I paid $149 total (plus cash tip) over two appointments in June 2025 for acrylic nails and a color correction after he used "Piglet" instead of "Cashmere." I even simplified the design to make the second installation easier and quicker. Within hours of the second visit, a nail broke. After they fixed the first nail, another nail broke two days later. I had to go back four times in 10 days just to fix their mistakes. Despite clear evidence the application or products were faulty, the manager refused a refund or proper installation. She offered only to fix one nail or give me a discount after I'd already spent nearly $200 and was missing a nail days before a wedding. Unprofessional, poor quality, and no accountability. I do not recommend this salon. Save your time and money.
