It's still relatively new so some things have not been set up at the time of this writing. For example, the main entrance is locked and there is no bell to ring. So, you need to call your stylist to come let you in. I'm sure that will be solved quickly. I can't review the stylists since we still use the same one we're always used, and don't know any of the others. However, the location is large, with many open rooms that I'm sure will fill quickly.

If I had been told from the beginning that I would have to pay again, I would not have scheduled another appointment and returned to the salon. I came back specifically because I was told the original service would be corrected at no additional charge. The original service not being what I requested was disappointing enough, but having me return based on one agreement and then changing the terms once I arrived made the experience even worse. I expected the salon to honor what I was told when I reported the issue the same day.
