As someone who has seen the same person for 15+ years for eyebrow threading I was extremely skeptical to go somewhere different. I am happy to report my eye brows are in tact and lookin' great! Brow Spa is a walk in spot where you sign in to the waitlist which is on a tablet. Luckily for me, there was only 1 other person getting services done so within minutes Angie was ready to attend to my brows. I think she could tell I was nervous. She didn't remove as much as I'm used to, however, I'm grateful for that bc I truly only wanted them to be cleaned up (which I did state that also). While there I interacted with Asha and Angie, both women were delightful and made me feel right at home. Pricing is reasonable, $7 for eye brow threading. Other services include: facials, waxing services, lash lifts, lash extensions and eye brow tinting. They also offer a punch card for eye brow services!! I'm very happy to have found my new go to brow spot and will be frequent here. read more

I've been coming here for almost 5 years. I live out of state now but whenever I'm in town visiting friends or parents I stop in and get my brows done at brow spa. I haven't found another place out of state that does as good of a job as they do. Honestly threading is a little painful, but they tell you exactly what to do and how to hold your hands on your face and they give you aloe Vera to soothe irritated skin after. I love coming here, I have been coming here since I was in high school, I always get my underarm and brows but recently I decided to get my Brazilian. They had great customer service and i always tip them well. HOWEVER today I asked for a certain associate and she wasn't working today, this set the ladies in a bad mood and their customer service plummeted. It has never hurt to get any of my services done but today the pain was pretty high. They have good services but be careful with their customer service. read more

I would give more than 5 stars to this place if I could! First off this place is very clean. I notice them sanitizing before and after each person and they also don't crowd the waiting area to maintain social distancing which I find comforting. All the staff is very friendly and experienced. They explain everything and listen to what I exactly want. I get my eyebrows, waxing, facials and eyelashes done here. Eyebrows: I am super picky about my eyebrows but they turn out perfect each time and last long. They really pay attention to detail. Waxing: I get my Brazilian done and it's fast and almost painless. Neil does an amazing job! She makes me feel comfortable and keeps the convo flowing. She recommended a great after care product that actually works! Facials: the microdermabrasion facial was amazing. My skin was soft and looked brighter instantly. Eye lashes: I love fake eyelashes but can't stand them falling out so I decided to try the lash lift. My lashes looked great! She explained everything to me step by step. She recommended an after care product for my lashes which kept my lashes hydrated and looking amazing. I was impressed! Overall, great owner and staff. The ladies who run this establishment are very nice and good at what they do. There is never really a wait, and if there is, it's only for about two minutes on a very busy day. My brows keep their shape for a long time because of their waxing/threading combination. I have sensitive eyes and tear up a lot from the threading, and my technician was very sweet and made sure to massage my brows to take the pain away. Highly recommended this place! read more

They were friendly at first , place was clean. They were adhering to Covid precautions. I was not impressed with the way she threaded my eyebrows. They charged me 25$ for the lashes when I was told 15$. Mink lashes were 25$ I did not get mink lashes. I felt they charged me more Because I asked them to even out the fullness. I also felt a negative vibe when I was questioning the look of the lashes and eyebrows. I felt they were discussing me in their language when I asked them to correct the lashes. Since they said they would charge me to take them off even though I was not happy with them. I left them on. I didn't wan to be the " disgruntled " black womanizer. read more

Do not go here. They will mess up your eyebrows. I went in for a simple threading and tint and the woman absolutely RUINED my brows - too thin and uneven tint. Go to Shardas in Bloomingdale instead because they will actually do a good job. SO disappointed. Never coming again. read more

It's been about a year since my last review. In this time, they have expanded, which is wonderful but it seems that not all of the staff is aware of the protocols and procedures to the business. I have been going and "signing in" as Jasmine b/c this place is down the street from my home and driving to Oswego to Seva is a burden. Around Easter I went to get my eyebrows cleaned up and when it was time to pay, I was advised that they now have a $6 minimum w/cards, which I understand completely but the problem was I did not have cash at the time. So the 'Threader' advises me to pay for two thread sessions now, then my next will be free. I told her alright and she just smiled, so I walked out. Today I returned to get another touch up and when I had advised this 'threader', I believe I have seen her twice as of this year, before she even started on my eyebrows, that one of her colleagues had advised me to come in for a free threading. I explained I had paid for two around Easter and was advised to come in for a free threading. She said that was alright and started threading away. I wasn't too happy, but I have wild/thin eyebrows anyways but I did take a video of the redness and swelling. So I ask her to put some "gel" b/c I felt like I was burning. When I got up to go, she asks "excuse me, may I see your card?" My first thought was, "what card?" But I simply advised her that I had not been given any kind of card. So she said she had to call her owner, understandable. So she's talking and asks me do I know her name? Of course I don't. The staff doesn't wear name tags. So I asked her do you have a staff photo? I will be more than happy to point her out. She starts looking through her phone photos and then stops, I'm assuming her manager is telling her something b/c she then turns to me and says "Next time you need to have a card. This is on the house and we do not do that. We need a card." First of all, I did not know of any card. I did not know you of any cards or that this business did any reward type things. Secondly, your employee should have given me, said card. This isn't my job, it's her job. Thirdly, how dare you guys make me look like the bad guy, you shouldn't even have staff telling employees they can come back, when you have different people working their w/out any name tags or even a staff photo on the wall. #EyebrowHeadache read more

Anjali is great in threading. She's has an eagle eye for errors. I always get my threading from her. Have been going to this place regularly because of her. Nice eyebrow salon in the county. I went to the Brow Spa for my first time around 6:00 on a Friday. I was a walk-in and only had to wait about 10 minutes. All of the staff were very kind! The woman who did my brows explained how she planned to fix the shape over the course of my next few threadings, it's nice that she cares enough about her clients to make sure that everything is done correctly. Also, threadings right now are only $5 - you can't beat that! I just moved from the east coast and am happy to have already found my new go-to spot for threading! I would not recommend this brow spa location after my experience today. My eyebrow threading was THE most painful experience I've ever had at a spa. The woman doing my brows seemed inexperienced and has poor taste in brow shape. The woman threaded the arch completely out of my eyebrows so they are now thin and shapeless for the next month. And crying tears of pain in the spa chair was not the most humiliating part, as I left to pay the women at the desk saw me crying and blamed ME for the pain that I had to endure. Overall the women were unprofessional and inexperienced. Your eyebrows are a very delicate thing, do not trust just anyone, ESPECIALLY this brow spa with them. Please pray for my eyebrows. read more

This lady had an attitude when I said I'm just here for eyebrows. She kept rolling her eyes. Too bad I didn't get her name. When she was halfway through my eyebrows she got mad because I said the shape was off. So she tried to "fix" it but made me eyebrows look even worse. I stopped her from cutting them shorter. I was on my way to pay and she said we don't take card but I'll charge you twice so you can get credit for the next time. With that attitude and terrible service I am definitely NOT planning on going back there. Was given the chance to leave to get cash. I don't know how they stay open with the extremely low prices they offer! This place is great. They are very nice and spend a lot of time making sure your brows are perfect. I had a mini facial as well which was underwhelming, but for the price I would do it again.
