The prices have gone up a whole ONE time since I've been going here, which was in 2020. If you do see Sharda, her pricing is more compared to the other staff members. I personally have only seen her so I can't speak to the others. Anticipate a slight wait time if coming in after 5pm during the week or anytime on the weekend. You are not able make an appointment but it really only takes about 10 minutes for eye brow breading. Bring cash too, they do not accept CC for services that total under $20. I don't think their hours are correct on google and Yelp so be sure to call ahead to make sure they're open. I did notice that there was a sign during my recent visit that said they are closed on Mondays.

This is especially helpful because I'm usually seeing them when I'm in town from NYC and scheduling something last minute and they always find time to fit me in. Sharda and Koki are the sweetest, most loving people I know and I am so thankful to have met them. I am grateful I have a place to go to whenever I visit IL to have my beauty needs met. I didn't give it 1 star because of the location. I rated it based on the service quality and the price. I came here on a Friday afternoon, no customers being served or waiting to be threaded. It took less than 5 minutes, which is very short time since I haven't gotten them threaded or anything since Christmas. OK i've gotten my brows waxed and threaded numerous times. But they were BURNING!!!!! She kicked me outta my chair and took my money. I feel like they used fishing line or something. Usually places will give u a mirror while you're sitting in the chair, but she made me get up to a mirror at the kiosk. It's still relatively new so some things have not been set up at the time of this writing. For example, the main entrance is locked and there is no bell to ring. So, you need to call your stylist to come let you in. I'm sure that will be solved quickly. It's located off of Lake & Gary Avenue right behind a Thorton's gas station so not the easiest place to find. Anyways, I was pretty anxious to get the threading done since I heard how painful the first time around is, but the the owner really talked me through it. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly and used an antiseptic afterwards. Plus it's only $6 for eyebrow threading or wax, which ever you choose! Great deal!
