I got a pedicure, and…read morewhen they started cleaning my feet, they cut me very deeply; I am still healing, and I'm already heading into my third week. They didn't even clean my feet properly. Asked for the color--don't even get me started: I picked a shade from the samples they showed me, but when they applied it, it didn't even match. I had started going to this place because the salon I used to visit now operates by appointment only and no longer accepts walk-ins. I really don't want to do this review, but I been on pain on my feet already for so long, understand accidents happen but is inaceptable when you pay for service want to treat yourself for a moment and this happens.

The facility is very nice and very clean they put up plastic liner in the pedicure area and when they do your manicure they open up a bag of sterilize tools lots of plexiglass around and there's also a sink next to the manicure table so after they found your nails you can just wash your hands. Very convenient. They have a nice selection of colors good social distancing good sanitation I would highly recommend this place and the manicure so I want to ensure six days a week my other girls there only on Mondays.

However, I was disappointed with the actual service. Not all of my nails were clipped, they weren't shaped, and my cuticles weren't done. I did ask for my nails to be cut all the way down, and while I understand limitations with my broken nail, the rest didn't turn out how I expected. I didn't say anything at the moment because I wanted to give it a chance, but I ended up leaving unhappy. I've heard a lot of good things about this place, which is why this experience was surprising. I even had to go to another salon right after to get my nails fixed.
