She understood when I said "glitter ombré", was clear about the cost upgrade, and knocked it out of the park. I love that the spa is upstairs and away from the hustle/bustle of the salon. It is still a bit distracting because there are hair chairs/space that share a wall with the spa rooms. I guess that's just what you get for going to a spa inside a salon. I'm considering booking their acupuncture /massage special because Chona is incredible.
