I have been a regular client for almost two years. I received a text from Sarah stating that she would have to cancel my mani/pedi that same day since her husband was having surgery. She asked if I wanted to change to an appointment on Saturday. I told her that I couldn't accept that appointment since I am leaving to go out of town tomorrow and I would find someone else for today. I was about to wish her best wishes on her husbands surgery when she texts me that she does not want to do my nails anymore. This seems so out of the blue. I am not sure if there was a misunderstanding over text. I was in no way rude about her needing to cancel. To my knowledge, we have had zero issues in the past and I have only had to cancel on her once in the past, due to an emergency situation. I have been a very loyal and reliable client. I had an appointment for a spa pedi and regular manicure. The pedi was advertised as 60 minutes, mine was done in 30 and I will be doing my own exfoliating today because my feet are still rough. The manicure did not include cuticle oil or lotion nor massage. You can see from the pictures the polish did not go on well. I believe it was an old bottle. She tried to thin it with acetone but it still was thick and she struggled. I'd prefer she'd had just asked me to pick a different color. Even after a night of sleep the polish is still soft. On the upside the space was clean and inviting. They offer online booking which is nice. If you are looking for overlays, dips or Acrylics I might go here.
