Great Service & Quick Fixes! I really like Nails For U! The service here is amazing, and my nail artist (Date) was fast yet very detailed--loved the way my nails turned out. Unfortunately, one of my nails came off after 8 days, probably because I was working a lot. But when I went back, they immediately fixed it with care and professionalism. Great customer service and a place I'd definitely return to! read more

I love Kim she does my nails. I stop going for a few years just to return back these other nail techs are over priced. Kim is very reasonable and does a great job I will never leave again. read more

Called and specifically asked for a full set and pedicure. Got there a few minutes before the scheduled time... waited over thirty minutes then they put me in a chair for a pedicure. Half way through the lady say she only heard pedicure over the phone. Then proceed to say that I can come back tomorrow. Pissed was an understatement, I politely called another shop in her face and booked a full set for the same day. They hear what they want to hear. read more

Nails4u - Gel Full Set on Natural Nail - Nail Salons Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

Went in today 09/06 to get a no chip fill in the shape of ballerina..... let me start by saying I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years...the lady in the first chair by the register she cut the sides to make the ballerina to narrow so it looked like a triangle instead of the ballerina that I wanted. The only way to fix it was to cut my nails off. I went in with long straight nails came out with short crooked nails. She knew she messed them up and didn't even have the decency to stay and polish her mess, she had someone else polish them and didn't clean them up afterward ........49 dollars later I am not happy and will never spend my hard earned money here again read more

My experience at this location was horrible! There's a short lady with short black hair whom had a nasty attitude as soon as we walked in. She was extremely rude and when I corrected her on her mistakes she was doing on my friend's nails, she handed me the nail file and said "do you want to do it?" Why would I pay you then?! I'm not a nail expert but clearly THESE NAILS weren't correct. They were unevenly done and very chunky looking. My friend was trying to tell her as she was sanding the nail down that it looked chunky and she wanted it thinner. The lady just ignored her and wouldn't even fix it. If she has listened the first time, none of this would have became an Issue. If she's paying $55 for a full set it better come out right. However when addressed she said she can't make it thinner, that's how it looks. Find another nail tech. She needs to fix her attitude. The other two skinnier ladies were fantastic and very sweet. Unfortunate the man and woman were incompetent. read more

Love this place! I've been three times and had great experience. My no-chip manicures have lasted 4 weeks at least, no complaints at all. I recommend making an appointment because they're pretty busy but I walked in yesterday and they were able to help me within 15 minutes. Excellent service! They prefer cash tip, so be sure to bring some cash :) read more

Nails 4 U is my favorite place to get my nails done. I have been coming since early 2000s and I have never had a bad experience. I always just get the mani/pedi ($35) or no chip mani/regular pedi ($53) so I can't speak to their artistry. There is usually minimal to no wait time. The staff is very friendly and respectful. The place is kept clean and I am very happy with their sanitizing/sterile protocols. The overall environment is quite relaxing. Maggie is my personal favorite while Tammy is my BFF's. Though I've never had a problem with anyone! read more

I've had. Many Nani/Pedi's today was THE BEST!! Love this place. Clean, sanitary, nice staff,

There are a ton of nail options in the Naperville area, and it's overwhelming! I was looking for a place that was easy to get to and reasonably priced for the services, and this was a perfect. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure, and they did a great job. The staff was all friendly, and my manicurist checked in multiple times during both services to make sure I liked the color, was comfortable, etc. There were tons of color options. I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. (For context, I am someone who gets my nails done religiously, so I would be able to tell if they didn't do a good job.) Highly recommend! read more

I visited this salon on a Sunday desperate for a manicure before hosting an event. Every salon I went to that morning was packed so I had given up. But as I stopped at the Currency Exchange a couple of doors down I saw this place had just opened so I went in and was able to get serviced right away. The young lady who did my manicure was very nice and my manicure was super basic. I brought my own polish because most of these nail salons thin their polish with acetone which ruins the polish and your manicure. My service was quick and my manicure looked "ok" However, I wont be back her for two reasons: 1. As she finished and I allowed my nails to dry I noticed her go into a drawer and pull out a brand new sanitary envelope (the kind they take the manicure tools out of before doing your nails) I watched her put all the tools she had just used on me into the envelope pull off the strip and seal it. Then she put it into a little microwave device with a blue light. She did not spray them with alcohol or wipe them off or anything which lets me know its all a hoax. Just because you see them unseal the package and remove the utensils doesn't mean its sanitary. They buy those packages in bulk which means the potential for fungus is very high. 2. By the end of my 4 hour event that afternoon my nail polish had already begin to chip. I don't know if they use lousy top coat or lousy base coat but my nails didn't last a day. I was grateful for the last minute mani but I would never come back to this place for anything.. read more

Nails4u - Nails after 3 days! No bueno!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

They only take cash so just be aware of that before you go in. They were very friendly and they have a wide variety of color to choose from. Added bonus they also do waxing too and it is cheap. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Such a rude place I will never return. Walked in for my appointment no one greeted me just stared at me. 10 minutes later they finally take me for appointment, the guy was so rude. I said the last guy layered 2 colors he asked what color o proceeded to tell him and he walks away and says "wooooow." Tells me he can not do ballerina shape (wtf?). This same guy did pink and white on me before it looked horrible and he argued with me the whole time why j liked a wider white. I tipped 30% last time as I always do but this time I walked right out. Below average nails and awful service I will also be reporting to health department as I witnessed them not disinfecting pedicure basins between clients both times I have been there. read more

Nails4u - So crooked - Nail Salons Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

