I requested a no chip French manicure on 1/4/25. I was told my cuticles/surrounding skin did not need to be taken care of bc "you do not have cuticles". The French manicure consisted of 2 coats of clear polish followed by sloppy white tips. By 1/8/25 the clear polish began to chip and peel. I called 1/10/25 and asked to speak to a manger. I informed her that the polish was chipping less than 5 days later. I was questioned why I left the salon if I was unhappy and she wasn't sure if I could come in. I was eventually granted permission and came in that night. The called the man (Quan) who did my "manicure" to come in to fix it. When I showed up and showed them how bad my nails looked there was still hesitancy to fix them. I was told he would "buff out" the clear polish and just redo the clear. I declined stating I'd prefer just a regular polish change as I did not have confidence this would turn out good. Again, I received push back. I took a book of no chip colors (none were given to me) and chose a color. Quan stated I could not use that color as I can only pick from the colors of the first two rows on one page (not sure why that was) and ended up picking a pink color I didn't love. It was rushed and again, no cuticle care. The manager was an older woman with light brown hair and blue streaks. While I was getting my manicure she pulled out a scale and placed it in the middle of the store to weigh herself talking loudly laughing with the staff. It was all so odd. Needless to say I will never be returning and am warning others. UPDATE: I had my nails "redone" on 1/10 and it is now 1/14 and the polish is chipping and peeling off (last two photos) read more

I had been going to this salon every 3-4 weeks for years and it was great a few years back but things really got terrible. The prices kept increasing while service got worse. I always made appointments in advance but was always waiting 30 minutes or more after my scheduled time. Once I had an appointment and no one told me the person who did my nails wasn't there until I showed up. I switched from a dip to a regular manicure that day because I only liked the one person doing the dip and scheduled the dip for 2 weeks out. Instead of apologizing they charged me extra to take the dip powder off and had the guy who normally takes off people's polish do my manicure and he did a really horrible job, nails were all uneven and polish had big gashes in it. Finally had to switch salons since service was consistently bad. You can really tell they don't care about quality or customer service anymore but just care about the money. After being recommended by a friend, I tried this place today rather than my usual nail salon. Pretty mediocre overall. They weren't busy and I walked in for a pedi and no chip removal& dip powder color. Polish selection- huge for no chip and powder dip. Regular colors are pretty sparse which might explain why folks have reviewed saying they push no chip. Pedicure- (the regular) was very basic- not bad, not great. There are smudges of polish on my toes and one leg was massaged but not the other. Also seemed very quick (a con in my book) they weren't busy but the pedi was about 20 minutes compared to my usual place where it's usually 40-45 minutes no matter how busy. Mani/ Powder dip- was excited to try powder (as opposed to gel/ no chip) but not thrilled with the results. I'm used to no chip manis that have clean lines, smooth and ultra shiny tops. The finish today is bumpy and rough feeling on some nails and the lines are sloppy. There's powder/ polish under several nails. Maybe I had a bad tech since she also filed my nail beds/ cuticles to the point of bleeding on 3 fingers - ouch! (I had asked her not to cut but this is not the alternative! No apologies from her when she wiped blood off my hand!) It was a rough mani and not worth the $40 I paid. The upside was the lotion massage at the end- nice but didn't make up for the rest of the issues. (And yes, I should have said something but I just wanted to be done.) I applied a good dose of cuticle oil and hand cream when I got home so the photos show a bit shinier than actual results. TLDR- don't recommend. read more

I will never go to this salon again. I waited a half hour just to get a seat I was charged $18 for a basic manicure, and I tipped my nail tech $6 before she painted my nails. She painted them terribly, and then I had her take off the polish because my nails looked like a 5 year old had painted them. She was in a rush and did not care about how they looked. So she took the polish off, and proceeded to paint clear polish over my nails, which still had the previous paint on them. She rushed me to the dryer and immediately sat down to start a pedicure.
