I had to go back four times in 10 days just to fix their mistakes. Despite clear evidence the application or products were faulty, the manager refused a refund or proper installation. She offered only to fix one nail or give me a discount after I'd already spent nearly $200 and was missing a nail days before a wedding. Unprofessional, poor quality, and no accountability.
