She did this multiple times and I finally had to interrupt and politely ask that she concentrate on what she needed to do, finish up with my daughter, then take a break to chat with her friend. She appreciated the call and said if I went on styleseat, I could see other times she was free and I wouldn't be charged if I canceled the appointment. Thought it was odd that someone doesn't know their schedule but okay, it's 2016. No biggie. Went on styleseat to change it and was charged for less than 24 hour notice, even though it was about 22 hours before my appointment and I'd called her personally. So now I have a groupon I don't plan on using, EVER, and I'm out my money. Sad way to turn off new customers.

They were able to take the three of us all at the same time, which was great. I've only ever had one pedicure, so the whole process is unfamiliar to me. I got really jumpy during this trip and accidentally splashed the technician working on me (embarrassing). She asked about my experience with getting nails done when I sat down, so she knew I was a novice and still didn't quite explain the process to me. I noticed that my sister and my mom got to use the uv light on their nails to dry, but I didn't. My technician took me to a bench and just sat me down with no further explanation. She asked how I was paying, brought a card machine to me and I assumed we were done, so I started to take off the toe separators and flip flop things and she happened to walk by in that moment and stopped me and said my nails wouldn't be dry yet. She didn't say how long I'd have to stay seated there and I noticed that while taking that stuff off, I smudged one on the nails. I was too embarrassed to say anything so I just sat there and waited to be told I could go. My mom and sister were both done and ready to go...so I was looking for my tech, and she was no where to be found. My mom asked why I wasn't sitting at the front where there were lights for faster drying...I didn't know that was a thing so we picked up my stuff and went over there. That's went my tech showed up and offered to help put on my socks and such and she noticed the smudged nail and went to fix it, so now I'm going to be sitting longer waiting to dry. I hate making people wait on me, but I'm glad she fixed it. I'm going on a cruise soon and didn't want to get another one so soon. Overall, just a confusing experience but the end result is that I love my nails.

This was the worst experience I've had in my 20 years of getting my nails done. I came in for a…read morefull set no chip the tech did my pedi about a year ago so was friendly at first. (Horrible pedi, another story) She jumped to " you should get a pedi" I said maybe she said "ok after your nails we will start" IM SORRY WHAT? So I went back because everyone has off days and it's not fair to judge. BIG BIGGEST! She just said "Ok we will do French, what color" again not a question a demanded. It's my day off and I said ok what the heck. She didn't offer a color book or anything, As she is cleaning and sculpting my nails I notice she isn't cleaning the sides or shaping them just going over the top. I wait thinking maybe them is her process every tech is different. She then shaves underneath and there is a chunk of acrylic Stuck to my skin and she went to hard and burned my skin. Then she wipes out the UC lamp I haven't washed and my nails look like crap. I sit back and start really looking There is no shape the acrylic and nail and cuticle are all fuse together in one big blob. I ask her to make a better shape she rolled her eyes and yanked my arm across the table. Then did the same nothingness she gave me my hand back and I looked again and saw my thumb nail was like lifted by the cuticle, And they still weren't shaped. I started to try to tell her and she yelled spoke over me and grabbed my arm again and pulled it EVEN FURTHER ACROSS THE TABLE to the point it painful I couldn't take it anymore and took my arm back I got fed up and said I going to wash my hands and really look. SHE YELLED AT ME GUVE ME YOU HAND ITS FINE ITS FINE When I said no I want to wash my hands she rolled her eyes and said something under breath. As I washed my hands I saw just how really bad it was. I asked if anyone else could fix and finish my nails she then STARTED POINTING AND YELLING AT ME. I was explaining to the other techs the concerns and she said fine we will fix for you and the other women had to tell her to be quiet because she wouldn't stop yelling and talking. The look on the women's faces as she looked at my nails confirmed just what I was thinking they were bad. She tried to fix them and make them nice. It's not as bad but nothing crazy for the price. The sides weren't separated so when they finally did the nail polish doesn't look right the length is still uneven my finger still burns and I was screamed at by a overweight bald women So all and all I wouldn't recommend
