I was looking for a new shop to start going to, it was my first time coming to this nail salon and was not disappointed! I was a little confused when I had to wait even though I called for an appointment the day before--but I wasn't waiting long/didn't mind too much since I had my phone to keep me occupied. I didn't catch my nail technicians name but he did a really great job on my nails, I'm super happy with how they turned out and look forward to returning. Thank you soo much! read more

The first time I went for a Pedicure, I got Lisa. The Service I received with Lisa was amazing and I knew I'd return. I've returned twice and Lisa wasn't available. Each time I got had two older ladies that were terrible. Just had my feet done 2 hours ago and my heels are still rough. Time to find another salon. read more

this location has recently changed- new ownership; VERY dirty and messy. pedicure chairs are falling apart. many broken things. they didn't even have soap at the sink. counters, floors, everything was dirty. I had to ask him to redo my manicure 3 times as it seemed he didn't know how to do French gel polish. also for my pedicure, he didn't even clip or file my nails, or remove dry skin. they mostly couldn't understand me to communicate with me. I was kind to them and they to me, but I would highly discourage anyone from going there. read more

Update !!! I have been coming here for awhile now and over the entire period I've been coming, I generally really like my nails but the times I didn't like them & expressed to the owner how I didn't like them he just shrugged his shoulders like he doesn't care. I let that slide a couple of times but I just went on Friday August 22nd 2025 & that was my last time. I'm sick and tired of the scam tactics. One time I purchased a gift card and I was trying to pay with the gift card Vince says oh you're using the gift card I need a certain number off the receipt I'm like what you mean then he goes on to say, "just use cash now and use the gift card next time" I'm like naw I'm using my gift card now. (He wasn't counting on me to having taken a pic of the receipt and card in case I lost it) I should've stopped going at that exact moment but I kept going bc it was convenient. Fast forward to Friday August 22nd 2025 I went to get my usual medium length full set which I usually pay $65 for but Friday he says it's $75 I'm like so you went up on your prices he's like no it's been this way for 2 years I'm like no it hasn't I know wtf I been paying, I then say well just do an overlay dip powder this mf Vince says thats Also $75 I'm like since when Vince? How is an overlay $75 with no nail extensions He says it's on the website. Since I was in a rush & really neede my nails done I didn't go back n forth with him or even look at the website. I just went on the website today august 24th, 2025 and sure enough it says medium full set with Vince $65 and overlay with Vince $55 he's a liar and I'm over it. Oh and last but not least Lisa usually does a good job on my feet but she did my pedicure a couple weeks ago and was digging so hard into my nails, cutting the cuticle that I could hardly walk after a few hours. At first I thought the pain would go away within an hr or 2 but the pain lasted for weeks. Oh and PS I screenshotted his website today just in case a mf wanna get on here and lie read more

I visited this spa on three occasions upon moving from the east side to Greenfield, whereby I received the most amazing spa pedicures. On my latest visit I booked an herbal pedicure as well as a dip manicure and cut down for the first time at this salon on Friday, December 26th and by Monday, December 30th I began dealing with the following situuation of gel nails breaking at all of the corners, and losing 5 of my own nails, and 2 additional nails (broken) and a very bad hang nail which was not attended to, during my nail service, which was very painful as a manicure was not conducted during the session. I returned to the salon on 1/5/26 to present my nails, prior to booking with a different nail salon to have my nails fixed, and I was told that there was no manager/supervisor on duty and that I should have returned after the first nail broke. I re-explained that I was in California from Monday-Sunday and could not return to have my nails fixed, and that I have never had this type of experience. The individual I spoke with did not convey any type of interest in addressing my issue and simply continued working on the client's nails, which she was currently working on. The nail tech was not at all interested in what I was showing her or explaining to her. I've never seen anything like it, in my entire life. I understand that having nail services done in the MKE area is extremely difficult, vs. the east coast, so I simply left her with "Your establishment needs to do better." I thought I found a diamond in the rough, but this was not the case. We all try to find a place where we can rely on our nail tech to take care of us and to make us look great, hassle free and without stress, because we have so much to deal with in our lives, and I thought I found it. Obviously I did not not and that saddens me. I have booked elsewhere and have my "nails crossed." read more

