12/1 Dip nails and pedicure. Super thick and chunky nails. Clipped my skin, causing a wound, infection has set in, pain, swollen and pus. Paid 120 for pedicure and these nails. Some were round and some were square, one was both. Asked to have them filed again, Kim just filed all of them without even checking to see which ones needed adjusting. I usually go across the street and they weren't open. Thought why not? Had I had another hour, I would have asked to have these removed and gone without. I couldn't wait to get to my car to file them myself, she was too rough and didn't take her time. Toe nail had a big piece missing had to go back in and get it repaired. Will never go back and will now need antibiotics. 11 days in and still in pain. I think Kim is the owner? Wish I could get my 140 dollars back. read more

Very unhappy with the quality of the nail polish. I asked them to fix it while we were there and he progressively made it worse. They were even joking with each other about how they pretend they don't understand when people are speaking English. Don't waste your time here. read more

I chipped my nail on vacation and I walked in and asked for them to fix it of they had time. Tony and Kim were SO sweet. They made sure i was taken care of. Engaging in conversation, asking about school. They cracked jokes the ENTIRE time. Price was amazing 10 bucks to fix 2 nails. Literally made my day. Will definitely be coming back. I need to start this review by saying they were incredibly kind people. alright, now the issue. i knew as soon as he glued the extensions on that it wasn't gonna be a successful nail day; they were crooked on my fingers and didn't all fit the nail beds, i am a very nervous person and overly polite but i did say that they looked like they didn't fit and he brushed it off saying my fingers were shaped that way and i just said forget it in my head, (i'm not a nail tech, what do i know?!). Anyway, Thao then traded it off to his wife Kim for the rest of the acrylics. She layed the acrylic really sloppy and i just knew i was gonna leave dissatisfied. I had a very simple design, which i called ahead to make sure they could do: pink hearts and dots on the pointer and middle, and french tip for the rest. of all the designs i've ever gotten this has to be the simplest. BIG holes in the hearts. like not to be a jerk but they looked like crap. When she was done Thao came back over to look at them and put lotion on my hands and he then started arguing with his wife in their native language, which i immidiatly could tell was him giving her sh*t for my nails. he just kept looking at my nails and then looking at her. when i got home i had to do a lot of filing myself to get the acrylic off of my skin and prevent it from poking into my cuticles. and then one came off 4 days later i've gotten pedicures from here before and i was very happy, but overall do not get your acrylic nails here. you will be very disappointed. i genuinely wish they could have done a better job. read more

These people are so incompetent that my acrylic set couldn't even last a full week. That right it broke where they should have glued it. Don't ever go here as I'm still waiting on them to fix their screw up (of which they told me to come back tomorrow for and had me wait a god dammed hour to even get a "hi." Mind you two ladies are sitting around and the guy "owner" is just taking his sweet time. read more

I came in on a saturday as a walk in for a full set. I got a no chip polish (which the selection is very slim). I asked for them kinda "long" and square. I felt as though she rushed through my set even though there was no one else there. Very uneven, polish didnt fully cover the sides of my nails, all around a rushed job. And i paid $45 for these!! read more

This nail salon was the worst salon I have ever been to. It severely lacks good management and customer service. When my sister and I walked in, we were told to sit in a place where a customer was already sitting but did not sanitize the area before we sat down. My sister and I both got white nails. My sister's nails were not filed. She got a no chip manicure and the edges are rough and very messy. The manicurist left my sister 3 times to work on other nails in between hers. The excess top coat on her skin was not properly removed and felt a burning sensation under the UV light. I was charged $35 for this terrible job. **see photos My cuticles were cut dry and the edges of my nails were cleaned up by the manicurist's fingernail and not a proper brush. I asked for white no chip polish on my nails, but the top coat made them bubbly and slightly yellow. I do not feel that the staff cared about their work, only the money. I was also charged $35. This was a waste of our time and money. I will never come here again. read more

Cute nail salon in downtown Naperville- that gets pretty busy. I called ahead of time and still had a 20 minute wait. They did a good job, but one week later my no chip has already chipped - so I probably won't be back. Not bad, but not great, so I'll stick to my Chicago salon. (I also didn't see any OPI colors in their color book listed by brand (only Esse and one other) so I would ask if you want to know what they offer in OPI.) read more

I just got a mani/pedi at this place and it was the WORST experience I have ever had. First the water in the pedicure bowl was freezing even after saying something, second they hurried through both my manicure and pedicure so fast that my nails are bubbly and the paint is wrinkled. When I asked her to fix it she looked at me and said "I told you I couldn't put the top coat on that fast....um I never asked you to put the top coat on that fast!?!?!?!! WHAT?!?! And then on top of that they charged me $40....even though the price of a mani/pedi is $36....terrible! read more

