It's nicely decorated inside and clean but the service was bizarre and my nails turned out awful. I called to make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone didn't say anything, not even "hello". I was told to come early since I had dip on my nails. I got there as soon as possible and the woman doing my nails was upset that the dip was a little thicker (ombré so more coats). She filed my nails aggressively multiple times and tore my cuticles up. The pics I posted are from about 24 hours later and you can see where the skin was torn. I got a Dazzle Dry manicure and the polish looks uneven and is already cracked. I had been going back and forth on the color and after seeing what I'd chosen on my nail (2 nails done, 1 coat) I realized I wanted the other option. I asked the woman doing my nails if I could please switch and she looked at me like I'd spit on her. She did it but seemed unhappy about it. At the end, she had charged me more because the soaking had taken longer (which doesn't lack sense since I was just sitting there) and hadn't informed me beforehand. She also seemed offended that I was going to tip less than 20% but honestly I didn't want top tip at all. Would not recommend and will not go back. Super upset I paid $45 for my nails to look like crap the next day and trying to ward off infection on the cuts on my cuticles read more

Service is OK but no chip manicure is not even lasting 2 weeks. This is the second time I have gone for a no chip and both times it did not last. I am used to my no chip lasting 3-4 weeks. For this I believe the quality is lacking. A no chip manicure should last minimum 2 weeks. I am disappointed as I spent $100 on no chip manicure and no chip pedicure for my nails to just chip. I was very happy with my initial experience at NailBar. The nail tech did a great job on the red dip + chrome powder. My nails looked super cool! The second visit was above average. My only criticism was that the nail tech (different than the previous one) was confused when I reminded her of the chrome powder add-on requested in my online booking. She basically refused do it. She also didn't use lotion on my hands as the final step, which was a first. I feel this is something all types of manicures should include. I was rushed so I let it go. This last visit was the straw that broke the camel's back. Same issue with the chrome powder and the lotion. After I got home and looked closely at my nails, I saw that the finish is almost like sandpaper. It's not at all smooth and shiny like a dip should be. Well where do I start I have been going there since last Spring. I would like to start off by complimenting their interior as well as warm atmosphere. Please see attached photos for waiting area ( small details which I love , reminds me of elegant yet vintage Europe). I get my manicure done by Zoya most of the times. She is super energized, efficient and great at her job. I got introduced to other girls as well and they are super friendly. There were times I let Zoya choose the color and design for me. Never there was a disappointment. Gel color stays on very well therefore it helped me grow my nails to the length I always wanted. The owner is a very nice lady who is welcoming with a big smile. Another disappointing nail salon in the area. I had heard great things about this spot and was excited to try because of how cute and convenient it was for me. I was able to book my service online which was nice and they had a good selection of colors, however the quality of service was not as expected. I got a dazzle dry mani/pedi combo. The pedicure was mediocre and did not include everything that was listed online in the booking system (for example the hot stone massage). The person doing my nails was not friendly and did a sloppy job. For my manicure, she cut my nails SO SHORT and continued to do a sloppy job. My dazzle dry she said would last 2 weeks and lasted 3 days before it began peeling and chipping. After about 7 days it was peeling off each nail in big sheets and looks terrible. I would have rather paid a little more and gotten a gel or no chip elsewhere because it was a waste of time and money. read more