I thought this was my new nail spa/shop, only to be let down months later and a ton of money wasted. Vince does an amazing job with designs, however, not everyone is as friendly and customer-orientated as they should be (rude). Most importantly, I took a loose nail off in anticipation of my upcoming nail appointment, only to be shocked by fungus. Knowing this can happen if water gets in between the nail and the gel, I checked all my other nails to find 5 with fungus; 2 severely infected. I had to take off my entire set immediately. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting! Clean your tools the proper way and provide your customers with the respect and cleanliness they deserve and MOST CERTAINLY PAY FOR WITH THESE HIGH PRICES YOU CHARGE & ARE STILL WILLING TO PAY! You are compromising the health of your customers and that is so wrong! read more

It's not ONLY about how your nails look when you get out of the salon chair, but how they look 5-7 days later as well. We work very hard for our money & unfortunately everything is getting more expensive by the day. But the quality should not be declining as well. Therefore, I shouldn't be paying $140 for nails & feet but then having multiple nails just randomly pop off 5 days later. Then they continue to just pop off randomly every few days. Paying that much for something that won't even last past 5 days, is INSANE. I will never spend a dime in this establishment again. If you have time to burn then this place is perfect. The quality of the nails are great. But only if you have 30-60 mins to waste just waiting to sit in a chair. I really wish the customer service was even halfway decent for me to continue to come to this place. I work long hours & don't expect to still wait 20-30 mins for my designated appointment to start if I'm arriving 20-30 mins early if that time. Such a waste. read more

Manicures and pedicures. That's their thing here. Extremely friendly staff. Sitting in the waiting area listening, I learned that there are many different ways for having nails done. A lot more than I ever imagined. Of course, different prices go with the different options too...lol. But they are very patient in explaining everything to people too. And then the colors, didn't know there were that many colors out there. Glad I'm a straight guy that doesn't have to worry about those things!!! I've been getting my nails done for years. I just recently found this location. I went to the same place for years. This place gets busy and fast. I normally go around open and I never have to wait. I've been greeted every visit with a complimentary water. Music videos are playing and it's always a good temp with a good smell. The pedicure chairs are fantastic. They have charging cords at every station with great massaging chairs. The pedicure definitely goes above and beyond. They massage your legs and make your feet look good. Their toe polish is no chip and they guarantee it for a month! The manicures are decent and are garnered for two weeks. I just went in to get a couple fixed that where lifting.. ( I get gel over my real nails and the edges started separating from the gel because of how long I've had the gel/ not the salons fault) they only had to fix 3 nails... but because they knew what I truly needed, they fixed them all under the guarantee. This is now my new nail salon. The only thing I found to be truly different is that they make you get a nail file bag for $5. It comes with the tools they use on your nails every-time, you just have to bring it back. ( I just leave it in the car) Now at first I was a little upset but I realized that it is more sanitary that way and I feel their truly looking our for your nail beds. The only things I wish they had are the options showcased better.. like do you have chrome, glow in the dark, color changing, ombré options. I'm a clear glitter fanatic, I was a little bummed when they didn't have black glitter especially coming up on Halloween. I also don't remember seeing pricing anywhere. I truly have no complaints and have found my new shop. read more

Don't go to Beautiful Nails. Vince, the person who's supposed to be the lead nail artist, is extremely unprofessional. I've made several appointments and time and time again I walk in and he's just started on someone else's nails, making you wait at least an hour after your schedule time. He gets smart with you and has a nasty attitude. Go to a professional and clean nail shop that's worth your time. This place is horrible. Update: After posting several reviews of this establishment and calling to express my concerns the "owner" Vince, doubled down on his unprofessionalism and continued to argue with me. Did I mention this place only accepts cash in 2018? A huge inconvenience to most people. His clientele must be use to waiting hours after their scheduled appointment only for him to get smart, refuse service and waste your time. This place is a horror story. His talent, and his staff's talent is wasted on a nasty attitude and poor customer service. read more