Was in dire need of a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. Yep. But I prepared myself for a long wait. This was the closest salon (with a relatively higher Yelp rating), so I came in and was surprised to have only had to wait 10 minutes! Hanna was my technician and was super sweet, gentle, and gave me a legitimate massage. Too often, I'll get pedicures where the technician does a quick rub, but she spent a good few minutes massaging each leg. It was heaven. Anyway, the actual polish job was great. She was really clean and thorough; definitely made sure to clean up any stray streaks that were made. An overall great experience. And thanks, Hanna! :) read more

This nail salon has the BEST nail techs, Tyler and Sandy, from here to Chicago!! I can't rave enough about them...as I have been going to them for the past 7 years. And whether I have lived in the burbs or north/south side of Chicago....I ALWAYS drive to them. Tyler does my nails and he is the only one I would ever trust!! The level of precision, cleanliness and perfection is incredible. I personally love the white and pink gels and have been hooked on them for awhile. Sandy does my waxing and pedicures and is absolutely amazing!! She always takes the time to make sure it is perfect!! The salon is very clean, trendy and welcoming. Everyone who works there is very friendly and accommodating. I love everything about the salon and highly recommend them!! They are worth the drive everytime!! read more

In town on business and needed a shellac manicure. At about 45 minutes it was the fastest one I've ever had. Got French as my polish and she only used one coat of white polish. I asked if anyone did shoulder massage and she said no. 5pm on Wed, I was the only client. Fast and efficient, no frills. read more

I literally just left this place. I brought in my own color polish. Mani and Pedi....Seriously everything in this shop is 35$. A couple ladies got mani/pedi/eyebrow-35$ Another lady- full set and pedi- 35 A gel mani/pedi- 35 My mani pedi was 35$. The price is great but the quality is terrible. Why do people not take pride in their work? My polish is un-even, has bubbles in it, and is all over my cuticle bed. read more

They are extremely expensive for a mani and pedi the price was nearly 70.00 which included nail art that wasn't the least bit cute. After repeating the art several times I found that I just wouldn't be happy with the design and just decided this would be my last time here. People specifically request one lady and I don't remember her name because I'd already decided I wouldnt be returning. However if you visit you will clearly hear them ask for this one lady. read more

Thought the service overall was excellent. The techs graciously accommodated both me and my daughter on short notice. We both recd a mani and pedi. Only issue is that we both chose different colors and both of us already had chips in the polish by the time we arrived home. We didn't do anything strenuous so there was no undue wear and tear. Toe nail polish was uneven and also chipped and cracking a couple of hours later. Giving 3 because facility was nice and technicians were great. Will give it one more try on the off chance we might have been on 'one of those days'. read more

I was in desperate need of a serious manicure. Since I was desperate I looked up the closest place I could find to my work to go on my lunch break... Yes I was going to go on lunch, I needed my nails done that bad. I found this place on Yelp because that's the only app I trust, and I was surely not disappointed!! I called and made an appointment as soon as they opened and I popped in on time. First thoughts, the place was well decorated and didn't smell like stale nail polish remover, that's a plus! Second thoughts, what, all of these are no-chip colors?! I love variety, so if you've got an array of colors to choose from we're good! I chose a color that my normal in-town nail shop didn't have, and I sat down in Sandy's chair. She was talkative and made me feel welcome. She did a great job on my nails and she is very nice! She makes sure you're nails are beyond satisfactory and that you leave happy. I will definitely be back, thank you Sandy! read more

Received an acrylic full set and the customer service was great. The nail tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed my service.

I love no chip manicures. and hoped this would be my new "place" since moving. The reviews here on Yelp led to try out this place. Physically, this place is your normal nail salon. The salon was clean for the most part, other than the cases in the waiting area holding nail polish bottles that were dusty and old. I was a walk in, and only waited a few minutes. The first thing that was disappointing to me was that the colors for the manicure were not painted on those sample plastic palettes that I have seen everywhere else. I had to choose my color based on the bottle, which is weird when it comes to no chip bottles if you aren't familiar. The only brands that I saw were CND and OPI, neither of which are my favorites (Shellac is by far the best!). The lady did paint my choice on a receipt so I could see what it looked like, but as someone who likes to know exactly what my choices are, I was kind bummed. I also asked for an accent nail with glitter on it over my polish choice. And then the manicure started. It was the basic that I've had before, cuticles cleaned up, hands washed. I was really, really disappointed with the sloppiness of the manicure. She kept having to wipe my cuticles, which I appreciate her effort, but she just did not paint well. She did 2 coats, which is not enough, as I can still see some patchy areas on a few of my nails. She forgot my glitter coat, and at this point I just wanted to be done so I didn't say a word. The manicurist took care in cleaning up my hands and massaging them with lotion. When I left I had to pick off some of the clear coat from my skin, that she had missed. Overall the place had the opportunity to be a great nail salon, but it turned out to be somewhere I don't plan on going to again. Update: 4 days into my no chip, i have polish cracking because it' too thick on the nail, and chipping on the tips. read more

I haven't been to get my nails done in a really long time. I thought it would be nice to get a mani/pedi with my boyfriends mom and went to this place, and in so glad I did, my nail technician was Sandy and she was amazing and super friendly. I'm really ticklish when I get pedicures but she was perfect and I totally was comfortable the whole time, then got the no chip nail and everything turned out beautiful, sometime when I've gone to get my nails done the ladies are so ruff and I'll bleed but sandy was very gentle and precise, I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended this place, prices are very reasonable as well. read more

I am very, very overdue in writing this review. I have been a customer for 7 years. I used to spend a lot of money to get my nails done at the same salon where I'd get my hair done, no more. Mani-ped $35....lasts a long time. Very comfortable atmosphere, friendly nail techs, it's like visiting family. Recently convinced my husband to get his brows waxed and she was quick and did a great job. They recently remodeled and it's beautiful inside. Give them a try just don't be giving me dirty looks when you're standing outside the door when they open and I get taken right away.....you can make appointments. read more
