Horrible experience. No stars if i could. I was given a nail tech with turret syndrome and someone on the spectrum. I mean no offense but give me a heads up so i am not taken for surprise when the tech starts having a conversation by herself. It was borderline annoying even though i told them that it was my first time there. i did not have any knowing of the staff. If i had known the tech, i would have not had a confused experience when we began. Nail tech did well but she was messy. i feel really blindsided. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS! This is my favorite nail salon. Ms Judy is a wonderful Nail Tech always kind and professional. She has been doing my nails for years. The Nail Techs Kenny and Jacquie Are lovely and they do such detail oriented, designs by hand, which my daughters love. The salon is beautiful. The customer service is amazing. I am satisfied with my mani pedi, however when the guy was putting the sea salt on my leg he was squeezing it so tight I could feel my leg go cold and he was pushing on the bottom of my foot too hard. it was NOT a good massage at all. I would love to leave 5 stars if it was just based on the costumer service, unfortunately the quality just isn't as great as the costumer service. I had went in to get my nails & toes done for vacation, unfortunately the quality was NOT up to standard with the price. The french tip I had gotten was crooked, which is really disappointing for the $85 dollar price. I had also gotten my toes done for a wapping $66, just for ONE day in to have them chip. I'm very disappointed in the outcome of my service, and will not be returning. read more

2nd time visiting due to 1st visit being satisfactory. I cannot say the same for the 2nd time. Pedicure was rushed and rough. Foot was cut during pedicure and fingernail was also cut during nail soak off. Despite pedicure being cut short, I spent 3 hours here due to technician having to continuously fix toes. Nails were uneven, polish was lumpy, and design was crooked. Finally after 3 hours, toes looked "ok". I spent $104 and it was not worth it at all. Very disappointed. Edit: Added on the photos of cuts. Response to review was not only unprofessional but rude and lacking accountability. I made an appointment for 12pm with Jimmy, who left in the middle of my rough service, and finished off with Anna who lacks skill and who kept getting up to answer the phone and check clients in. It took 3 hours due to this reason. 0 stars. UPDATE: You guys are complete liars. I told Jimmy the minute he cut my foot and he said "I'll massage it". I said the cut is on my "fingernail", it's there clear as day. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my toes, you and your staff are unskilled. Worst experience ever. I really wanted to like this place and make it my new nail salon after becoming tight on cash however I guess the saying really is true you get what you paid for. I've been looking for nail salons that are more hygienic with their dip powder process aka a place that doesn't have you double dip into the same product other clients have already had contact with. Unfortunately this wasn't the case with my service, I had requested a manicure before my nails got worked on and that was ignored, it didn't seem like they were aware of any of the services I had booked online prior to arriving seeing as though they almost sent me home without doing my full face wax so I don't see the point of having an online booking service if your not going to use it to reference your client's selected services. Another red flag was that the tools used to work on my hands were very visibly dirty like they had been used multiple times, and the dip powder on my nails just looked very messily applied and on top of that I got injured on the side of my right thumb plus on the side of left toe when they did my pedicure also keep in mind I had two different nail techs doing the mani and pedi and both somehow managed to hurt me. Overall there are better places out there but I will say if you are just looking for a cheap place without all the other negative factors bothering you to get your nails done that might be the only silver lining of this location. read more

The new ownership at Naperville Nail Spa is AMAZING! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner and asked if I wanted to something to drink. They took every opportunity to make sure that I was comfortable. The salon was very clean and very modern and up to date. The services were fantastic. I am super picky and I could not find one thing I didn't like. Both Jasmin and Cecy are top notch and take such pride in their work. My nails look fantastic and I walked out of there feeling like a million dollars. I will not go anywhere else and would recommend this place to anyone that asked. Do not do a regular mani pedi. Despite waiting almost 45 mins for it to dry, both hands and feet color was smudging around for both me and my daughter. I feel it was a waste of $65. It started coming off the next day itself. The no chip mani was done extremely well! So no complaints there. read more

if i could give no stars i would. this was the worst pedicure i ever received in my life, an extremely over priced! i ended up havinf to get my feet redo somewhere else because of how horrible it was. i asked for a gel no chip french tip! not only was the paint uneven, the french tip line was overly thick! the base color was uneven and had lined. i believe the person who did my pedi his name was jimmy?!? not sure but please don't let him touch your feet. was a waste of $50. read more

Beware, I've had many pedicures in my life and never have they ended with a chemical burn. Some type of callus ointment was used on my feet, and then the nail technician touched my leg, resulting in severe pain almost instantaneously.
