I was able to get a next day appointment with ease. Had a wonderful pedicure experience with Marla. Felt very comfortable with the entire experience. The salon itself is very clean with soft music. Would definitely recommend Bravia Nails read more

I have been going to Bravia for a very long time. I love the owners and managers here. Kay is very friendly and if I ever need something fixed (which is super rare, and normally my fault). They do it with a smile. I also LOVE my tech Elena! She does my dip and does an amazing job! She takes her time and we have great conversations. She makes getting my nails done fun and I look forward to seeing her every few weeks! read more

I had a great experience today at Bravia! I had a hot stone gel pedicure with Vivian and it was lovely. The salon is big and super clean. They have tons of color choices and everyone was super friendly. I was just visiting a friend in the area, but would definitely come back here if I lived local. read more

When the nail tech (Kaden/Duy) saw I had gel on my nails he said they charge to remove it. I told him I had never been charged extra for having gel removed at their establishment. I asked him how much extra it would be and he had to walk away and ask someone else for the price. He came back and said $10 extra. I agreed but reiterated that this was the first time I had been charged additional. He said it was standard and they always charge to remove the gel/dip. I thought this was odd considering he needed clarification on how much to charge me. If it was a standard practice would already know how much it costs. Additionally, he drilled my nails down so far down to the nail bed that the very next day my index finger nail has now broken in half. read more

Came to Bravia for the first time. Modern, comfortable & impeccably clean salon. Kay & staff are friendly. I highly recommend nail technician. Rii! Rii did an excellent job on my mani pedi service. Thorough and clean lines! Perfectly done! Thank you Bravia and thank you Rii! read more

This use to be my go to salon, usually always make an appointment me or my mother. I notice before this particular appointment, that appointment times are mostly suggestions and they will usually start a couple minutes after your scheduled time. Today my appointment was scheduled for 6pm- a full set and a pedicure. I was particular with my full set, and wanted a particular nail tech to do those but mentioned multiple times that anyone could do my pedicure. I waited patiently, did inquire a few times for some updates. I did notice that lots of people were coming and getting served fairly quickly. My issue is no one offered me any updates- I had to inquire, why couldn't my pedicure get started on while I wait for my nail tech since everything was behind? This was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this nail salon... they will not service you in your appointment window. read more

Had an issue with my nails and they were so accommodating with me. Fantastic service every time I come in and I'm so happy with how they turned out. Thanks again! read more

I had gone here last month before Mother's Day to get my toes done. I got a no chip and the service was great from B but I had paid $75 and it chipped on me 3 weeks in. I hadn't needed to get a pedicure with no chip for at least 2 months. I don't know if it's just cheap polish or he didn't do it right but if I pay that much, it better not come off! I only got wax and a scrub. I'm not returning for another no chip service. read more

I had an absolutely Fabulous Hot Stone Pedicure by "B" today! His attention to what a customer wants was very much appreciated. Had a good experience, Sofia did a great job as usual. I like short nails, rounded and well filed. I know it sounds easy but it is actually not. Good to know someone who can do a basic manicure so very well. Anca read more

I've been coming to Bravia for quite some time already. Everyone is always nice and wonderful. I never feel rush, But Ryan has definitely outdone himself he made contact and started a genuine conversation with me. I love the new products and can't wait to come back and do a jelly pedi! I usually get the Bravia pedicure and this time did the seasonal one. Awesome customer service from Ryan will be coming back to see him. read more

my daughter was very excited to go in and spend her paycheck to get her nails done. All she asked for was a full set of acrylics. They charged her for things that she didn't ask for and she ended up paying way more than she ever should have. I called and tried to talk to someone about it and they said all she needed to do was come in with her debit card (since they threw her receipt away without even asking if she wanted it!) She went back on so they could "see" her nails and they did nothing to help her. This is what they consider to be a coffin nail!! (which she didn't even ask for a coffin nail.) and they claim this is chrome? these are the most disrespectful nail techs anywhere! And shame on them for taking advantage of a young woman!!!! Negative 20 stars would be better!! read more

I have been a customer for some time now. The owner greets me by name which means a lot to me knowing that many people come to the salon. This makes me feel not so much as important but seen. My toes look great! I got matte black on both toes and nails but my fill on my fingers look horrible. I was there for 2 hrs (granted I didn't have an appointment) but my nails took forever, the full is thick and the paint doesn't even cover the tips or the sides of the nail. This was my second time here. The first time was perfect. The second time (from the finger twisting, the arm pulling, and the nails I won't be coming here again. read more

Came here today for the 1st time. Had a 12:30 appt . They started the service at 1:15 because i finally flagged someone down. The communication was non existent and the service was rushed. I've been to many local places and this one was the most disappointed I have been. There is no basic menu up front, when asking for one they seemed inconvenienced. Really unhappy with my service. Literally at the end of the service the man who worked on me said "ok you pay me now". Service was listed as $35 , charged $40. I'm guessing it's because I had faded (half off)no chip on from a while ago-but no communication at all about this. The nail polish (during the usage) appeared half out-the tech added something to add more volume to it. The polish was then more translucent and streaky. read more

I wouldn't recommend it! They do what they want to do! My daughter wanted blue on her nails I told her blue as well, but the technician decided to use pink and then proceeded to act as if I said something wrong when I decided to speak up read more

I waited just over 30 minutes for a pedicure. The man with glasses who did the pedicure hurt my foot and it's still hurting a week later. I had surgery on it about 7 months ago and had 2 screws put in it. He kept trying to force my foot to bend for his convenience. I explained I couldn't bend it the way he wanted. He rushed me through while on a call with someone. Also used dirty towels. I will never go back to this place. The man was cold and uncaring. read more

The Manager- Trangs runs the store very well. Clean place and fast walk in service. Nail tech was skilled and detailed.

