I went to Kenya on Saturday 09/18 for a light volume full set which was $140.They looked nice when she was done, however, Immediately after she did my lashes they started falling out. I was told to brush them out and it would be fine and told me to contact her if I experience excessive lashes falling out. Kenya even sold me the lash wash that I was to use to wash them. After I left I notice my lashes were still falling out like crazy. BUT THIS IS NOT THE BAD PART. I reached out to Kenya Monday morning on 9/20 explaining the issues I was having with this lash set. KENYA WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I did not receive an apology instead I was accused of not washing and brushing the lash correctly. I sent her a picture, which she then claimed it was my skin that made the lashes fall out within a two day time frame. Kenya then told me that I was "IN MY FEELINGS"! I PAID YOU FOR A SERVICE. $140!!! I'm a customer. I have a right to express my concerns. After my communication with Kenya I didn't even feel comfortable letting her correct the work, so I asked for a refund and was told she does not provide refunds.

This was my first time ever getting an eyelash lift. The lash artist was very nice and informative…read moreand talked me through the whole process before we even started. They get some background information to make sure that you don't get any bad reactions and she checked with me through the process to make sure I was comfortable. The process took about an hour in total but it went by quickly as I chatted with the lash artist and she talked me through everything that she was doing. I was also given some aftercare tips and informed about eyelash growth cycles and I walked away feeling really good. You also get a eyelash tint with the eyelash lift. The bed they have you lay on is quite comfortable, they have you take off your shoes and jacket before getting on the table. No complaints there but it was a bit cold in the studio so I was quickly cold and looking forward to the session being done so that I could put my coat and scarf back on. One other thing I am also not a fan of is that they have no dividers in between their beds or anything. I am personally used to any beauty appointments being one on one and in private rooms or at least having more distance between me and the other customers. This studio is small, so if you are like me just be aware that you are close to other customers getting beauty services.
