I told her I wanted to change my hair color from boring brown and add in hints of strawberry-blonde highlights while touching up my grey roots. She always listens and explains how and what she will actually do, before she proceeds, which educates me along the way. I love her enthusiasm, offering creative solutions---yet always checking in with me to make sure I am comfortable and content. Wow, she delivered again! It's still relatively new so some things have not been set up at the time of this writing. For example, the main entrance is locked and there is no bell to ring. So, you need to call your stylist to come let you in. I'm sure that will be solved quickly. I can't review the stylists since we still use the same one we're always used, and don't know any of the others. However, the location is large, with many open rooms that I'm sure will fill quickly.

Their rates and prices are in line with the industry. They do NOT use high pressure to sell. Though they are on commission, a simple "no thanks" will do. I like Carol Stream because of the VERSA Pro. and because Emily was manager. How they allowed her to leave is beyond me. Wherever she is now, they're very lucky to have her! Palm Beach Carol Stream, even without Emily (or Lindsey, or Nicole, or Ariel, etc., etc.) is still outstanding!
