In my 20s I thought I was super stylish keeping up with the "thin brow" trend... and let's just say my eyebrows never quite recovered So now I leave it to the professionals because I absolutely do not trust myself with a pair of tweezers anymore. In my mid-20s I also started getting more hair on my sideburns and became really self-conscious about it. Sorry but don't waste your time or money. My facial and eye lash tinting was nothing to spend money or time on. The esthetician did not provide me with after care instructions. By the way who does facial treatments with gloves on or scalp massage. It feels like your skin is dragged and hair is pulled. Awful service with poor quality. read more

This is a small business so the products are all over priced compared to online and big box stores- that is some what expected. What isn't expected is their "small business tax" . When you check out they add 3 percent (without telling you) to your bill. I had done the mental math so when the total was more than I expected I asked what the tax rate was- she said 7.75 percent . I said then the total can't be X. She said "we charge a small business tax". I assumed she meant a credit card fee, so I said "but I'm not using a credit credit card", and she said, "it's a 3 percent fee on every transaction bc we are a small business ". So be warned if you go here to support a small business and are already paying a premium to support them- they will repay you by charging another 3 percent without telling you. read more

The beauty bar is very clean, the wavier I had to sign was related to health and it was spacious. The staff does not wear masks, so if that makes you uncomfortable ask or just wear yours! I bought some cosmetic products that I was recommended for my skin type. These CBD products that are pretty pricey, they irritated my skin badly and cause severe dryness and bumps. I called bare all beauty and they agreed the products were not for me. I asked for a refund and their answer was they have a no refund policy that is NOT displayed at the register. They offered me a store credit... I explained I don't see myself purchasing or seeking any more services from them but they still deny me my refund. I am disappointed as I've had services with them more then a dozen times and spent a lot of money with them that they did not value me as a customer and deny to refund me the money for the products that caused my skin extreme irritation. read more

This beauty bar is super cute and the staff is very friendly and welcoming! The space is very calm and quiet which helps you feel relaxed. There is also parking in the lot in the back. I booked a microderm with Nikki and she was amazing! I just came back from vacation the day prior and needed some cleaning and decongesting for my skin. I had an amazing experience. McKenzie, up in front was the most helpful person, she even helped me find someone last minute for a haircut at another salon. Totally not her job but so helpful. I had Margie for a Brazilian and I've never had someone so thorough in my 15 years of having it done. She was also very friendly and has a great sense of humor. She makes her own skin care products TOO! Which I plan on buying. It's pricey but absolutely worth every penny. I see Margie for spray tans and she does perfect every time! I'm super picky and she is so detailed until every spot is perfectly sprayed! Another plus is that their solution does not smell bad and you can add scents to yours. I was in town for the Christmas holiday and thought it would be fun to treat myself and my mom to facials. It was great to get two appointments together for a reasonable price (a little more expensive than I pay normally). We were greeted right away at the front desk; however, they didn't have all of our forms we had sent in electronically, ahead of time. So, we had to sit and re-fill them out , which put our appointment start times about 10 minutes apart. Overall the facial was nice. I could tell the women (girl) was young and when I asked she said she was just out of beauty school. She didn't ask much about my skin concerns but did a nice job, including extractions. She didn't explain what she was doing for each step but as long as it didn't sting or pull I was happy. It was not so relaxing as clinical. Once our facials were over I met up with my mom and she told me how very nice her facial was, including her arm and neck massage she received in between steps! There were a few other customizations/extras that I most definitely didn't receive. It was frustrating to find this out after paying the same price for what was supposed to be the same service. Ultimately, this would likely be a 5-star rating if the estheticians were priced by skill level. For something that was a little overpriced in the first place I definitely didn't feel like I got my money's worth. But that being said, I'm happy it was my mom that got the more pampered experience! read more