Could not do any designs I asked for and instead of almond gave me stiletto nails. Was very rude and impatient. Would not return here. Not worth $70 before tip at all read more

So I haven't been here in over a year and got super excited when I walked in and seen the renovated place. I had my hope's up the service I would get would be better then before, aka why I stopped coming here, but man I was wrong!! First the lady was not interested in having any type of conversation with me. Secondly when I went to pay, I was told 16$ for a fill prior and today the lady told me 18$. I asked her why and she said because ONE YES ONE of my nails were shorter so she "HAD TO" file the other 9 nails to match the length. What the fu**. Super bogus because was not aware of this nor was told about this "issue". Now let's talk about the paint work which I'll add pictures and videos. She didnt even paint all the way on the sides of my nails, and painted way to far down on them to where it's on my skin. So frustrating!!!!!! Not coming back that's for sure. read more

I have been here before for pedicures, always had a good experience. I decided I would get my finger nails done today as well. The girl was in the worst mood and didn't care whatsoever about my experience. My nails look like crap, shape, texture, and finish, and well I'm just disappointed. The lady at the front is a worker! And was doing her best to accommodate everyone. Pedicures are still always good read more

The service was terrible. I have given this place multiple chances. Every time I have gone, everyone there has been rude to me and careless about their job. I have already stopped getting my nails done here and driving to a place farther away because the job was always careless and given no effort, but I went here to get them removed because it's closer and I thought that it would be difficult to mess up. I made an appointment at noon, got there and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before being told I would have to wait a little bit, waited for 45 minutes, got sat down, waited there another 10 minutes, someone did one thing and walked away. I then waited for at least another 20 minutes. I made an appointment days in advance and I still did not get finished getting my nails removed (a less than 15 minute process) in over an hour and a half. I do not recommend this place. read more

This is a beautiful large nail spa. Very busy, probably best to make an appointment. Very nice basic pedi by Quinn. However, I gave it only 3 stars because the air quality in this salon is horrendous. There were women with small girls getting their nails done and I thought there is no way I would have my young daughter exposed to those fumes. I really feel for the people working there. Will probably not return to this salon unless they improve the air quality. I know most are bad, but this one is the worst in the area. read more

Not only did the girl had an attitude the whole time she was doing my "no chip" manicure. She rushed it so much and She left rough bumps all over the polish (which I've never seen before in all of the manicures I've gotten in my life) these nails lasted about 1 day before it started chipping. After I told the manager about it she sat me back literally filed it and just did another top coat, not putting into consideration that she weakened the colored gel a lot, and she did it with an attitude and did it in like 2 minutes. This pictures are from just a couple of days of having this manicure. To top it off they charge $37, more than the places I usually go to.They never even sanitized the area where I sat or even sprayed the file that is used on everyone's hands! I absolutely don't recommend going here, unless you like throwing money down the trash! read more

I want to rate this higher because they did a wonderful job on my nails and on my almost 3 year old's nails. (Yes, she got her toe nails and finger nails painted. It was her first time and a very special treat.) They woman who did my daughter's nails was sweet with her, but didn't come back to see if her nails were dry. I was getting a pedicure so they had her sitting on one of the little chairs that they typically sit on and painted both her fingers and toes there and then she came and sat in my lap after I guessed they were probably dey enough. The woman doing my nails was also very nice and did a great job, although I would have liked a firmer massage. But nails look good. She also told me they will be opening up the other area in a few months and will have a chair for kids. So, if you are looking for a mini pedicure, they will have it available soon. The cons: I smelled fumes when I first walked in. We moved to the pedicure area and I didn't really smell it anymore. But I left with a headache and was dizzy for the rest of the day. My daughter seemed okay, but I definitely have some guilt and was worried perhaps she is not. Hopefully, with the remodel that wont be an issue, but I wont be going again until it is complete. There also was a guy who worked there when I first came in who came from the back coughing, like deep hacking coughing, and basically coughed all over me when he walked by. I didn't hear him coughing again, and prior to that he was laughing loudly about something so maybe he coughing was due to that? Later, he came up to the woman doing my pedicure and made her watch some video on his phone. It was just kind of awkward and not super professional. He was laughing, she was smiling but even she seemed uncomfortable. read more

It would be in the best interest of the salon if the owner would consider sending his/her staff to customer service training and also provide them with additional instruction on communication skills to "win friends and influence people". I stopped in for a no chip. I knew I was in trouble when the nail tech ever so lightly swiped the file across the top of each nail and was ready to paint. I tried to point out that they need to be shaped so each nail at least resembles the other. WOW....what an attitude I received. This is when she went to town sawing away only to make them shorter....not shaped. I asked for someone else to take a look and hopefully demonstrate how to achieve the desired look. Instead 2 fellow techs came to look. With smirking faces they looked at my nails and back at me. I explained my desire to have each nail resemble the next. Their demeanor was rude and condescending. I told them "if you don't see a problem here then I need to go elsewhere". Their response was "ok". I went to their competitor down the street on Douglas near Panera"Pure Nail Spa". What a pleasant experience. No only did Andy do a Beautiful job on my nails he was fun to chat with... So long Adios bah bye Bravia Nail. My butt will never grace your doorstep again.....I'll be down the street where my business is appreciated read more
