Kristin never made me feel "less than" but every now and again we would have a good laugh over a giant root spot in the back I always seemed to miss coloring. Eventually I decided to let the expert take over my color and boy am I so glad I did! Kristin, due in part to her passionate desire to pursue the best product and education, has managed to achieve a color for me, that I have been dreaming of for years.
