Henry's talent, skills and ability literally rivals my longtime go-to nail lady in Beverly Hills who's been doing nails for 20+ years!! Henry is a literal rockstar at what he does!! This nail shop is honest, very fairly priced especially for the caliber of services they extend, clean and sanitary and well stocked with a myriad of polish colours, brands and options. Kyle and Nene are kind and passionate business owners that treat their clients and staff with kindness, respect and professionalism. My only complaint is that some of the french tips are different thicknesses and could've been a bit more detail oriented. The total was $68 plus tip, with the base gel being $45 plus $25 art and $2 cash discount. They gave out complimentary $5 coupon and hand cream as a holiday gift!

So I was thoroughly surprised to find this place. My appointment was on a busy Saturday for 11:30. Upon arrival I found the parking lot to be a little limited- I did get lucky and found a spot right in front of the building though! But if those spots fill up you may have to park farther than you would want. When I entered I checked in and I was instantly pleased by how aesthetic and clean the shop was. They had the cutest decor still up from Valentine's Day. As I mentioned it was pretty busy, so even though I had an appointment for 11:30 my nail tech didn't get started on my nails until 11:45-11:50 ish. Despite the brief wait I understood how busy it was and I was offered a drink while I waited. As far as the service I thought it was excellent. My nail tech listened to what I wanted and constantly checked in on how I liked the shape and length. My nails were very basic just simple red nails, but I did see their pictures online of more complex designs they do. So it's good to know if I ever want designs this place is capable. My nails were $73 plus a $15 tip. It's been a week and a half since I got my nails done and they're still going strong. No breaking, no chipping, no nothing! I love gel X!
