I and my two daughters went in , and got our pedicures done. Then I got my nails done, a dip with a Pink French tip. I paid $165.00 for everything. I guess for what I got done to my nails I paid 55 for my nails. The next day I lost three of the nails and the rest are chipping away one by one. All they said was they will give me $10 off my next visi. That is not good enough for me. I feel I should get a free set on my next visit. My nails are 3 days old and they look like shit. read more

My fiancé and I have been getting pedicures here for a while because we like the privacy and that they serve cocktails. We get the same $65 pedis Every time. This last time, the woman asked my fiancé if he wanted to add the steam before hand? We were confused and maybe thought she was being nice because we are getting married this weekend, but turns out when we went to pay it was $125 each! I could not believe they upcharged us on a package so non-chalantly in the back. We didn't even understand what was going on. She never mentioned the increase in price ALSO the guy kept having to fix my steamer because it didn't even work half the time. I didn't even care because I didn't know I was paying double for the steam!? We went to check out at the front and the young woman working wasn't even going to break down the insane total she was asking for. I asked her how it got so high and she started pointed at this other package that we didn't order upon arrive and saying we upgraded. The package came with mocktails but we ordered separate cocktails bc we didn't know and they took 30 mins to even receive when they're already pre made in a can. The whole thing was insane, we expected to pay $65 + $15 if we wanted to splurge on no chip for the honeymoon, and we left there $290 in the hole. Ridiculous and definitely feel scammed. read more

I have been to this salon twice in the past (not including this visit) but only for pedicures, I always loved the experience and decided the other day to get the works. A pedicure and an acrylic full set. Pedicure went amazing. But when it came to my full set, I have never seen acrylic be laid the way the tech did it. She started at the bottom of the nail and pulled it towards my cuticle area. I had acrylic laying all the way on the side of the my nails, onto my skin. And I had acrylic build up under my nails that she hadn't cut off. It was globs of acrylic that covered the points of my fingers. After asking the tech to fix it twice, she got frustrated and had the male at the front desk come over. He told her she needed to narrow the nails. Still, it wasn't fixed but I stayed polite and continued to tell her it wasn't right. She got frustrated and told me, "you don't like it, I'll take it off and you'll go with someone else", she continued to repeat that 3 times even after I said okay I understand. She removed the nails and I had acrylic all over my sweater and hands. At this point, I had multiple cuts on my fingers and my nails hurt. The second tech tried to fix it, and they were okay. But all the nails were different lengths (the thumb nails were way longer than the other fingers), some don't fit the whole width of my nails and not once was I asked to wash my hands to remove the access acrylic. I wish I would have taken pictures of the dried acrylic on my hands but by the end of the appointment, I was in tears from frustration and I had been there for almost 3 hours. i went to get a fill in here and they said it would be $35 for the fill, then they charged me $10 extra to fix just ONE nail, okay... doesn't really add up but i decided to give them a second chance and went for a fill in with no fixes. now the price for a fill is $45. make set prices and stick to them, it's weird to change your price every time someone comes in. i will never go back here it's not trustworthy. my nails looked pretty decent besides the ONE nail that had to be fixed completely. the second time i went my nails looked very thick and rounded edges when i asked for sharp square nails. service isn't that good and prices change on a dime. don't recommend read more

The workers (some) are nice and listen to what you want some don't and get an attitude when you tell them you don't like something or want something fixed. My boyfriend and I came in at 1pm on a Sunday and we both got a "my honey " pedicure which i guess does not come with no chip (+15) which is crazy to me. Larry did my toes terrible. Phuong Truong had to come over and fix my feet and fixed them as much as she could but I still wasn't satisfied. Following over to my nails, my go to is always sharp stiletto. It took THREE PEOPLE AND TWO hours for them to fix my nails. That's ridiculous. They still didn't come out how I asked them. I was there for so long I was just ready to go. The total price was $250. For the amount of time and missed mistake and 5 people doing my nails that's ridiculous. I will not be back and I do not recommend. read more

I have been going to this place for a while. Usually get the my honey pedicure. The past 3 times I've had multiple issues but I never say anything because it is usually minor like once the water was super hot I ended up saying something, second time they got me the wrong color but I figured whatever I'll try a different color. This time though..... well. Very unhappy. the tech I had literally cut all the sides of every toe and some of them literally are raw and red and bleeding.... my nail color is already chipping and it hasn't even been a few hours. Also there is a bunch of polish on the sides of my toes that I had to peel myself... honestly I didn't even want to complain but I'm more afraid I'll get infections and ingrown toenails because of this more than the hack job of coloring..... I've given this place too many chances with the last one well being the last one. One day after my nails were done they chipped and broke. I went back and they did do them at no charge but had the guy who originally did them redo them. He was not happy. He questioned the last time I had them done and it was 11 days prior so I was walking around with broken nails for 10 days because I couldn't get back there due to work and being sick (I called owner the next day after they broke/chipped), he also was rude, I had to tell him to replace one nail since it wouldn't match the length of the others. They are not all the same shape. I had to tell him to put another coat on one because it wasn't covered. He couldn't care less about doing nails. He shouldn't be doing them. The owner though is fair and I really like her, but she isn't training her staff and they all seem unhappy. Plus they will have full blown conversations in Vietnamese without even talking to who is in front of them. Sad read more

My experience here was just okay--not terrible, but definitely not good enough for me to return unless I was in a desperate last-minute situation. The pedicure itself was fine, and my nail tech was kind, but the overall environment and customer service left a lot to be desired. A nail salon is supposed to feel relaxing, not stressful, and that's where this place really missed the mark. I had an appointment and walked in, made eye contact with staff, and still waited about five minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I'm pretty easygoing, so I brushed it off--until someone walked in after me and was helped immediately. Only then did someone rush over to assist me, which didn't feel great. The check-out experience was even more confusing. I walked up to the register, while moments later, a group of women crowded the other side. The hostess seemed busy. When she finally spoke to me, she pointed me to another register but didn't clearly direct the flow of the line. When she realized I hadn't gone to the back of the group's line (despite arriving first), she sighed in frustration before helping me. Meanwhile, the male manager just stood behind the counter watching everything without stepping in to improve the situation. Overall, the atmosphere felt disorganized and not very welcoming. A nail appointment should feel like a treat, and I left regretting that I spent my money here. I'd only recommend this place if you really need a pedicure and everywhere else is booked. Myself and Granddaughter were regular customers for almost 2 years. I began to notice that pricing began to be different over time even though we obtained the same services each time they were different. I began to question pricing and one of the times I was told to not be given a receipt and on top of that I was told that this instruction was given by one of the owners - Cindy. Now, I understand that pricing can always be subject to change but after viewing my receipts and their overall pricing, this was not the case! I had been given bad nail service more than once and still gave this business a chance. To then decide not to return after another interaction regarding pricing with Cindy, that was the last straw. She also would ask my Granddaughter what services that she would like and she's only 6 and then charge me without even notifying me of an upgrade, etc! Totally inappropriate. I recently began to go to a new nail place that I hadn't experienced before and from day 1 the service has been top notch, the staff is wonderful and pricing is straightforward. I would not recommend Deja Nails to anyone as they run a dishonest business without integrity overall. read more

My nails good! Although the guy kept getting angry he couldn't do the French tip right so he had someone come over to do them. He was very nice and said sorry multiple times and offered me water. Good customer service ! And gave me what I wanted. BUT sometimes they tend to make the French tip like thick or chunky looking so let them know to fix it!!!! Also they tend to make the edges a bit round when getting square but u can fix all of that by asking them to fix it. They are super nice ! read more
