It's me again! I'm back to rave about Anna some more…read more I saw her on Friday for a lip blush appointment. I had lip blush done about 3-4 years ago by someone else, and it was honestly a horrible experience. Over the last few months, I kept asking Anna if it was really supposed to hurt that much or if I had just gone to someone who didn't know what they were doing. Like any PMU procedure, it's never going to be completely comfortable, but it also shouldn't make you want to quit halfway through which is exactly how I felt the first time, and I have an abnormally high pain tolerance. Anna reassured me that it really shouldn't be that painful, and she was absolutely right. I'm not trying to knock another small business, but the difference was truly night and day. The first pass has to be done before numbing, so naturally that's the most uncomfortable part. After that, Anna reapplied numbing cream multiple times throughout the appointment, and honestly, all I could feel was the vibration of the machine. One thing I really admire about Anna is that she's constantly learning and testing new products to give her clients the best possible experience. She actually tried two different numbing creams during my appointment to compare them. The first worked ok, but the second was hands down the best numbing I've ever experienced. When I told her, she immediately thanked me for the feedback and said she'd be switching to that one going forward. That's the kind of dedication she has, she genuinely cares about making every appointment as comfortable as possible. The appointment itself is about three hours, but the time absolutely flies. Anna is so easy to talk to, has a great sense of humor, and somehow makes the whole experience feel effortless. One thing I love most is that opening her own storefront hasn't changed her at all. She's poured her heart and soul into building her business, yet she's still the same humble, kind, and genuinely grateful person she was before. She's the definition of a girl's girl. For anyone curious, we created a custom color by mixing Brownie Pink and Choco Mauve to get a more neutral brown-toned lip. We tested several combinations on my hand until we found the perfect shade, and I really appreciated how patient she was. She wanted to make sure the color was exactly what I envisioned before we even started. I am beyond happy with how my lips turned out. They already look incredible, and the healing process has been unbelievably easy. The first time I had lip blush done (at a different place), my lips swelled to nearly four times their normal size (I'm not exaggerating) and stayed that way for five days. I was so embarrassed that I wore a mask whenever I went out. This time? Virtually no swelling, and healing has been a breeze. I can't wait to see the final color once everything settles over the next few weeks. Anna deserves every bit of success that's come her way. She continuously invests in herself, her education, and her clients, always looking for ways to improve an experience that's already exceptional. If you're considering brow threading, lip blush, or any other PMU service, I truly can't recommend her enough. She's a master at what she does, and it shows in every detail. Thank you, Anna!

She assured me she'd take care of me and that she did. After a herniated disc and oral surgery, my personal upkeep wasn't exactly on point. Sometimes you just need a little extra care. As if all of that wasn't enough, she asked me to go to lunch with her because it was time for her break. Walking in, the ladies were friendly. The wait wasn't bad, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. The lady who did my eyebrows took her time, which I appreciated. She seemed newer, as someone else was checking her work - so some pain was expected (and to be fair, my eyebrows had grown out quite a bit). While they didn't have a punch card, they had a deal on purchasing a gift card that you can use, which offered the same type of loyalty perk. The only reason for a 4-star vs 5-star review was the cleanliness of the salon. There were small pieces everywhere on the floor, the walls and other places had lots of stains, etc. I know that wax, tiny, facials, etc. make it hard to keep a salon completely free of stains or marks, but just felt like it was a bit more than I would have liked or anticipated.
