Oh my goodness where do I start? I'm not sure if my nails are supposed to be clean before tips are put on? I know she didn't clean my hands didn't clean my nails and not shaped correctly. She even made a comment that I have a lot of skin on my cuticles. I thought that that was something that's supposed to be done by the person doing my nails. That's why I was in there to have a manicure with tips, I asked the woman if she was going to put polish on these nails because she said she was done and I told her no you're not these aren't shaped correctly. So someone else that he would do it, however when he went to go shape them, it was already too late damage was done. There was no way to get the shape correct. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I recently visited Lavish nails and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service I received. Decided to treat myself to a full set of acrylics before my vacation and I wish I hadn't. The nails are crooked, thick, sloppy, and there's glue peeling off of my skin. Unfortunately I won't be returning to this place but I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future clients. read more

Went in for pedicure and no-chip manicure. The no-chip peeled 4 days later, 4 nails fell off. I called the store asking for a refund and they said no refund policy, offered to fix but was visiting my mom from out of state and was already back in another state so I am not able to return (nor would I want to). Manager again stated no refund policy, asked me what I would give him if he sent my money back? (Still confused by this). Then proceeded to hang up on me. Would not recommended this company at all. On another note the lady doing my nails also cut me pretty bad and I was bleeding the entire time in the store. She was super apologetic and felt bad so I didn't say anything. The manager knew what happened and he still charged me. I understand mistakes happen so just paid and went on with my day. I'm now regretting that as clearly this is a very poorly run business. I'm baffled at how intentionally RUDE they were from the beginning. I was welcomed with an attitude at 10am. Then I asked for a powder refill and cuticle cleaned. I just moved to this area. I come to find out Lavish charges $43 for powder refill (which is reasonable) + $25 I'm forced to have a manicure to just get my cuticles trimmed. WHAT IN THE WORLD?!!! Then if I want to change shape I ALSO have to pay EXTRA $5 dollars. Then supposedly I can't change colors. The lady forces me to do what SHE wants. I walked out! I have gotten my nails down in countless places. I've read terrible stories of bad customer service. I just never thought I would experience it!!! So so rude!! read more

I was a return customer and got a mani / pedi. I picked my no- chip color out of a basket of over one hundred colors, got my mani and pedi. When I got home I looked at my receipt and I was charged an Additional charge of $15.00 for the color that I picked. No one told me that this color was $15 extra, not the man who I gave the color sample to or the girl doing the job. The next day I went in the shop , talked to the guy who waited on me the day before and told him my complaint. He said that I should have asked him how much the color was going to cost. I've never asked what each color in the basket cost before, it has always been the same price. He said that I should not complain, it was only $15 more! I feel bad leaving this review because the lady doing my nails was very nice and genuine (from what I think). But I asked for square shape and square tips and this is what I received. Alongside this, I went here for a fill (over a dif salons work) a few weeks before and it was pretty good. However, the lady asked me today if my friend did my nails and where I got it done because they look horrible...referring to the fill from the same place. I do feel bad because the lady was sharing very personal info that was honestly kind of sad so I didn't want to make her day worse but I keep looking at my nails and getting frustrated. read more

I tried out Lavish for the first time a week and half ago. The salon is well decorated, clean and spacious. I went in for a new chip manicure which initially looked great but started peeling off with a couple days. I went back where Kenny explained that due to my thin nails the no chip tends to peel quicker and he recommended the dip manicure. My nails now look fantastic. Terrible place!!!!! Went in for an ombré full set, I asked for a simple request and the technician got mad and asked me to leave In the middle of my service with a half done job. I told him I didn't mean to offend him in anyway by the request, but he must of been having a bad day that he asked me to leave and not to tell him how to do his job. This is not how you run a Buisness. I was never hostile with him. He was rude and unprofessional. I gladly got up and left. The woman who first started my set was very pleasant and told me she would do what ever I wanted. But when the man came he was the complete opposite, he did not want to hear any request or wishes on how I wanted MY NAILS done. Place looks nice and new but they just need to get rid or get this guy as far away from customers before he drives the buisness to the ground!!!
