I have been going to this nail salon for the past 20 years, long before Tina and family owned it. Since they purchased it, I have exclusively been seeing their son, Nick. He is simply OUTSTANDING in how he does my nails. I primarily did No Chip for years and years and NEVER had them chip a single time. About 3-4 months ago I tried Dip and absolutely LOVE it even more... It's now my jam! No one files the shape of my nails as perfectly as Nick. He is absolutely a very sweet young man and really cares about the details. I've since referred 2 friends to him who also LOVE him! I joke with them that if we ever have conflicts with appointments, that I get "first dibs" on him...ha! I cannot RAVE about Nick enough! I had a really great experience here with my best friend. They gave a very nice lengthy massage for my pedicure. Used hot rocks, hot towel. Very friendly and attentive! However, my friends experience was a bit different. As far as gel manicures go, they had a limited selection in colors. Her nail chipped off while she was getting them done.. this is a more normal occurrence when you have long nails, but seemed odd considered she was just pulling the toenail separator off. Also her nails had a few small air bubbles. Additionally, they didn't seem to get close to the cuticles for the gel manicure. I went in to get ombré done and they did a terrible job and the blending was just awful! I complained and said the blending isn't right and all three employees wouldn't agree and said that that's how an ombré is supposed to be. One of my nails had chipped so I went to Nail PRO on grand avenue to get it fixed and they did a proper job! The blending was great! I knew I wasn't crazy when I thought Tina Pro did an AWFUL job! So I went back and showed them the correct way of ombré is done and they did not care and did not agree. Their customer service is terrible! I showed them the correct ombré and you can clearly see the difference in the picture. The one to the right is the corrected ombré Nail blending by Nail Pro on grand avenue and the 2 nails to the left with the terrible blending is done by Tina Pro. Could you see the world of difference? I'm so upset and never going back and do not recommend Tina pro to anyone! If they mess your nails up, the will not fix it! So upset! Awful awful place! They did a crap job on my daughter's nails..the no chip chipped within a week. When we called they refused ro fix them. We both tried a second time with the same results for my daughter ...and my nials looked like they had been done a week prior due to not enough polish near the nail bed. Then when I went in to get the no chip removed...they CHARGED me $5 ( I have never been charged for removal before!!!)...but because I didn't have cash, they made me pay $10 to use my card!!! Total rip off and total waste of money! Also, there are two televisions playing at the same time and it echos so much you can't understand anything...the place is just irritating and I will not go back!!! read more

We went here because our nail place we normally go to was not available. Like every woman I'm sure, we needed to get pedicures because it had been a while. I was impressed their precautions for Covid. They took our temperatures, make sure we washed our hands before they started the service. That's kinda where it went down hill. There was literally no one in the place, that should have been the first sign. He barely let me disk my feet, and when he scrubbed the bottom of my feet I'm pretty sure he thought he was gonna break me. He didn't clean up any of the cuticles, touched my feet like he was going to break me. Now I'm 100% positive I don't have gross feet, I get pedicures on the regular and never needed the cheese grater on my feet. He literally kinda patted my feet with the scrubber and that was it. Prices are really great, but unfortunately when I got my first set of hard gel, they came out quite thick and bulky. Other than that, service was impeccable! read more

I really want to like this place. It's close to my home and I like to support local businesses. The problem is that every time I go for a pedicure, I get the same guy. He barely touches you when he is supposed to be massaging your legs and feet. I even told him that I like more pressure and that still didn't work. He does fine with painting the nails but I feel the experience could have been better. When he gave me a manicure, he did the same thing. read more

I am so disappointed with the service I received from this nail salon. I went in today because my regular nail salon was closed. I asked for a no chip manicure. It was an awful manicure. I repeatedly told the man who was doing my nails that there were mistakes. He kept brushing off my concerns. He finished my nails and while I was waiting for my friends to finish, my new manicure began to peel off! This was after another employee looked at them and re-directed them and told me they were fine! I would not recommend going here. I did pay for my manicure, but I wish I hadn't. read more

My first time here. I came because my husband has visited before and felt that I would be comfortable. I normally do my own nails. I need to see a clean place for nail service. This place was very nice. Good price, reasonable. Good service and friendly. Walk ins are welcome but note that it gets busy around rush hour and after work. Appointments are recommended. read more

I have visited Tina's a few times , wanted to give them a fair chance. The last mani I got was just not right. I realized when I got home that the no chip polish looked like it had the growth of a week, some nails more than others. I went back to talk to them and they were all 3 arguing with me and talking to themselves in a very defensive way. I was so surprised by how unproffesional they were. I was hoping they would redo them for free or give me a voucher for my next visit. I was not going to deal with the rudeness. I let them know there are nail salons on every corner and I would not be returning. Very poor customer service. read more

Not a bad nail salon, just not the best. They are a good value - reasonable prices for the services. Their fill-ins are a particularly good value. Each technician seems to have specialties, but each is courteous and helpful. They do sell gift certificates as well. Not the absolute cleanest place, though. That worries me. read more
