Tonight was my first night visiting the salon. The gentleman who did my feet was very thorough and very detailed. Did a phenomenal job. My only complaint would be is out of all the people in this spot. I don't think anyone spoke English. I asked a question to the gentleman doing my feet and another gentleman, and neither one of them could answer my general question. He said "don't understand". There were five people in the place and not one of them spoke English. Not very good for a business. I will definitely go there again as I like the services, but very disappointing that no one speaks English read more

I've been going to nail trend for years now and have never been disappointed. Staff is extremely kind, complementary drinks, reward program, extremely reasonable prices, etc. You can always speak up about how you want your nails shaped/if you like or dislike the color and they will attend to you. read more

The WORST mani/pedi I ever had! The pedi lasted 20 minutes start to finish, the massage/scrub was less than 1 a minute and half total for both legs and my toe polish started to come off within 2 days. The manicure was worse than the pedi! He did not file my nails to all be the same shape, no cuticle remover, pushed my cuticles so softly it never removed that layer on the nail, barely removed my cuticles with the little clippers. Then never let me wash my hands to get the gunk off. The polish was put on sloppy and then wiped the polish that was on my skin instead of using polish remover. I hate being the person to complain, but I went back a little while after because I couldn't get over how horrible they were. The next person took off loads of cuticle, BUT never softened them first so stuff was still left and then never let me wash my hands to get the clippings off. read more

I hate you write a bad review but unfortunately I have too. I used to go to here every 3-4 weeks for pedicures and full set/fills. But the past year have been to busy. But yesterday I finally had time and was excited to get back to my nail routine. I went in for a full set no chip and and deluxe pedicure with no chip. Immediately when I enter I noticed that it was completely new staff compared to who used to do my nails. With the exception of one guy. It seemed as the guy who did mine didnt know much about about doing a set. And I ended up walking out with some of the worst nails I have ever gotten. We were not off to a good start when the guy cut my skin while drilling my nails. I told him it was ok and to continue. But it just continued to go down for there. I showed him a design and asked if I could get them on my nails he said yes but when I came time to do the design after about 10 minutes of him trying he couldn't do it so I told him never mind just paint the whole thing green. My nail length are different on each hand. The shape (almond) I asked for is not consistent and each finger looks different one nail is glued so my nail is going at an up angle, there is dips in the arclic. I told him multiple times I wanted to matte top coat and he would just nod yes but gave me the shiny. And was definitely confused when I told him that wasn't matte once we showed him what matte was he was able to fix it but by that point some of my nails had 8 layers of paint and were resembling a gloopy mess. I tired to communicate the problems when I was there to be fixed along the process but there was definitely a language barrier and some point felt bad because I could see he was really trying. However the experience wasn't there. The only reason I am giving it the 2 stars is because I also got a pedicure which was done by a different person and was very good. I ended up spending $134 after full set, and pedicure. Over $50 dollars of that went to my set which was definitely not worth it. I will not be returning. I will never go back there. The staff was friendly. The girl who did my manicure/pedicure did not make sure the residue from filing them was removed so there were "boogers" when she painted them. She did not push back the cuticles. She did not make sure my nails were dry between coats and her method of drying them was to wave a magazine back and forth over them. There was a nail dryer in the front window but she did not use it or offer it. Both my toenails and finger nails smudged on the way home. I redid them myself. read more

I did not even want to give this star. I frequent manicure pedicures but this has to be the worst experience I have ever had. First during my pedicure, they used unclean tools. I know this because I watch the tools being carried from another station over to mine then used. Then I selected a light white purple chrome color. I could tell from the beginning they didn't know what they were doing. They also took a FaceTime call during my manicure. The color turned out to look like the LA lakers purple chrome which is not at all what I selected or what was displayed. There was no apology or anything that showed remorse. I was charged fully for what you see in my picture. NEVER again and please do yourself a favor and do not go here there are plenty of other places that will treat you better. read more

Very poor experience at this salon. The technician rushed us through picking nail polish colors when the salon had nobody waiting. He ended up choosing colors that were not what we wanted. As I was getting my manicure, another technician was standing inches away from the person doing my nails watching his every move. Very strange behavior that didn't lend itself to a relaxing experience. They did not wash off my hands after filing my nails as is always the case when I've gotten manicures at other salons. The finished result was a low quality gel manicure: rough edges, uneven color coverage, colors I didn't like, and they peeled off within days. Do not come to this salon. read more

Please do not get your nails done here! They do not clean there tools ever! I've been a few times and my no chip polish comes off within a day! The dryer that you put your hand in is never clean!! Stay away from this place! Very dirty! read more
