Place is always really nice and clean, the pedi area is a little darker, which I like, and rarely a wait. One of the workers noticed and they had to juggle to put me ahead but it really did not matter because we all sat for 15-20 min and no one said anything. At least say how long it will be! He is not there They sat me down and no one spoke to me after that except to hand me the book. I already had my color so I was good. Well, their chairs are horrible. They are too large and sit too far back for a short person, and when you turn them on there are big massage things that pulse into your butt. It is the most horrible feeling! Really useless. Well, like an idiot I sat there for about 15 min and no one said anything. I finally got up and went to another place. I had maybe one good experience there when they had a man working there. He was great and spoke clear English. He is not there any more. So sad!!!!

A gentleman did my…read morepedicure, which was fine, but he was so rough with my feet that he made me bleed for the duration of the service. When it came time for my manicure, I was talked into doing a gel x manicure instead of dip powder because they were too busy and the only lady that knew how to do dip powder was booked up with appointments. Instead, she talked me into getting a gel manicure by the same gentleman that did my pedicure because I'm assuming that's the only thing he knows how to do. He did an awful job, most of my fingers are crooked, and I am now on day five of my manicure, and they are all starting to fall off. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I would go and get them fixed because I spent a lot of money on the set, however, I leave for my trip in less than a day and I don't have time to.

She had informed me they were straight although I had politely asked her to straighten them out a few times she continued making them worse. The owner took such a minuscule amount of accountability and still charged $25 dollars as well as expecting tip when the service was so bad and such low quality, it was stopped before any polish even touched my hand.
