This use to be my go to salon, usually always make an appointment me or my mother. I notice before this particular appointment, that appointment times are mostly suggestions and they will usually start a couple minutes after your scheduled time. Today my appointment was scheduled for 6pm- a full set and a pedicure. I was particular with my full set, and wanted a particular nail tech to do those but mentioned multiple times that anyone could do my pedicure. I waited patiently, did inquire a few times for some updates. I did notice that lots of people were coming and getting served fairly quickly. My issue is no one offered me any updates- I had to inquire, why couldn't my pedicure get started on while I wait for my nail tech since everything was behind? This was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this nail salon... they will not service you in your appointment window. read more

When the nail tech (Kaden/Duy) saw I had gel on my nails he said they charge to remove it. I told him I had never been charged extra for having gel removed at their establishment. I asked him how much extra it would be and he had to walk away and ask someone else for the price. He came back and said $10 extra. I agreed but reiterated that this was the first time I had been charged additional. He said it was standard and they always charge to remove the gel/dip. I thought this was odd considering he needed clarification on how much to charge me. If it was a standard practice would already know how much it costs. Additionally, he drilled my nails down so far down to the nail bed that the very next day my index finger nail has now broken in half. read more

I hadn't needed to get a pedicure with no chip for at least 2 months. I don't know if it's just cheap polish or he didn't do it right but if I pay that much, it better not come off! my daughter was very excited to go in and spend her paycheck to get her nails done. All she asked for was a full set of acrylics. They charged her for things that she didn't ask for and she ended up paying way more than she ever should have. I called and tried to talk to someone about it and they said all she needed to do was come in with her debit card (since they threw her receipt away without even asking if she wanted it!) She went back on so they could "see" her nails and they did nothing to help her. This is what they consider to be a coffin nail!! (which she didn't even ask for a coffin nail.) and they claim this is chrome? these are the most disrespectful nail techs anywhere! And shame on them for taking advantage of a young woman!!!! Literally at the end of the service the man who worked on me said "ok you pay me now". Service was listed as $35 , charged $40. My toes look great! I got matte black on both toes and nails but my fill on my fingers look horrible. I was there for 2 hrs (granted I didn't have an appointment) but my nails took forever, the full is thick and the paint doesn't even cover the tips or the sides of the nail. The service was terrible. I have given this place multiple chances. Every time I have gone, everyone there has been rude to me and careless about their job. I have already stopped getting my nails done here and driving to a place farther away because the job was always careless and given no effort, but I went here to get them removed because it's closer and I thought that it would be difficult to mess up. I made an appointment at noon, got there and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before being told I would have to wait a little bit, waited for 45 minutes, got sat down, waited there another 10 minutes, someone did one thing and walked away. I then waited for at least another 20 minutes. I made an appointment days in advance and I still did not get finished getting my nails removed (a less than 15 minute process) in over an hour and a half. I do not recommend this place. read more

This is a beautiful large nail spa. Very busy, probably best to make an appointment. Very nice basic pedi by Quinn. However, I gave it only 3 stars because the air quality in this salon is horrendous. There were women with small girls getting their nails done and I thought there is no way I would have my young daughter exposed to those fumes. I really feel for the people working there. Will probably not return to this salon unless they improve the air quality. I know most are bad, but this one is the worst in the area. read more

Not only did the girl had an attitude the whole time she was doing my "no chip" manicure. She rushed it so much and She left rough bumps all over the polish (which I've never seen before in all of the manicures I've gotten in my life) these nails lasted about 1 day before it started chipping. After I told the manager about it she sat me back literally filed it and just did another top coat, not putting into consideration that she weakened the colored gel a lot, and she did it with an attitude and did it in like 2 minutes. I want to rate this higher because they did a wonderful job on my nails and on my almost 3 year old's nails. (Yes, she got her toe nails and finger nails painted. It was her first time and a very special treat.) They woman who did my daughter's nails was sweet with her, but didn't come back to see if her nails were dry. I was getting a pedicure so they had her sitting on one of the little chairs that they typically sit on and painted both her fingers and toes there and then she came and sat in my lap after I guessed they were probably dey enough. The woman doing my nails was also very nice and did a great job, although I would have liked a firmer massage. But nails look good. She also told me they will be opening up the other area in a few months and will have a chair for kids. So, if you are looking for a mini pedicure, they will have it available soon. The cons: I smelled fumes when I first walked in. We moved to the pedicure area and I didn't really smell it anymore. But I left with a headache and was dizzy for the rest of the day. My daughter seemed okay, but I definitely have some guilt and was worried perhaps she is not. Hopefully, with the remodel that wont be an issue, but I wont be going again until it is complete. There also was a guy who worked there when I first came in who came from the back coughing, like deep hacking coughing, and basically coughed all over me when he walked by. I didn't hear him coughing again, and prior to that he was laughing loudly about something so maybe he coughing was due to that? Later, he came up to the woman doing my pedicure and made her watch some video on his phone. It was just kind of awkward and not super professional. He was laughing, she was smiling but even she seemed uncomfortable. read more

It would be in the best interest of the salon if the owner would consider sending his/her staff to customer service training and also provide them with additional instruction on communication skills to "win friends and influence people". I stopped in for a no chip. I knew I was in trouble when the nail tech ever so lightly swiped the file across the top of each nail and was ready to paint. I tried to point out that they need to be shaped so each nail at least resembles the other. WOW....what an attitude I received. This is when she went to town sawing away only to make them shorter....not shaped. I asked for someone else to take a look and hopefully demonstrate how to achieve the desired look. Instead 2 fellow techs came to look. With smirking faces they looked at my nails and back at me. I explained my desire to have each nail resemble the next. Their demeanor was rude and condescending.
