It was ok. Came in for 2 no chip manicures. Mine was very rushed by the lady. Sat down and she had a bit of an attitude as soon as she saw my nails (I bite but have been very good lately so they were longer). Barely cut/pushed back my cuticles and didn't even have me wash my hands after filing. Dipped my nails into nothing but cold water for .2 seconds before pulling them out to dry and paint them. Paint job was super rushed and a bit patchy and sloppy. Mom's was better because the man was more meticulous and respectful which is why I kept it at 3 stars. Don't think I will come back. read more

Just recently moved to this area so I wanted to try a new salon for a pedicure. Unfortunately they don't scrub your feet and remove all the dead skin which is the only reason I went in (I usually color my toe nails at home). I got the Basic Package since it stated it removes all the dead skin and cleans nails and massage included. It's winter so I just need the minimum really just wanted all the dry dead skin off but I was really hoping they would do a good cleanup of all the dead skin but they left a lot so that part was poorly done tbh. After he was finished with color I noticed quite a good amount of dead skin hanging on bottom of my feet and also nails weren't cleaned that good either I'll be having to touch up and removing dead skin when I shower later. Color was also okay, my right big toe nail is a little crooked. Mentioned it but he just giggled and didn't fix it. Most likely won't be going back but it was an okay experience overall. I went in here because I was across the street in a bookstore and I was wanting to get my nails done so I thought why not, it's so convenient for me right now. I went in and it's a typical nail salon, nothing fancy at all I asked if they could do special designs and they said yes. Fast forward to the end, my nails were not done in exactly the way I had asked for and they were crooked-badly shaped. I paid 60 for them and I don't know if that is the going rate. Stopped here after work for a fill in. Nail polish was applied terribly. I got white gel polish and it was all bumpy and lumpy which is super noticeable on white nails. The tech I had did do a hand massage and give me a full bottle of hand lotion with the service, but probably because he knew his service wasn't up to par. I have never been more impressed with service. Michael is the absolute best. I changed my color after the lady was rushing on it because i did not like it. He got free and even went with me to find the perfect color. He did swatches and everything. Take in mind this is 30 min after closing time. He was very meticulous and detailed with his work. Tried here for the first time about 5 days ago, I looked up there prices online and checked out some of the reviews and decided to give it a try, I'm VERY dissatisfied and disappointed! I've never had such poor quality nails before! I haven't had the nails on for a full 5 days yet and a nail already came off ! The prices where also more in store then they have posted online, I asked for coffin shape and got charged the average extra 5 dollars for them to to be so poorly shaped they're still square! I asked the nail tech to shorten my nails 3 times and he caught a attitude with me and I just left them the length he had them, the polish is chipping off as well, also as you can see in the pictures on each nail there is lines of another nail polish color leftover on the brush they used to paint it, they didn't even bother to try to fixed it and rushed me out of the store. My new favorite nail salon in the area! My sister & I made an appointment for a full set and a fill in for 5 pm tonight and they closed at 6. They were very patient with both of us and the taller gentleman offered us drinks and reminded us many times that if we weren't pleased with our nails or wanted to change anything that we could! They took their time making sure both mine and my sister's nails were perfect, and it shows! They were doing our nails even past closing time and were in no rush at all to have us leave. I've always leaned more to the tom boy side but every now and again I like to get pampered, too. If I'm at my parents' place and want to get a pedicure, I'll go with my mom to this place. I was really disappointed and underwhelmed with my experience here. I have a salon that I always go to that does a fantastic job (US Nails in Naperville), but I was pressed for time and this place was only about a mile from my house, so based on the reviews here, I gave it a shot. I went in for a pedicure and no-chip manicure, my usual combo at my regular salon. The technician spent almost 2 hours on my manicure alone, and not in a pleasant way. My manicure was interrupted multiple times and very painful. My thumb nails sometimes have ridges in them and he used the electric file typically used on acrylic nails to grind down the ridges in my thumbs, filing off so much nail that I had painful red spots all over and am still suffering from breakage as a result, 6 weeks later. As if that wasn't bad enough, the actually paint job was sloppy, he left a ton of my cuticle untrimmed, and he kept complaining that the polish he was using was "shrinking" on my nails. It was such an unpleasant and painful experience that I left without getting the pedicure and went out of my way to go to my usual salon. For all the time that was spent and the money it costs for a no-chip, it was a complete waste. I won't be back. read more

Let's just say I just Moved to crest hill not knowing where I should go for my almost weekly services! First of all the customer service is the best I've ever had by any Asian nail salon. (Not racist) they were kind they ever offered my boyfriend who was sleeping fresh off work to sleep in the pedi chair n get massage. They care they are nice. They have perfect energy. They have soooo many colors to choose from. Very clean. Very neat, offers water. Affordable. The quality of the nails are everything. They have so many pedicures. I'm thinking the signature pedi was just going to use new smell good lotions or something. No I actually got an upgraded well thorough pedicure and the massage was strong and amazing (by a woman) the products they used smelled amazing I almost asked to buy for home. Went to this place last friday... The people were nice and all but this was the first time I tried No chip. They told me to come back if my nail chips. Which it did 3 days later (my sister gets hers done all the time and they never chip...
