I relocated to the area & have been struggling to find a nail salon. After trying several salons, I can say that Adora nails is top notch. Nick is awesome & has given me exactly what I have asked for. I get so many compliments on my nails.

An example of how their equipment is taken care of

I came here by mistake as I thought it was a place recommended to me by a neighbor but it turned out that I had the wrong place. But I also came here due to the 4 star rating. I made an appointment through their website. They had many openings on the same day, which I later realized the reason for that. I received a confirmation text message of the appointment and had thought it was a convenient way to make an appointment. I got there an hour later and there were no other customers but several workers and they were not aware of my appointment so I don't think it matters if you use their online appointment services. No one there on a Saturday was surprising to me at first. A few people trickled in later though. Their no-chip nail color selections were small compared to other places so I didn't end up getting colors I originally really wanted. If you see their equipment in the back and around the place, you will see that they are not taken care well, nor are they clean. The two stars is for the price and their service. I appreciated how the nail tech made sure that I was satisfied with the color I chose. I did not like my first color choice after she put it on so she checked in after painting one nail before she proceeded. And did the same for my other color choice. She also did a nice manicure job.

Mask left on and flaking off all over

I have gone here before and usually the services are good but this time was different. I chose to do a mask, which is supposed to be wiped off but I still have residue all over the back of my legs, my feel are stuck to my flip flops, one of my legs was not massaged at all, and my heels/toes callous were not taken care of at all. I also left with my feet and legs feeling dry and tacky. I'm disappointed. The tech was nice but just seemed indifferent.

first time there, amazing customer service came in an hour w/ appointment before closing for me and two of my friends, was 10 minutes late and was still accommodated so well! amazing work by the way , not going to disappoint in design! also 5% off if u pay with cash, def worth the drive and will be coming back! i paid only $65 plus $2 for using card + cash tip(middle set)

Dip manicure - 2 chipped nails (middle finger and thumb), 8 days since the appointment

I was able to make an appointment online which I liked, but when I got there it didn't seem they looked at my appointment. I selected the 2 services I wanted, but it seemed to not really matter - when I walked in they asked if I wanted a pedicure so I said and a manicure. When the manicure started they just did regular dip but I was wanting to try the dip full set (selected this for the online booking). I just continued with the regular since I hadn't done a dip full set before so I figured I could try another time. It's not a big deal, more of just a pet peeve to book an appointment with details and it seems to be for no reason. I like the option of the online appointments to select the services so I make sure I say they correct thing. They had limited color options. I picked the same color for fingers and toes but they look like 2 different colors for some reason. I did a dip manicure and I was not told the color they used changed with temperature, I only noticed when I got home and the color looked different. 2 nights after the appointment I noticed my thumb had chipped. I have never heard of dip chipping before. I got back from a trip last night (8 days after the nail appt) and I have another chip. I also tried to use the 10% off for new customers, I had the code that was emailed and texted to me but they said I couldn't use it. Everyone was nice and it wasn't crowded.

Please, if you are looking for a new salon, take a chance here. Everyone here is so kind and CARE about their work. Evelyn is my go to and absolutely exceeds my expectations every time I go. I wish I had taken more photos of the work she has done because it's so wonderful. Here's my most recent set from her. I highly recommend them again and again!

Went in with a picture for reference and Nick did an amazing job. Definitely coming back!

My nails are all crooked and jagged...dry skin all around my toes and cuticles.

I frequent this salon EVERY 3 WEEKS for a full paraffin wax pedicure. Ive never had any issues. Upon today's visit I could tell they were busy and the man that did my pedicure was pulled from the nail station. I offered to WAIT for someone to finish but was assured "this is fine". He refused to clip my nails stating "filing them is easier", skipped the warm lotion massage I paid extra for COMPLETELY, and didn't even remove all of my previous polish!! My feet were still covered in visible dry skin as well as my nails being uneven and even SHARP in some places!! I asked several times about these things and he just said "in a minute" repeatedly. While my feet were in paraffin he walked around with his latex gloves on in touching everything in sight and then proceeded to continue my pedicure without changing them!! He refused to use the polish I asked for as he found one that "looks better" and I STILL sat patiently and politely giving him the chance to finish. Once it became apparent he was NOT going to rectify this I asked why not. He put my arm rest up and said "you go, I'll pay for it"!! I hadn't even spoken up until this point!! His "manager" came over and physically FELT the dry skin on my feet and he then looked me in the face and said "nothing wrong". I left and will NOT return. Side note...the woman across from me was also walking out as she had been both burned and bruised by her technician today!! I can understand a bad day but I'm a long term customer (that regularly tips 25% MINIMUM) and felt very disrespected. I'm leaving town in 5 hours and now have to find a salon to finish this HORRIBLE job!! Go elsewhere!!

I wouldn't advise buying a gift card from Adora. Their gift cards/gift certificates expire 6 months after purchase.

My pedicure took over an hour and a half, and the whole process felt very disorganized. I ended up being helped by three different nail technicians. The first tech didn't seem confident and didn't really know what she was doing, which set the tone for the rest of the appointment. Overall, it felt uncoordinated and inefficient, and I left frustrated with how long everything took. I expected a smoother experience, especially for a simple pedicure. I honestly have never in my life wanted to walk out of a pedicure appointment, but I did feel that way and wish I had left.

Second was for a pedicure I have brought a friend for pedicure side-by-side and the person I brought sat in the water until it got cold and there's somebody else has time to come and do the pedicure which when I call, I explained I would like to have two pedicure side-by-side at the same time and they say no problem. Thirdly, I got a 90 minute massage deep tissue $134 plus tip so $165 out the door and they don't have sheets on the bed. They have like a dentist paper sheet so as they're rubbing you with oil and lotion, you literally stick to it. It's a horrible texture. It's not a relaxing feeling. It's crowded with boxes. People were stocking the rooms around me so that's all I heard was the banging of everyone stocking or one person stocking throughout my whole hour and a half. My masseuse was great. but it's hard to relax and for that price I feel like it should be quiet. I don't want to see boxes every time I come in like it's a hoarder house.

A few hours later, I arrived and Hanna was my nail tech. I got my old no chip/gel removed and replaced for $43. The color I chose was a deep burgundy, almost dark brown/purple, not too far from my usual preferred colors in the fall. It was ZGel 84 "Camp Ground." The salon was pretty full, and I was seated promptly at a station next to another client. There were two stations side by side that flanked the side wall. The other wall were pedicure chairs. This seemed like a popular place, and while it's not a hot-hand-towels sort of place, it was a good quality mani for a decent price. Hanna took her time and carefully filed and shaped my nails to the shaped I preferred, and was gently with my one broken nail that was a little shorter than the others. There are TVs with cooking shows playing (perfect, for me) and I was in/out without issue. I was satisfied with my mani and Bella Nora seems like a reliable salon! Judging by the good reviews (which is how I found and chose this place) and the quality of their services, I will be back!
