At this establishment, you do not pick a color off the wall, they have swatches for you to pick from. My no chips lasts and they do a good job. You cannot add a tip on your card so bring some cash. The technician who initially worked on my nails had to redo them multiple times after the manager pointed out that he wasn't properly filing them after removing my dip polish. Even after several attempts, my nails still looked uneven and poorly done. During the process, he repeatedly bumped into my nails, smudging the polish again--I'm not sure if it was nerves, but it made the situation worse. Eventually, a second technician had to step in and redo all of the work from the beginning. By this point, I had been sitting there for so long that my back was hurting, and I no longer had the patience to go through yet another redo. The final result still looked far from acceptable, especially after multiple attempts. At one point, I was told the polish "wouldn't dry" and was asked to pick a different color, yet after shaking the bottle, they continued using it anyway. Overall, the quality was extremely disappointing. This service is not cheap, and I expect a certain level of professionalism and quality. Despite everything, I still tipped the first technician, but I left feeling embarrassed and upset about how my nails looked. When I returned to request a refund, I was told they could redo the polish again. At that point, I had already sat through multiple attempts and did not want to go through the same experience again. My request for a refund was denied, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, this was a very poor experience with both service quality and customer care.

Instead, she talked me into getting a gel manicure by the same gentleman that did my pedicure because I'm assuming that's the only thing he knows how to do. He did an awful job, most of my fingers are crooked, and I am now on day five of my manicure, and they are all starting to fall off. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I would go and get them fixed because I spent a lot of money on the set, however, I leave for my trip in less than a day and I don't have time to.
