I loved Raji's facials and wanted a salon closer to me, so I was thrilled. I've had at least 6 visits here (if not more). They offer a nice selection of services at a very reasonable price. Waxing, threading, facials, hair, nails/pedicures, airbrush tanning, henna tattoos, makeup.. Salon itself is nicely decorated and very clean. I always feel good vibes when I'm here. Staff is so friendly and booking appointments is a breeze. Gaya is never not here and her schedule is flexible. Brazilian $30. Facials start at $30. Eyebrow threading is cheap too and she does a great job. Lately I've been coming mainly for Gaya's Brazilian wax and brow & face threading. Gaya is the only one who does waxing and she is an absolute doll. Extremely easy to be around, you won't feel uncomfortable with her. She has a very warm personality and is just likeable. Always smiling and jovial. Positive vibes ooze from her (not kidding). She's also professional and hygienic. She takes her job seriously. Wax room is super clean and she explains everything. I always have a ton of questions (especially first time I met her) about the Brazilian. She takes her time explaining and is extremely thorough! Yes, ladies know how important it is to have a 'spotless' Brazilian. I will tell you she uses hard wax only on certain areas. First time I ever experienced it and I questioned whether this was safe / good to use. I researched this myself and found varying opinions from professionals. Some said its fine down there, some don't recommend. Some women don't like it at all. You may not feel any pain with regular wax (I don't), but you will with hard wax. I asked Gaya and trusted her opinion. First time it WAS painful...second time too. Heck, its never not painful for a second or two and I have a high threshold for pain. It doesn't last long and she strives to do her best to reduce the "OUCH!" Regular hot wax is used on remaining area. Again, she is very thorough and throughout process asks if you're OK multiple times. She uses gloves during process and when finished applies baby oil and an antiseptic. You cannot have sex the night of. Your skin is still raw - she advises to apply baby oil and Neosporin few times after your visit. Its important to wait at least a month prior to next apt. Gaya is also a wealth of information on Indian spices and remedies. I've asked about hair, skin, etc and she told me multiple spices to use and how to use them. Tumeric is key along with ginger & others. Ask and she'll be happy to offer her knowledge - she knows her shit! I personally have only seen her so I can't speak to the others. Anticipate a slight wait time if coming in after 5pm during the week or anytime on the weekend. You are not able make an appointment but it really only takes about 10 minutes for eye brow breading. Bring cash too, they do not accept CC for services that total under $20. I don't think their hours are correct on google and Yelp so be sure to call ahead to make sure they're open. I did notice that there was a sign during my recent visit that said they are closed on Mondays.

Firstly, she will over charge you and come up with prices on the spot that are ridiculously expensive. For example to do a keratin treatment it was 200$ the first two times. However I know for a fact I wouldn't pay more since 200 is a lot already! Secondly, the quality of the services she provide is hit or miss but only miss toward the last 5 appointments. She is not good at cutting curly hair and with balayage with darker hair she always left it orange for me and others i've witnessed. I found she is good in the beginning when she was trying to impress a new client and get us to come back but over time she over charged and under performed. Some of it depends on the number of people and whether she is rushing to finish you for the next person which happened a lot! She can split the attention of your appointment with other people if you book on weekends which isn't the end of the world but isn't pleasant and can feel like she isn't paying attention to what she is doing. Lastly but most importantly; the overcharging got out of hand and was taken advantaging of us being regulars. She would come up with a random price and each time it started getting more expensive and once I planned to color my hair she told me 180-250 and then it was over 300. Simply put, it was WAY overpriced since I have paid half or almost half for every service I had at the salon at my new salon. (never got a receipt and was always asked to pay cash) The service wasn't great and the quality was varied.
