Further, she was so friendly and helpful with tips and advice and made me feel completely comfortable. Waxing isn't typically a "relaxing" beauty treatment but that's exactly how I felt! The location was super clean and a very calming environment with a lovely front desk staff as well. 10 out of 10 recommend and will be back to see Justice!

HOWEVER, I was extremely uncomfortable and shocked with her lack of hygiene. She wore 1 pair of gloves for the entire session. She would tattoo a bit, then touch non-sanitized objects like adjusting the light or the chair or other tools not on the sanitized tray, then went directly back to touching the fresh tattoo. I was very afraid to and lucky to not have gotten an infection. I have many many tattoos, and the artists have always been great with being sanitary. Gloves would always be changed if the artist touched anything, aside from the fresh tattoo, before going back to it. If Jen would learn proper hygiene etiquette I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, but as it stands with her current standards, I WILL NOT AND CANNOT RECOMMEND her to anyone wanting to have a safe and sanitary experience. Skipped the free touch-up session purely due to the poor hygiene practices. Go to some other place with better hygiene practices or risk the infection, I know I won't be back, but choice is yours.

My technician "Kat"was about 15 minutes late for my fill and pedicure appointment. Once she started, the work felt rushed. Every nail ended up a different length, and although I requested square nails, some corners were square while others were rounded. The acrylic fill was uneven, especially around the cuticles, and several nails looked lopsided. To save time, I was placed in the pedicure chair to soak while my technician finished my nails because she already had another client waiting. That made me feel like I was being rushed through my appointment instead of receiving the service I paid for. Before I left, I told my technician I wasn't happy that the nails were different lengths and shapes. She did offer to have me come back to redo them, but I was flying out of the country the following day, so that wasn't an option. Initially, I considered returning later to give them another chance, but after thinking it over, I decided I'd rather find a salon that takes more pride in its work. I paid $130 for my services. The photos I'm posting were taken about two weeks later, so there is some growth, but you can still clearly see the inconsistent shapes and the uneven fill around the cuticles. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect consistency, attention to detail, and workmanship that reflects the price being charged. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Sarah did my Brazilian wax in 7 mins and she was very engaging and a cool wax lady. I rarely rate my experiences here, unless its horrible, which a few have been unfortunately. While she was doing them I did complain twice and told her it was hurting I even told her when she put the nail polish on that it felt hot she said it was normal.. got worse with the light. I am so disappointed of this place. I might need to consult a dr at this point. I can't even do nothing with that hand using both fingers it's so painful.
