When I got to her place in Naverville downtown she told me she had 2 appointments ahead of me. I was in shock so she told me to wait and in the middle of her doing a manicure to her first appointment she took me and did a fast pedicure. Her 2 appointments came in I had to wait to get my manicure done bummer. It is very relaxing the music and the massage. She uses hot stones to give you the massage and what I have been looking for melted wax to smooth your heals and to soften your hands. NO credit cards only cash or checks I was surprised by that.

From this, you can tell the lack of experience they have with nails. When I asked if they have similar type of nail polish, I just get while bunch of excuses about how I don't really need nail polish that can last 4 weeks without any chip or damage or how my nail is strong there's no need for that or their no chip is similar and lasts 2 weeks..... They don't even have the latest kind that you dip in the power kind of nail polish. I need nail polish that is strong and does not chip or scratch or anything because: 1. I ain't got time to come back every other week to do my nail 2. I do a lot of house chores and wash dishes and everything else in between, I need it to last long and not chip! Bottom line, only have your nail done by BiBi and try their nail polish to see if it wears off easily on you or not. I may go back to try their no chip just cause I don't wanna go to Chicago to get the nail done. So if I do and they do a good job, I'll update my review then.

Will not be returning! Went in this morning with my daughter for and no chip mani and pedicure and…read morethought they were very rude to her. She picked out a color that was a light coral color. The polish they put on was purple. When she questioned it they said they had told her it was a mood changing color. She never heard them say that. They insisted that they would charge her extra to redo it, even though they had not made it clear. At one point they told her to wash her hands. While at the sink they barked "no soap" which she didn't hear. Then they got mad at her for using soap and made another fuss. They were also unable to match her toe color to her manicure color. We don't come to a nail salon to be scolded. We come to treat ourselves. Their poor communication and rudeness was unacceptable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This is my go to nail salon. The ladies who work here are super nice and accommodating. They have a…read morewide selection of colors and offer both no chip and regular acrylics. I've gotten my nails done here many times and I've only had problems twice. The first time, the acrylics were extremely thick and the nail length was uneven. The second time, I went in for a fill and the woman didn't drill off all the loose parts of the nail so I had to go back soon after. Other than those two instances my experience has been pretty great.
