This salon is close to our house and does a good job. We love the massage chairs as they look newer and actually work. They don't have as large a collection of colors as some salons, but honestly too many is overwhelming for me. The Vietnamese ladies do a good job on both regular mani/ pedis and no chip. My only complaint is that sometimes they push a little too much on the up charges. It's not so much that I won't go back as I've done with similar salons though. read more

Possibly the worst manicure I've ever had. I asked for neon yellow French tips with an almond shape -- and I left with the photos below. (I knew the color would be different than what I'd asked for - she did tell me this up front.) The tech wasn't able to get straight lines with the dip, so her solution was to paint over the tips with white and then yellow - which made them WAY too thick. My nails are bumpy, thick, crooked, and the French tips look awful. The yellow color bled into the clear base, making them even worse. I also have cuts on 2 fingers. She did try very hard to fix my nails & was very sweet, but there was just no fixing this mess. Needless to say, I will not be back to this salon. I gave 2 stars because the basic pedicure I got went well; it was quick, thorough, and my toenails look nice. There is a cut on one of my toes, however. read more

I took my daughter to get her nails done today there. They look so horrible. They are way shorter than the lengths we agreed upon. She left a mess of acrylic all over her fingers. Half of them are crooked. And the tech Diane was rude to her when she had a hard time picking Color and asked for a garbage can for her gum to be thrown away. She is so upset and so am I. I tried to speak to the nail technician. It seemed like she was in charge, and all she did was stare at me and did not respond. Tina did a great job on my nails which is the only reason I gave a 2 star. read more

I was happy that they were able to get me in right away because most nail spas were busy. Well I should have guessed it. It was expensive for crappy nails. I don't mind spending money on a service when I'm happy with it. Full set of acrylic nails with no chip gel $55. They're bulky which I told her I like them thin and natural even showed her a picture. They are crooked. She couldn't find the clear polish so get pushed twice for this glitter top coat which I politely said no too. Definitely will not be coming again. *update came back the next day to have them removed and request my money back. They refused to give me back my money for a service I was unhappy with. The manager removed them and even that was removed poorly. I still have a layer of acrylic left behind. read more

The nail salon is very clean and the people are friendly. I had a pedicure which I paid an extra $5 for an upgraded service. I learned There was not much of a difference from the regular pedicure. I also had a regular manicure which I scheduled to have before the pedicure. Instead, She sat me in the pedicure chair and had me twisted up while she did my nails and soaked my feet at the same time. Not the experience I was looking for. The pedicure was done nicely. The regular manicure was not great. It chipped the same day I got it and chipped significantly by day 2. I went in today (day 2) to ask if they could remove the manicure and just put on a clear coat... obviously plan a tip for the tech's work for sure! The owner stated they don't guarantee the regular manicures at all.. even if it chips the same day or 2 days as in my case. If I wanted it done, the service is $10. Not a great customer plan. This place has unprofessional staff who will argue with all all day and still try to convince you that there is nothing wrong with your nails. The nail "techs"know nothing about nails! This place is over priced for the crap that's produced. They will create thick bumpy looking nails! If you are looking for pillsbury dough looking nails then this is the place to go. They are always open and available to take you on short notice because they are always empty. The first red flag was when the lady told me she could do my dip nails and a pedicure in 1 hour even I knew that it sounded very sketchy. The nails are uneven. I didn't realize that I could get 10 nails done and have them looking like they have different fathers . How messed up do you create nails to have each one having its own unique shape and size? Don't waste your money. The first time I got a no chip here, they chipped a day later. I gave them another chance and sure enough. Less than a week later, 3 of my nails are chipped again. I came back in to repair them. No one even apologized and seemed annoyed I came back to get them fixed. I will not be returning. Don't waste your time and money. read more

I would not recommend them for ombré nails or removing dip. They removed the dip I had on my nails by soaking it in super hot acetone which hurt my fingers. I had called before I arrived to see if they did ombre nails and was told they did. I asked again when I got there and they said they did, but then the girl that did my nails told me after she did them that she didn't remember how to do them. The dip was horribly done. She dipped my nails instead of powdering on. She tried to fix it by putting gel over and paining on half the nail to make the ombré look. It was horrendous and was not what I had asked for. horrible service over price. I went in to get my nails done and I just wanted a regular full set acrylic. they kept trying to upsell me to a gel and no chip polish for $75. I said no regular acrylic is fine and them in coffin shape and with just them being painted white to go for a Halloween costume. And in turn felt I was given an attitude because I did not want to pay $75 and I just wanted something Simple. then she ended up doing a bad job in return. my nails have been in for 3 days and they are already lifting, horrible shaping. poor quality and poor customer service read more

I got a non chip full set of acrylics that was $50 plus tip and immediately after leaving I noticed that one of my nails were super crooked. Along with glue residue all over my fingers and soon after that some of the nail polish had chipped. I came in the next day to get the chip fixed and to fix my crooked nail and they fixed the chip but barely fixed the crooked nail. All they did was file it down (filing my skin in the process) and it honestly made it worse. Just a couple hours later I had another nail start chipping. Plus before putting the polish on, they didn't make me wash my hands which left a ton of bubbles from the dust in the polish. I was very disappointed since I have gotten a full set from a different woman (Ana) who did an absolutely wonderful job. I recommend asking for Ana if you decide coming here. Otherwise they have a wonderful salon that has a great range of colors. In May I got French tip and they filed my nails to an almond shape but I came back and got a completely different color since I wasn't satisfied. But spending $50+ on a full set of "non-chip" acrylics only for them to be crooked and star chipping after 5 hours is quite disappointing. read more

