I had my eyebrows done at another salon and they didn't look great, so thank goodness Shami slowly removed my old microblading eyebrows, and now they look normal. Now with laser their machine is awesome, I did my entire body, lasered my legs after 2 sessions, results are amazing. after 6 sessions I barely have any hair, I come for touchups once a year! no more shaving or waxing!!! I had my eyebrows microbladed About three years ago at a different place. I have black hair and I felt that the color choice the aesthetician picked for me was to brown with reddish undertones. I called evolve beauty bar and spoke to Shamiran. She is very accommodating considering that it is important that Micro blading on a Saturday is a must for me. She quoted her price which also includes the touch up in about five or six weeks and did a very good job of using black pigment to cover up the reddish undertones i was left with. I have gotten a couple services at this business, which is not the issue. The customer service is awful..... I will never return to business. Personally, I'm ONLY available on the weekends and they book up fast. Which booked them out really far out. I really wanted to get my lashes done here so I decided to book the appointment far out. Although I did have to reschedule it a few times. Since life comes up and the appointments were so far out. Each time that I called to reschedule, it was more than 24 hours due to their disclosure which I DID READ... recently I completely forgot I had an appointment and I got called 4 days before the appointment... which is 96 hours BEFORE. A SNOBBY woman called making smart remarks about how I had always rescheduled and so on. Which makes you not want to go in for any service... So I had to cancel it and I mentioned that I had completely forgotten. Well this SNOBBY lady laughed and canceled it. I then received an email that I was not getting a refund back for my appointment. I called back and was told that a manager was going to call me back. Turns out the so-called manager was a snobby lady who originally called me. This so-called manager stated that she had spoken to me in the past and told me I was not getting a refund if I canceled... ALTHOUGH I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT AND THEIR DISCLOSURE DOES NOT STATE ANYTHING ABOUT CANCELLATIONS NOT GETTING THEIR REFUND BACK. They're so thirsty to keep a $30 deposit. I was in a bad car accident and have a scar on my forehead threw my eyebrow and I couldn't just choose any artist. I had to have the best, and Sammy is definitely the best. She made me very comfortable and made sure the tender spots on my eye were not painful while she did the process. I had a chunk of skin ripped off from above an eyebrow.! It's been four weeks, and I still have the mark from where the scab was, have never had my eyebrows dyed nor my eyelashes. I had a special occasion and thought I would give it a try. Christine took care of me. I asked for her to do threading on my eyebrows. She did not. She must have used a wax strip. All of the sudden my felt rip rip above each eyebrow. It was uncomfortable, but tolerable. My eyebrows were dyed nicely. I thought they would have done the lower lashes, but they did not. They only dyed the upper lashes. Those I thought came out too light. When I got home, she had ripped off a fairly large chunk of skin above my left eyebrow! Not only was that a major mistake, but I then had to go to my special occasion with a scab above my eyebrow. It's been four weeks and you can still see the mark from where the skin was ripped off.