This was by far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. They told me the wait would be 15 minutes and I waited 45 minutes. THEN they soaked my nails for another hour. Then when it was time to get my nails painted the guy said he didn't have time and that I had to leave. Then a lady sat next to me and started getting her nails done when I was there way before her and he did her nails but he didn't "have enough time" to do mine. I asked the lady if she made an appointment and she said no. So she walked in and got her nails done but when I walked in they wouldn't do them. So this will be a mixed review. 2 weeks ago today my daughter and I went and got full sets, they turned out beautifully I loved them my daughter was happy as well, Saturday morning one of my nails came off coincidentally my daughter had lost one as well by Saturday no big deal they have a two-week guarantee I figured they would be busy the weekend so we waited by Monday I had all of three Nails left my daughter had lost all four nails as well no big deal we went in they fixed them no big deal, then this week Wednesday I lost 2 nails went in they fixed them no questions asked. By this afternoon I had lost all but 2 nails I finally said forget it took the last 2 nails off. We paid 75 dollars for our nails to be done I find it absolutely ridiculous that my nails were just popping off by me running my fingers through my hair doing dishes like I have never had my nails just pop off like they did from here. They do absolutely beautiful work but unfortunately it don't last I should not of had to go back in 2x for repairs, yes they fixed them but they shouldn't of needed to be fixed that many times in a 2 week span. So unfortunately I will not be back I will try a new nail place before I go back here. read more

Very disappointed. I just left here feeling like Pretty Woman when she was dressed like a hooker. Called ahead, asked if i could come in for a mani/pedi, was told yes. I arrived, told them I was the one that called, and was seated at the pedi station with my feet in the water. When the woman arrived back to me, I asked her if she needed the LivingSocial certificate now. After a bunch of non-English talk and frowned faces among the staff, I was told they couldn't do my nails now because I didn't call. After some more chatter, I was told that I did call but only the girl and her mother could do it and they're not available, while being looked at like they were awaiting a palm greasing. When I didn't respond, they told me "Sorry we can't do it." Normally I would have offered to pay or come back another day. But seeing as my whole purpose of purchasing the certificate was to see if i could finally find a place within an hour of my house, I guess I got what I paid for. I need to keep looking because THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR ME! Add to that the fact that I REALLY needed a pedicure because i was on my feet all day gardening. So sad that this place ruined a relationship with someone who goes to nail shop weekly. I will get my beautiful nails from somewhere other than Beautiful Nails. Update: A few days later I tried to make an appointment so I wasn't wasting my money. They were unable to make an appoinment for me at all. The man actually argued with me over the phone about it. How unprofessional. I will definitely be pursuing LivingSocial for a refund. I DO NOT understand why businesses choose to use sources of promotion such as LivingSocial when they are not prepared to allow the customers to redeem the certificates. CRAZY!!! read more

I don't think there's been a time I've wanted to stop getting my nails done and leave a place. I just got a gel mani and a regular pedicure here. They started with the pedicure the guy I had did good. I asked the older lady how much it would be to do a no chip mani with tips since my nails were so short. She said regular gel mani is $32 so another TEN dollars only for tips. I sit down with her daughter in law and tell her what I'm doing. She puts all the tips on and asks me again what I'm doing and is very confused and tells me it will be $57 just for my fingers. I explained to her what I was told and her husband came over and said his mom (the older lady) didn't know what she was telling me and that they can take the tips off. No trying to make up for THEIR mistakes. So the lady took the tips off and told me I'm set without doing my gel so I asked her to do it still and she gave me an attitude and asked "what do you mean gel" long story short she did them, I have glue under my nails for no reason now and to top it off she cut me. WORST experience ever. read more