I have been coming here every week or two for several years. The staff do a good job on my no chip manis, pedis (love the massage chairs), and eyebrow waxes. The environment is generally quiet and restful. Pricing is in line with competition in the area. I have reduced my rating from 4 to 2 after multiple instances of coming in and waiting over 30 minutes, sitting at a station or with my feet in water, with no idea or update given as to when someone will actually be available. I wish they used a sign-in list with times, so you had an idea of the wait. They speak very poor English, making it difficult to communicate. And if you complain, they don't offer any remedy, the owner is just rude, like how dare you complain. read more

I have been to a few nail salons near my home and have been rather disappointed! I have finally found the right one! Kim and Tony are fantastic! They spend a lot of time and do a great job. They are friendly and will have a conversation as the do your nails! This is my new go to for sure! Do the nail dip - time consuming but my nails lasted 5 weeks! Worth the extra cost! Highly recommend! read more

Lee was very friendly and she did a great job! Very clean place also! The staff was very nice as well

I had the best pedicure I've ever had at Ziza's! The massage felt like it was half an hour long... amazing. Friendly staff, very thorough. My fiancé and I had Tao and Lee and we both loved our pedicures! Highly recommend! read more

Update: A week later I was chopping food and sliced my nail in half with a large knife. (The no-chip probably saved my finger but that's not what I came to post.) I went in, they repaired the nail so it would stay attached, and refreshed my manicure on the other nails free of charge. Great customer service, they will have my business in the future. read more

My recent experience here was terrible. Several people waiting and only 3 technicians working. While waiting for a pedicure, the water became cold. After 45 minutes of waiting, the technician did a rush job. I also don't appreciate how the employees speak to each other in a foreign language so you can't understand them. That's not good customer service. Would never return here and recommend you don't either. read more

This is my first time here and they will definitely have a repeat customer in me. I walked in and there was no wait. I was greeted immediately and shown their excellent selection of polish. Once I picked my color I was shown to the pedicure chair and given a list of pedicure options. I waited for 2-3 minutes with my feet soaking while they grabbed everything needed for the pedicure I picked. I really appreciated seeing them pull the tools out of the sterilization pouches, so I know they were clean. My gal took her time with me and gave me a great experience, making sure to ask if I was okay as she was digging out my ingrown toenails. I had a great experience here and suggest trying it out. read more

Worst pedicure ever. Took over an hour. Will not be back. Do not come here if you have anything else to do with your entire day.

Walked in 1 time for a pedicure and they seated me right away. BUT- then I sat there for over 30 minutes with my feet soaking in ice cold water and STILL I hadn't been waited on. I finally got up and walked out. Went in 1 other time hoping for a better experience. I felt the "guy/owner" was rushing the pedicure and it was just an OK experience. There are many other nail salons in the area ( including one across the street) to try so I highly doubt I will ever be going back. read more

They always do a great job with eye brow waxing!

Terrible. They have like zero good colors to choose from. And most of them are weird off brands. When I Put my feet in the bowl of water for my pedicure it was literally scalding hot. The massage seats just bang your head around and the remotes don't work to change it. And the my nail scuffed when I barely bumped it an hour later. Probably because their polishes suck! read more

ZiZa is the place to go!! Its seems to be harder and harder to find a good nail salon. This was a first time visit for my mom and I. We have been to almost every salon in the tri-city area including Venetian, simply nails and several others. We both can honestly say this has been the best mani/pedi we've had in years and it puts them to shame!!! Besides the place being clean! The staff is so friendly and really takes their time. Thank you ZiZa for a great experience!! See you in 2 weeks!! read more

When I first went there, I was pleased with my service. The atmosphere was clean, very well put together and the people working there were really nice. I ended up going back a couple times and even got one of my friends to go with me on multiple occasions. I recently went back there to get a full set put back on after not having them on for awhile and I wanted a French tip. The guy that was taking care of me was going back and forth between me and another customer. That tells me right off the bat that there wasn't enough employees on and I felt like he was rushing my nails in order to please her as well. I completely understand how being busy goes and you have to do what you have to do and I was pleased at the time because my nails looked good. About 2 days later, my nails started coming up and turning extremely yellow. It was really really disappointing... Especially because it was the first time I had my nails back on in awhile. I am hoping nobody else has experienced this but I'm not sure I'll be going back.. Need to find a place more consistent. read more

Great selections of colors and styles. Got a set of tips with no chip 3 weeks ago and got complimented on them again yesterday! I've never had to wait more than 10-15min & usually am seated right away and they start. Yes, sometimes they stop in the middle to answer the phone, take a payment, or do a quick correction, buy they do that everywhere. Here it seems more minimal. I'm very happy with their work and staff. read more

We were rushed through our pedicures because they only had three people working and several people waiting for service. My daughter's toe was cut by them and was bleeding, and no one acknowledged it. Won't be going back. read more
