Half way through the lady say she only heard pedicure over the phone. Then proceed to say that I can come back tomorrow. My experience at this location was horrible! There's a short lady with short black hair whom had a nasty attitude as soon as we walked in. She was extremely rude and when I corrected her on her mistakes she was doing on my friend's nails, she handed me the nail file and said "do you want to do it?" Why would I pay you then?! I'm not a nail expert but clearly THESE NAILS weren't correct. They were unevenly done and very chunky looking. My friend was trying to tell her as she was sanding the nail down that it looked chunky and she wanted it thinner. The lady just ignored her and wouldn't even fix it. If she has listened the first time, none of this would have became an Issue. If she's paying $55 for a full set it better come out right. However when addressed she said she can't make it thinner, that's how it looks. Find another nail tech. She needs to fix her attitude. The other two skinnier ladies were fantastic and very sweet. Went in today 09/06 to get a no chip fill in the shape of ballerina..... let me start by saying I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years...the lady in the first chair by the register she cut the sides to make the ballerina to narrow so it looked like a triangle instead of the ballerina that I wanted. The only way to fix it was to cut my nails off. I went in with long straight nails came out with short crooked nails. She knew she messed them up and didn't even have the decency to stay and polish her mess, she had someone else polish them and didn't clean them up afterward ........49 dollars later I am not happy and will never spend my hard earned money here again read more

Love this place! I've been three times and had great experience. My no-chip manicures have lasted 4 weeks at least, no complaints at all. I recommend making an appointment because they're pretty busy but I walked in yesterday and they were able to help me within 15 minutes. Excellent service! I always just get the mani/pedi ($35) or no chip mani/regular pedi ($53) so I can't speak to their artistry. There is usually minimal to no wait time. The staff is very friendly and respectful. The place is kept clean and I am very happy with their sanitizing/sterile protocols. The overall environment is quite relaxing. Maggie is my personal favorite while Tammy is my BFF's. There are a ton of nail options in the Naperville area, and it's overwhelming! I was looking for a place that was easy to get to and reasonably priced for the services, and this was a perfect. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure, and they did a great job. The staff was all friendly, and my manicurist checked in multiple times during both services to make sure I liked the color, was comfortable, etc. There were tons of color options. I visited this salon on a Sunday desperate for a manicure before hosting an event. Every salon I went to that morning was packed so I had given up. But as I stopped at the Currency Exchange a couple of doors down I saw this place had just opened so I went in and was able to get serviced right away. The young lady who did my manicure was very nice and my manicure was super basic. I brought my own polish because most of these nail salons thin their polish with acetone which ruins the polish and your manicure. My service was quick and my manicure looked "ok" However, I wont be back her for two reasons: 1. As she finished and I allowed my nails to dry I noticed her go into a drawer and pull out a brand new sanitary envelope (the kind they take the manicure tools out of before doing your nails) I watched her put all the tools she had just used on me into the envelope pull off the strip and seal it. Then she put it into a little microwave device with a blue light. She did not spray them with alcohol or wipe them off or anything which lets me know its all a hoax. Just because you see them unseal the package and remove the utensils doesn't mean its sanitary. They buy those packages in bulk which means the potential for fungus is very high. 2. By the end of my 4 hour event that afternoon my nail polish had already begin to chip. I don't know if they use lousy top coat or lousy base coat but my nails didn't last a day. I was grateful for the last minute mani but I would never come back to this place for anything.. read more

This was the closest salon (with a relatively higher Yelp rating), so I came in and was surprised to have only had to wait 10 minutes! Hanna was my technician and was super sweet, gentle, and gave me a legitimate massage. Too often, I'll get pedicures where the technician does a quick rub, but she spent a good few minutes massaging each leg. It was heaven. Anyway, the actual polish job was great. This nail salon has the BEST nail techs, Tyler and Sandy, from here to Chicago!! I can't rave enough about them...as I have been going to them for the past 7 years. And whether I have lived in the burbs or north/south side of Chicago....I ALWAYS drive to them. Tyler does my nails and he is the only one I would ever trust!! The level of precision, cleanliness and perfection is incredible. I personally love the white and pink gels and have been hooked on them for awhile. I love no chip manicures. and hoped this would be my new "place" since moving. The reviews here on Yelp led to try out this place. Physically, this place is your normal nail salon. The salon was clean for the most part, other than the cases in the waiting area holding nail polish bottles that were dusty and old. I was a walk in, and only waited a few minutes. The first thing that was disappointing to me was that the colors for the manicure were not painted on those sample plastic palettes that I have seen everywhere else. I had to choose my color based on the bottle, which is weird when it comes to no chip bottles if you aren't familiar. The only brands that I saw were CND and OPI, neither of which are my favorites (Shellac is by far the best!). The lady did paint my choice on a receipt so I could see what it looked like, but as someone who likes to know exactly what my choices are, I was kind bummed. I also asked for an accent nail with glitter on it over my polish choice. And then the manicure started. It was the basic that I've had before, cuticles cleaned up, hands washed. I was really, really disappointed with the sloppiness of the manicure. She kept having to wipe my cuticles, which I appreciate her effort, but she just did not paint well. She did 2 coats, which is not enough, as I can still see some patchy areas on a few of my nails. She forgot my glitter coat, and at this point I just wanted to be done so I didn't say a word. The manicurist took care in cleaning up my hands and massaging them with lotion. When I left I had to pick off some of the clear coat from my skin, that she had missed. Overall the place had the opportunity to be a great nail salon, but it turned out to be somewhere I don't plan on going to again. Update: 4 days into my no chip, i have polish cracking because it' too thick on the nail, and chipping on the tips. read more
