A "friend" came in and they kept having a discussion, she would work on my daughter then stop to walk over to the waiting chairs to talk to her friend about whatever her friend was showing her on her phone. She did this multiple times and I finally had to interrupt and politely ask that she concentrate on what she needed to do, finish up with my daughter, then take a break to chat with her friend. Ultimately, she did a HORRIBLE job on my daughter's eye brows, it was uneven and not a good arch.

I found out that I had a work thing almost 24 hours in advance so I called Qia to see if I could reschedule without fees since she uses styleseat to set her appointments. She appreciated the call and said if I went on styleseat, I could see other times she was free and I wouldn't be charged if I canceled the appointment. Thought it was odd that someone doesn't know their schedule but okay, it's 2016. No biggie. Went on styleseat to change it and was charged for less than 24 hour notice, even though it was about 22 hours before my appointment and I'd called her personally. So now I have a groupon I don't plan on using, EVER, and I'm out my money. Sad way to turn off new customers.

I'm kind unsure about whether I liked my experience here or not…read more My mom comes here regularly and my sister wanted to get er nails done for her birthday and an upcoming trip she was taking. They were able to take the three of us all at the same time, which was great. I've only ever had one pedicure, so the whole process is unfamiliar to me. I got really jumpy during this trip and accidentally splashed the technician working on me (embarrassing). She asked about my experience with getting nails done when I sat down, so she knew I was a novice and still didn't quite explain the process to me. I noticed that my sister and my mom got to use the uv light on their nails to dry, but I didn't. My technician took me to a bench and just sat me down with no further explanation. She asked how I was paying, brought a card machine to me and I assumed we were done, so I started to take off the toe separators and flip flop things and she happened to walk by in that moment and stopped me and said my nails wouldn't be dry yet. She didn't say how long I'd have to stay seated there and I noticed that while taking that stuff off, I smudged one on the nails. I was too embarrassed to say anything so I just sat there and waited to be told I could go. My mom and sister were both done and ready to go...so I was looking for my tech, and she was no where to be found. My mom asked why I wasn't sitting at the front where there were lights for faster drying...I didn't know that was a thing so we picked up my stuff and went over there. That's went my tech showed up and offered to help put on my socks and such and she noticed the smudged nail and went to fix it, so now I'm going to be sitting longer waiting to dry. I hate making people wait on me, but I'm glad she fixed it. I'm going on a cruise soon and didn't want to get another one so soon. Overall, just a confusing experience but the end result is that I love my nails.

The other lady said "because you scam and steal peoples money" they were cussing each other out mind you I was waiting to finish up my nails but they kept arguing and disrespecting each other! I didn't know what to do ?! It was them 2 and myself ! I called the salon in the morning and it seems like their phone doesn't work!!! I won't be back
