That's when I saw Anna on an Instagram story promoting her business and I knew I had to go check her out myself. Not only is her suite closer to where I live, the experience I had here was phenomenal. Right off the bat I was greeted happily by Anna and she got right to work. Anna is a pro at her craft, she is extremely fast but efficient. I don't think my eyebrows have ever been this clear and defined before. I also had her do my upper lip (Italian problems) and I swear she found hair that I didn't even know existed there. The one thing I noticed about Anna is that she has so many loyal and loving clients and she shows that love right back. Her suite is the definition of girlhood, you make friends and laugh with everyone in there, it was truly a beautiful experience. I also got a lash lift and tint that she knocked out of the park! I personally requested for the tint to be brown because I wear brown mascara, and she happily followed my request. I am so impressed with the results. I appreciated the time she spent with me, and within a few days, the trial of moisturizer she sent me home with started to work it's wonders. I came back to see her a week later for a European facial. Again, results were fabulous. I finally had that "pregnancy glow" everyone talks about. My skin felt (and still feels) wonderful. Her product recommendation of tinted moisturizer has completely resolved my dry skin issue, and the light tint has eliminated any need for foundation or powder. The billing experience was even worse. At checkout, I asked for my $78 haircut to be totaled at $100 (a $22 tip). Instead, a $100 tip was added -- bringing the total to $178, which is a 128% tip. This was done without any confirmation or verification on their end. I didn't realize the mistake until I checked my receipt days later, and the amount was so unreasonable that it felt dishonest. When I contacted the owner, Julie Campbell, I was told that a $78 refund had been issued. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the error. Because of the service issues and the incorrect charge, I cannot recommend this salon. Double-check your receipt before leaving.

Located in a beautiful ~brand new salon suites building, just off of Rt. 34 in Oswego. There is a huge parking lot adjacent to the offices (free of charge). Her upscale and intimate salon suite offers all the expected hair care services with the personal touch you won't find at a Mario T salon. Amee is a great listener and has a very talented eye both for color and texture. Not only is she a miracle worker with damaged and chemical treated hair (AKA me) but she's savvy in creating stylish and sophisticated up-do's. Amee did my updo in February for my wedding. By showing her a few photo's I'd pulled from bride magazines and talking through my vision of what I hoped it would look like, she was able to bring to life a really graceful style, complete with flowers worked in. I'm attaching pics from the occasion and I'm sure you can see what a great job she did! Amee has a very loyal client base - as many of her customers (like me) have followed her from salon to salon for years. It's so exciting to see her branched out on her own now. Sarah did my Brazilian wax in 7 mins and she was very engaging and a cool wax lady. I rarely rate my experiences here, unless its horrible, which a few have been unfortunately.
