I would not come back to this place. I arrived in the afternoon during the listed hours, but the doors were locked. I called and they asked me to come back in 45 minutes. Once I came back, I was promptly seated. I got a dip manicure. First, my nails were cut shorter than I wanted without my input. My fingers also bled from my skin being aggressively filed rather than my nail. I decided to look past these problems. However, the attached photos are less than 2 weeks after my manicure. I am not hard on my nails, they typically never break or chip. As you can tell in the photos, many of my nails are chipped or broken, and the top coat is peeling off on many of my nails. I was very disappointed with the service and longevity of my manicure. I have been getting dip for over 4 years, and have never had the top coat peel like this. read more

Saturday I was in the area for a bday part at urban air adventure and wanted to get a pedi so I called them around 4:30pm and was told to come in at 6:30pm. Went in and the lady who did my pedicure was actually pretty decent. I honestly wasn't expecting it because for some reason I just don't have high hopes when it come to me randomly stopping to get my nails done. I have my trusty nail techs who I have been going to for ages but like I said the pedicure was decent. I would actually go back if I lived close or if I was in the area again. They have these little shields that they put between you and them while doing your pedicure and this was a first in me seeing these. I live in Oak Park and work downtown and I've never seen these in my area or downtown. That's what I call A plus Covid protection. There are not many nail techs or maybe only two were just working this particular Saturday, but I got in and out in like 30 minutes. The pedicure was $27 which is pretty average and a fare price. I would recommend this spot if you're in Naperville. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE it here. This was my second time stopping by. The first time was to fix up a bad nail job from a different salon and I loved their work. I never got to share my experience so I decided to try again so I can actually give them a review this time. I am the type to not really say much even if I don't like my nails but Sonya made me feel super comfortable. They check to see if you like it and if you don't, they have no problem fixing it. I asked to get them a little more shorter and she right away got to it and it made the biggest difference. I right AWAY fell in love w the length and shape. I will most definitely be going back again because I can't stop staring at my hands. I've never loved and acrylic set so much. I also got a pedicure done by Kim and it was also a great experience. She is very kind and always ask if everything is okay. * I didn't include picture bc I am every self conscious about my feet * but trust me I loved them so much more than any place i've been to * a customer before me was being very complicated and asked a nail color change more than twice but they were very patient with her and made sure she felt she was still important. I personally would've blown up at that customer I give these ladies so much props for being extremely patient and kind to everyone. You will not regret going here. read more

Yesterday I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Sonia and Jacqueline. I made an appointment yesterday morning for 11:45 a.m to get both a full set and a pedicure. I arrived about three minutes early and lucky for me the place was not crowded at all. There was two girls getting their nails done, but since they came together they were both out about 15 minutes into my appointment. Sonia was very nice and gentle when it came to doing my full set, she is a very sweet lady and the atmosphere was super relaxing. I got the coffin nails in baby pink and they are gorgeous! I love them so much. Sonia took her time and ensured that I liked the length and shape. When it was time for my pedicure Jacqueline is this super sweet, young, ambitious woman. She made me feel at ease when it came to my pedicure, especially since I am insecure about my crusty toes. But she made me feel comfortable and I find her very easy to converse with. I love this nail shop, and would definitely be back! Some tips I want to point out. 1. The only perceptional downside is that it took them roughly two hours to do my full set and pedicure ($55, all together). I came in around 11:42 and did not leave until 1:57. I appreciate the time that was put into my nails. But just make sure you manage your time carefully when booking with them. 2. Although it states that walk ins are welcomed, I recommend just making an appointment. While I made my appointment via phone, I heard Sonia turn away a potential client because there were no available slots, to prevent this from happening it is always best to just book an appointment. Overall this place is phenomenal and I will definitely be back to luv your nails, plus it's right next to oberweis so it's in the Perfect location read more

Not impressed with this place or the level of customer service. My pedi was rushed, she didn't take time to clean and trim my cuticles properly. On the the other foot, I have toe nails that are not painted in corners. This is a picture of a pedicure I got yesterday. Looks a few days old. I got full set as well and rigid shavings from the acrylic where left underneath. There are too many nail shops in the area with similar pricing for this. read more
