Tammy was more than happy to answer any of them, she gave me all the time in the world and showed me many pictures of her previous work. After talking to her I felt confident and scheduled the appointment. She was very willing to work with my schedule which was a tough one. She came in on her day off and even earlier than normal business hours. So 1st appointment.. very thing was very professional and clean. She never rushed once. She took all the time she needed to draw on the brows, measured them several times, let me look and make suggestions on where I thought they needed changed. She never rushed me as I stared into the mirror 100 times to be sure I was happy with the drawings. The drawing process took around 2 hours.. now onto the numbing and starting the micro blading. The numbing cream work perfect, there was no pain only thing I felt was the pressure of the blade. She did her thing, asked me several times "you doing okay" and when she was near the end once again she let me look to see if I seen anywhere that needed a few more strokes. We both agreed they looked awesome. She cleaned them up and put the liquid bandage on. Explained the healing process, gave me some hand outs and stressed that this was a dry heal. DO NOT GET WET!! She even offered to wash my hair in a few days if needed to be sure I didn't get my eyebrows wet. The next 8 weeks of healing went perfect. 2nd appointment.. went just as well as the 1st. She asked me where I thought they needed touched up as I am the one that has looked at them everyday for the last 8 weeks. She did the touchup where I suggested and also added some where she felt they needed it. Letting me look several times to make any changes I wanted. End Result.. PERFECT EYEBROWS!!! SOO REAL LOOKING! The lady who worked on my brows seemed to be the owner, she was really nice and even tried calling one of her coworkers to come help out with the crowd. The brows itself are a 3.5, I enjoy the ending of my brows, but the front of them are off. I usually get my brows done in black but the ladies recommended me dark brown, and I was not disappointed. The only thing I would change is the front shape of my eyebrows, at least this is fixable with some concealer but if you are looking for brows that need some work, just keep that in mind with going to this location. I had lip blush done about 3-4 years ago by someone else, and it was honestly a horrible experience. Over the last few months, I kept asking Anna if it was really supposed to hurt that much or if I had just gone to someone who didn't know what they were doing. Like any PMU procedure, it's never going to be completely comfortable, but it also shouldn't make you want to quit halfway through which is exactly how I felt the first time, and I have an abnormally high pain tolerance. Anna reassured me that it really shouldn't be that painful, and she was absolutely right. I'm not trying to knock another small business, but the difference was truly night and day. The first pass has to be done before numbing, so naturally that's the most uncomfortable part. After that, Anna reapplied numbing cream multiple times throughout the appointment, and honestly, all I could feel was the vibration of the machine. One thing I really admire about Anna is that she's constantly learning and testing new products to give her clients the best possible experience. She actually tried two different numbing creams during my appointment to compare them. The first worked ok, but the second was hands down the best numbing I've ever experienced. When I told her, she immediately thanked me for the feedback and said she'd be switching to that one going forward. That's the kind of dedication she has, she genuinely cares about making every appointment as comfortable as possible. The appointment itself is about three hours, but the time absolutely flies. Anna is so easy to talk to, has a great sense of humor, and somehow makes the whole experience feel effortless. One thing I love most is that opening her own storefront hasn't changed her at all. She's poured her heart and soul into building her business, yet she's still the same humble, kind, and genuinely grateful person she was before. She's the definition of a girl's girl. For anyone curious, we created a custom color by mixing Brownie Pink and Choco Mauve to get a more neutral brown-toned lip. We tested several combinations on my hand until we found the perfect shade, and I really appreciated how patient she was. She wanted to make sure the color was exactly what I envisioned before we even started. I am beyond happy with how my lips turned out. They already look incredible, and the healing process has been unbelievably easy. The first time I had lip blush done (at a different place), my lips swelled to nearly four times their normal size (I'm not exaggerating) and stayed that way for five days. I was so embarrassed that I wore a mask whenever I went out. This time? Virtually no swelling, and healing has been a breeze. I can't wait to see the final color once everything settles over the next few weeks. Anna deserves every bit of success that's come her way. She continuously invests in herself, her education, and her clients, always looking for ways to improve an experience that's already exceptional.
