I booked my 5pm appointment and immediately called to see if they have any cancellations and Michelle accommodated my request for 1pm. For me... that's exceptional service, to get a call from Michelle right away. A good sign I thought. Lia did my lashes and I was impressed that she knew exactly what I wanted... nothing over the top, just lashes that looked natural. I don't like the super heavy thick Mr Snuffleupagus look I was so thrilled that I impulsively had my brows done by Lili... and yes she also did an amazing job! The esthetician that I had been seeing for years closed her salon and I have been looking for a replacement. I realize time is money but speed is not why I came to see you. I got spoiled and have come to learn that my bottom lip doesn't always count as a lip, the rogue hair that doesn't respond to waxing gets left behind. She answered all of my questions and was very up front about the whole process and pricing. I scheduled my installation appointment with her (had to wait three weeks to get in!) The wait was definitely worth it. I arrived at my appointment and Deb and her assistant (who was lovely) started on the application. It took about 3.5 hours and looks fabulous! They took me from shoulder length t just below my waist and I love it. Deb recommended some after care products for me and advised on how to care for the extensions.
