am and they're open 7 days a week.
