The service is always done with a smile in a positive atmosphere. I see Lihn for my services and sometimes her husband Ben will do a special hand drawn nail art design. Lihn can also hand draw designs. I usually do no-chip nails and have combinations of stamps, cats eyes, ombré, sparkles, or simple. I've added some pictures of some of the nails I've had done. First, I called ahead and they were able to take my mom and I for same day appointments. When we arrived, we didn't have to wait too long after we choose our colors which was great. We both opted for the deluxe pedicure which is a few dollars more than their standard and we're both very pleased. Toes looked great and great service! My five stars is really for my dip set. My manicurist was so wonderful! He was gentle with my cuticles and did a great job with my dip set. Plus normally I don't get a massage with dip and they still do it here! Reasonably priced as well. The nail polish bottle I picked from the wall was sticky (not from nail polish; some mysterious ick). The pedicure chair was ripped and broken. The arm rest wouldn't raise up, so i had a very difficult time getting into the chair and had to straddle over the bowl. Getting out of the chair again was difficult and I smudged my polish. When I asked for it to be fixed I was ignored. I also asked if I could stay in the chair to dry and was told no. The cleanliness again was in question when I realized the disposable flip flops that were put on my feet were not new. They were two different colors and already stretched and bent. Pretty disappointed and I won't be going back.

The manicure did not include cuticle oil or lotion nor massage. You can see from the pictures the polish did not go on well. I believe it was an old bottle. She tried to thin it with acetone but it still was thick and she struggled. I'd prefer she'd had just asked me to pick a different color. Even after a night of sleep the polish is still soft. On the upside the space was clean and inviting. They offer online booking which is nice. If you are looking for overlays, dips or Acrylics I might go here. But as for natural nails, I'd pick another spot.

I was greeted with a hello and asked what my name was. After that the lady doing someone else's nail told me to sit in the second pedicure chair and that someone would be with me. I sat on it and put the arm rest down and turned on the massager, I waited 10 minutes, then Adriana came to do my pedicure. I personally did feel like she was a bit harsh on my feet and as you can see she cut me with the file while she was filling my nail, I just wish that she would have been a bit more careful. Anyways I wanted to mention that when she came out to do my pedicure she did not say hello or good morning, she just looked at me without a smile. I would think that good customer service is saying hello welcome to my nail shop etc or even a good morning. When she was done she told me to sit in another chair so I could get my finger nails done. The lady that took care of that was Rocio and she was nice and even told me to tell her if she was a bit rough or I hurt. I did tell her once since the file was rubbing on the side of my finger and did cut me a bit. Overall I think this place needs a lil more customer service because I noticed that between them there's some kind of difference. I think this place has potential but customer service needs to be worked on.
