The billing experience was even worse. At checkout, I asked for my $78 haircut to be totaled at $100 (a $22 tip). Instead, a $100 tip was added -- bringing the total to $178, which is a 128% tip. This was done without any confirmation or verification on their end. I didn't realize the mistake until I checked my receipt days later, and the amount was so unreasonable that it felt dishonest. When I contacted the owner, Julie Campbell, I was told that a $78 refund had been issued. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the error. Because of the service issues and the incorrect charge, I cannot recommend this salon. Double-check your receipt before leaving.

That's when I saw Anna on an Instagram story promoting her business and I knew I had to go check her out myself. Not only is her suite closer to where I live, the experience I had here was phenomenal. Right off the bat I was greeted happily by Anna and she got right to work. Anna is a pro at her craft, she is extremely fast but efficient. I don't think my eyebrows have ever been this clear and defined before.