They play nice music which made me feel so relaxed and played shows/movies to my liking. The smell is very nice because they don't do acrylics. I am really glad I found this little nail studio. I called to make an appointment but no answer so I went onto the website and booked online. Luckily I got the last appointment for the day. They were kind enough to call me and let me know they were running behind which was nice. Upon arrival I was greeted, checked in. I booked for a no chip mani/ classic pedicure. The young woman I believe her name was Kim, who did my pedicure did a fantastic job! She did part of my manicure and another tech finished the manicure. I'm very pleased with the service I received today. Both of the technicians did a wonderful job. I'm definitely coming back for another mani/pedi. Also you earn points for each visit. Before I left I did ask if booking online was a better option instead of calling. They suggested online booking was much easier to get an appointment versus calling. The studio is very clean, organized, tranquil setting. Covid precautions are set in place. Fabulous little nail salon that offers reasonable priced mani/pedi services. My nail tech insisted I get out of the pedi chair the wrong direction stepping over a large faucet from a chair that didn't turn far enough and I tweaked my knee in the process. She was so tough on my skin and nails yanking and digging in with tools - not sure she knew she was working on an actual person. She put scalding hot gloves on my hands and I had to urgently ask for them to be removed - one finger is still red. She barely made eye contact or spoke and skipped the design I booked. I just moved here from out of state and decided to give this place a try. The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life!!! When I first walked in I was told to choose a color. I didn't see any signs posted of the services they offered nor pricing. I asked if they had a menu or something with their services and pricing. She told me to scan The QR code at the register. Ok so I did. Chose my color which was a bright hot pink!! Got in the chair which was terrible. I'm 5'4 and my feet were dangling. It was leaned back very far and I couldn't figure out how to put it upright so I could sit up. Ok moving on. I had gel nail polish the lady proceeded to use a nail file and try to file it off. It was not comfortable. Then she soaked them in foil. The pedicure itself was decent nothing spectacular. It wasn't even busy!!! The color I chose was most certainly not the color that was painted on my toes. It is a dull pastel pink color. It's gross! I am disgusted with it. Then came time to pay. (Remember QR code) she tells me it is $55. What?!? That's is not what your website said. I showed it to her and she even agreed she didn't see it or the "add on" for choosing gel polish. Then She googles the website on her phone and tells me the correct pricing is on there. That's not what the QR code that you had me scan says! It is not my fault it's not accurate you should be reviewing your sites before you post them. She then proceeds to tell me oh I can take $5 off. Your QR code said $35!! I'm not paying $50 when your QR code said $35. That is some bait and switch and I'm not falling for it. She says are you refusing to pay. I'm calm through all of this and tell her I am not refusing to pay I'm just not paying $50 for a pedicure when it clearly showed $35! SHE CALLED THE COPS ON ME!!!!! LOL!!!! I told her good call them so they can clearly agree with me it is not showed on your QR code! She goes back and it saying something in her language to another person. Then still on the phone with the police tells them to forget it. Then she tells me fine pay $35. Ok. Then says oh you had gel on your nails that's $5 more. Again show me where it says removing already gelled nail polish is extra!! She ended up charging me $35 I had 2 20's. I put down on the counter and she tried to give me my change. I told her to give it to the lady who did my toes. She did provide a service(even tho it was not the right color) I told her I would not be back. She then says good I don't want you back. I left!! Zero stars do not recommend. Go somewhere else! The worst experience I have ever encountered!! The experience was average, the cost was high, and just over a week and 2 nails have chipped on my no-chip, not had that happen before. I went in for the first time today and first off, it's definitely the best looking salon I've ever been to. There are so many little cute details that make the experience better - hooks everywhere for your belongings, jewelry dish at every station, huge TVs with captions on right behind the nail techs (and playing a show thats actually enjoyable to watch!), I could go on. I also loved that they actually had their gel polishes on display instead of just pulling out the little ring of samples that you have to flip through like every other salon I've been to. The salon was VERY clean, she even was cleaning up her station while waiting for my nails to finish under the light. There are also hand sanitizing stations everywhere. They also conveniently have online booking available for appointments, which is so convenient. Only potential downside is that they don't do acrylics, but I want to get out of the habit of always having acrylic damaging my nails anyway. I will definitely be back! read more

I made an appointment for a pedicure and a gel manicure. I forgot to choose a gel color for my nails, so they just did regular polish. That was on me, but they never mentioned it or changed it in the computer, so I paid for a gel manicure. The manicure was poorly done and sheer. It began chipping in 2 days. The pedicure was fine. They were very cold and barely acknowledged the customers. They only spoke to each other, and the woman who did my services only spoke to me to give orders and be annoyed that I didn't know what she wanted automatically.
