Yesterday I went back for my normal eyebrow threading, and the lady that did my eyebrows threaded the whole side of my eyebrow off. I called and told them I'll be coming back in a while so they could fix it somehow or fill it in, and they closed early. I got there at 7pm and they were already closed, but their closing time was 8pm. I will never go back to this place again. I have pictures for reference. The picture of my full eyebrow is how both of them usually look, and then the other photo is the eyebrow that she completely threaded off. My eyebrows already had the hair there. All she had to do was clean it up, but she completely took it off. I do not recommend this place at all.

The salon suite area that SpaBlu is located in now has easy parking, and I never feel like I have to fight traffic to get into the place. The waiting room is small, but I've never been waiting for more than 10 minutes. Maryanne is transparent, thorough, and has never made me feel weird about being completely pants-less on a high table for a Brazilian wax. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare.
