I went to get a Brazilian wax here. Although she was very nice, her technique is horrible and she caused me so much pain. I have been getting Brazilian waxes for over a year now and have never been caused so much pain before as I am used to the pain now. I was literally jumping off the table and was unable to get a full Brazilian due to the pain and horrible techniques she was using of putting the wax in both directions, putting wax against the hair growth instead of with, going in circles with the wax on the skin when applying, and pulling in random directions. I got home and checked the hair again and there was so much hair left over even in the parts that she waxed so I had to get another wax done on the same day. I texted her asking for a partial refund or even to just talk about her techniques due to it being a poor job with so much hair left over but she blocked my number almost immediately and I was unable to call her. I would not recommend going here as the esthetician is not trained properly. I was extremely unsatisfied and shocked that such a nice girl blocked me instead of talking through the matter at hand. Instead of talking through the matter, the esthetician just blocked my number. That to me is very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
