Went in today to spend a little birthday money on a rare dip nail situation(only $48!). My Mom brain had a moment of sanity and I remembered to have my eyebushes tamed when I got there too ($10). I had time to call for an appointment this time but they weren't busy (4pm on a Monday). Lady i had this time was very friendly. She did a great job. Dip was done in about 25 mins? You can Not beat the price here and service this time around was A+. (Seriously- biggest tip Ive ever given for nails) I definitely recommend. I'll be back.

She began putting on the dip powder again and it was coming out a little bit more orange/ red, so I thought maybe it was correct and maybe I messed up the numbers when I initially gave it to her? After my appointment I went back to the dip basket and found the dip color I requested. Sure enough it was 245. But now I'm stuck with these red hot nails. Overall she was nice, my nails look great, but I hate the color and I didn't get what I asked for. Thankfully I had a gift card, but still unfortunate. Going to paint over them myself.

While they were able to get me in on the same day, the classic manicure was the wrist I've ever had. I traveled all over the world and never had this poor quality. The pictures are one day after the service was performed. It shows their lack of quality. read more

I love this place and have had excellent manicures and pedicures from multiple people. Initially, I only gave it 4 stars because I thought there wasn't a pedicure menu. However, there are multiple options if you ask for the menu. read more

Not sure why this place doesn't have better reviews. I've had multiple pedicures, manicures and full sets and have had great experiences. They are friendly, professional and have always executed a style or design that I've requested with no issues! I've recommended this place to many friends. read more

4.0 stars? fooled me. if you actually care about the clean up and shape of your toes, don't come here. they could also care less if the water is too hot or if the towels is too hot. Seemed like they just want people in and out, don't actually care about your nail health. first time here, won't be back! read more

This is going to be a mixed bag of a rating. The staff does a great job and extremely accommodating(they deserve a 5 plus star rating). Now if you could get beyond the Andy's rude, abrupt, condescending attitude you will be fine.(Andy would be .5 star at best on a good day) It is extremely frustrating when you invest in their business for years and get treated like from the door. Andy do yourself a favor, you get more Bee's with honey. Everybody's money is green and a little kindness goes a long way. Trust me, being nice doesn't hurt. read more

Maybe if I had booked an appointment my experience would have been better, but I guess I'll never know. I'm from out of town and was in a pinch to get a mani/pedi. This business had some of the better reviews within the area and they accepted walk-ins so I went. The pedi was basic, but it was nice. However, my technician never asked what kind of pedi I wanted, so basic was what I got. Again, maybe if I had an appointment I would have gotten to choose the type of pedi I wanted? I will say, the polish on my toes is some of the best work that's been done with full coverage and no paint lines... very smooth and seamless. My dip manicure felt rushed, but overall turned out okay. My technician, who did my pedi, was a little aggressive with my cuticles, so they are a little sore, but luckily they didn't bleed or crack. I had to fix some of the shaping, but nothing too dramatic. Overall, I think if you're in the area and can book an appointment you might have a better outcome. read more

Pure nails is amazing. We always make a reservation for pedicures. They are on time and always give the best pedicures. They make sure you are comfortable, turn on your chair, and then begins the relaxing massage. They always do an excellent job. read more

I won't go anywhere else for my nails. I always make an appt because they are getting busier everyday. I get a dip for my nails every 3 weeks & have never had a problem & generally get a pedi every 4-6 weeks. I go to Tammy, but everyone here is very nice. Went to see Vicky for a no chip gel manicure because every other nail place I try sucks! She was so nice and talked to me the whole time which I am not used to. I had an appointment which I recommend because other people walked in after me and had to wait an hour. So call ahead and make an appointment if you want your nails done here. The price was the same everywhere else $35 and I tipped her $8. They had a million colors to pick from and I will definitely be back in 2 weeks when it's time for a new no chip gel manicure. Highly recommend. Except the parking is shitty. There were no open spots near the salon so I had to park elsewhere and walk a long distance. read more

This place is a gem! It's best to make an appointment but they squeeze you in if they can! Today Vicky stayed late to fit me in their schedule. Everyone here is very nice! Little bit of a wait for a walk in, so next time I'll make an appointment. I got a no chip manicure and he took care in doing my nails. One did chip the night I got it, but I went back the next day and they fixed it quickly for no charge. Will be back again! read more

The ladies here are nice and they do a really good job and take their time. I started coming here instead of Bravia since Bravia is always packed and you get rushed and I'm super happy with Pure nails I've been there 3 times and every time has been great. I asked to get my acrylics taken off and a new set put on and instead of ripping off my nails like other salons have done they took their time and did it the right way. Tried this salon as I was in the area. I walked in and asked for a pedicure, the gentleman said to pick a color. Nothing about wait time. So I picked a color and waited. I figured it would be 15 mins as he was almost done. 1/2 an hour later I was told to go sit in a pedicure chair by another staff member, he said no, she put me there anyway. They then started working on two people who had walked in after me. After 50 mins I left. I understand there are delays, but it would have been nice to have him say it's going to be at least an hour. read more

Located in a beautiful ~brand new salon suites building, just off of Rt. 34 in Oswego. There is a huge parking lot adjacent to the offices (free of charge). Her upscale and intimate salon suite offers all the expected hair care services with the personal touch you won't find at a Mario T salon. Amee is a great listener and has a very talented eye both for color and texture. Not only is she a miracle worker with damaged and chemical treated hair (AKA me) but she's savvy in creating stylish and sophisticated up-do's. Amee did my updo in February for my wedding. By showing her a few photo's I'd pulled from bride magazines and talking through my vision of what I hoped it would look like, she was able to bring to life a really graceful style, complete with flowers worked in. I'm attaching pics from the occasion and I'm sure you can see what a great job she did! Amee has a very loyal client base - as many of her customers (like me) have followed her from salon to salon for years. It's so exciting to see her branched out on her own now. Sarah did my Brazilian wax in 7 mins and she was very engaging and a cool wax lady. I rarely rate my experiences here, unless its horrible, which a few have been unfortunately. But the ladies were all very nice here. It's a little ways from my home, but I do travel for good service and I'll probably return. Check them out yall.

The salon is not big or large ! But in here the services are quite professional . Wonderful and friendly staff. They have a variety of dip colors and do a fantastic job ! I Would highly recommend this salon ! read more