Anna was absolutely amazing. The previous nail salon I went to in Aurora cost me $73 before tip on a design on just a fill in gel acrylic. So when I walked in I asked for the prices for a fill gel acrylic was $35 plus my reshape and design was an extra $10. Unlike the previous place I went to Anna really listened to what I wanted and made sure she designed the best leaf for my fall inspired nails. She took her time but didn't take ages to do my nails either and she made wonderful small talk with me; I could tell she does care about her clients and what she does. i won't go back to this place. my nails do not look professionally done. she did not do anything with my cuticles and I had to ask so many times for what I wanted. after i left and looked at my finished nails i saw there's already a dent/smudge. i asked for simple lines on my ring finger but she did glitter instead bc she didn't know how to do lines. i paid $60 for very average looking nails that i could have done better myself. read more

While Lena and Donna are awesome girls who do a great job, the manager Kelly does not appreciate loyal, long time customers who tip well and take the time to leave positive reviews on Yelp. When I call to make an appointment and you act as if I'm putting you out, Houston, we have a problem. I understand that people sometimes have bad days, but this wasn't the first time I received "attitude" from Kelly from out of the blue, but rest assured it was the last. The Lord giveth and the lord taketh away, baby. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PROFESSIONAL NAILS TO ANYONE. I recently moved to the neighborhood, so naturally the first thing I had to do was establish my go-to local services (a nail salon being high on my list). Professional Nails is right down the street from me, so off the bat I was thrilled with the convenience of the location. I walked in without an appointment looking to get a pedicure and no-chip manicure and was helped right away. When all was said and done I was pretty pleased! They had a great selection of colors to choose from, everything was clean and professional (as expected with a name like Professional Nails), prices were fair and my nails turned out great! Perks: Fabulous massaging chairs! I could have sat there forever. The technicians were fabulous and knew the names of a lot of the customers that were coming in - nice to know they have loyal returning customers who they appreciate! They have a full pedicure menu with different options which was nice. For those of you who are a no-chip kind of gal like myself, they offer it and do it well! Perfectly placed flat screen TV where I was able to relax and enjoy the Ellen Show while getting my pedi :) Room for improvement: Maybe a little more pampering? I really like to take advantage of my nail salon visits and I think I speak for everyone when I say who doesn't like feeling relaxed and taking a time out from their day? I think a little more time could have been spent on the massages and treatments and being offered at least some water would have been nice. All in all, great local spot! Wouldn't recommend unless you're doing a basic mani or pedi. Pricing is decent but staff lacks knowledge on nail shapes. Both time I've gone I've asked for coffin shaped nails and haven't gotten that but sure was shared the extra fee. When I try to tell the nail tech this it's like she gets offended. Instead of removing my no chip with acetone like almost every other nail salon, the gentleman doing my nails tried to pop it off using a fake nail. My nails are destroyed and weeks later, they are still weak and break every time they grow a little. This is NOT normal for my nails. I would say save your money, I went to this place and the lady had a rude demeanor which is the way you should not be on your job, especially when servicing people. I asked her to cut my nails down and shape them and she stopped while doing my nails and rolled her eyes, after she finished doing so, she told me it would be an extra $10. I am on the hunt for a decent neighborhood nail salon for just regular pedicures, with a no chip option. My experience was "meh". The staff was ok, not very able to communicate with me. I'm ok with that, but it can be frustrating when trying to understand what they are offering and communication is challenging. I wasn't expecting a "spa" experience like at the fancier salons but I have had really good experiences and poor experiences with the local basic salons. Sadly the best 2 I've experienced have vanished. I found the prices are changing a great deal at these little places that used to offer more for less just a year ago. With that being said if their prices are going to continue to rise I'd rather pay a "fancier" salon and get a more posh professional experience. My daughter went there for acrylic nails. Final result, they were overly thick and did not taper well at the nail bed so they looked kind of liked press on nails. The overall shape was uneven and lumpy across the top. Worse, she told me it hurt. I didn't understand why until the next day when she started to get scabs on the skin around her nails where apparently they had filed too close to her skin. It was in multiple places. I usually have come here and loved my nails. But the longer I have gone here the more and more flimsy my nails became. This recent time I got my nails done she made them absolutely nice but my nails kept cracking and breaking. I went in to get 2 fixed after 4 days of just getting them done and they did it with no problem. 1 of the nails that she fixed broke 2 days later. Went in today to have Diane fix the nail she "fixed" only after being 1 week of having my new fill in and told me to come back on 20 minutes so she could eat. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE NAIL SALON. All techs were sitting and laying down in pedicure chairs. No guests were in the shop. I got complete attitude because she wanted to "eat". The shop opened up at 10 a.m today and was open for business at that time. I walked in at 10:48 to get no service and attitude. Let's just say I will not be coming back here. And this nail tech is absolutely lazy and needs an attitude adjustment. Thank you to queen nails who were absolutely busy and told me to wait 15-20 mins because they actually had guest to attend to.
