They get some background information to make sure that you don't get any bad reactions and she checked with me through the process to make sure I was comfortable. The process took about an hour in total but it went by quickly as I chatted with the lash artist and she talked me through everything that she was doing. I was also given some aftercare tips and informed about eyelash growth cycles and I walked away feeling really good. You also get a eyelash tint with the eyelash lift. The bed they have you lay on is quite comfortable, they have you take off your shoes and jacket before getting on the table. No complaints there but it was a bit cold in the studio so I was quickly cold and looking forward to the session being done so that I could put my coat and scarf back on. One other thing I am also not a fan of is that they have no dividers in between their beds or anything. I am personally used to any beauty appointments being one on one and in private rooms or at least having more distance between me and the other customers. This studio is small, so if you are like me just be aware that you are close to other customers getting beauty services.

The quality definitely doesn't meet my expectations - half of the lashes have usually fallen out a week after my appointment and they are constantly tangled or sticking sideways, which is embarrassing. The final straw of my decision to leave was today. My normal service provider was not available and I had to book with someone named Cassie. I inadvertently arrived an hour early because I had the wrong time down - when I realized my mistake I said "I'm so sorry, is there any way I can reschedule? I can't rearrange my work schedule to come an hour later." She said sure, but she'd have to charge me a $50 cancellation fee. I asked why, since I needed to reschedule not cancel, and she rudely answered "I can take you in 20 minutes but otherwise, I already told you it's considered a cancellation." I wasn't being rude so I don't know why that tone was necessary...but I'm not staying someplace that's both poor quality and rude to me. If you must go here, definitely don't expect kind service from Cassie.

Bojana is wonderful!! I was really nervous about having my eyebrows micro bladed considering it's…read moresemi-permanent. But she was patient and answered all of my questions putting my mind at ease. Her salon is clean and well equipped. She is a true artist and my brows came out perfect! I just had them done yesterday so I can't speak to how long they will last but I can tell you that you can go to Bojana with utter confidence in her skill level. Heres what happens for those of you wondering. The entire process took a little over an hour. I was taken into a private room where I laid on a table under a bright light. Bojana used a phone app to check my brows for symmetry, she then measured and marked where she would add the color. She provided a mirror for me to check what was happening and showed me her markings. The next 5 or so minutes of prepwork did hurt, it felt like scrapping your skin with something sharp, but not intolerable. She then applied a numbing cream for 10 minutes which is a real blessing. I didn't feel anything after that. She filled in the brows and then applied some tint that had to sit for 10 minutes, that burned a little, again not intolerable. She then provided me with some aftercare instructions. That evening my brows were a little sore, kind of felt like a mild sunburn, so I put on some antibacterial ointment with pain relief which helped. Right now they are a little dark but I know they will fade. Couldn't be happier with the results!

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this eyebrow threading salon. Back in…read moreAugust, I went in for a routine eyebrow service, and during the appointment the technician accidentally cut my eyebrow. Dye was then applied over the area, which caused a chemical burn to my skin. The owner was present the day the incident happened and was aware of the injury. I returned to the shop the very next day to show her how badly my eyebrow had scabbed, and she provided me with A&D ointment to apply to the area. Because of the injury, I later had to seek treatment from a dermatologist and received three separate medical bills totaling $147 each. Recently, I went back to the salon, informed the owner that I had seen a doctor, and provided copies of my bills. She apologized and told me she would take care of the expenses. Her insurance company contacted my dermatologist's office directly to verify my visit and obtain my medical records. After that, the owner called me and stated she would personally pay the bills out of pocket. Unfortunately, after making that promise, she stopped responding to my calls and messages and has not followed through. I gave multiple opportunities for this situation to be resolved privately, but communication has completely stopped. I am sharing my experience so others are aware. I hope the business takes responsibility for incidents like this and improves both safety practices and customer communication moving forward.
