The lady who worked on my brows seemed to be the owner, she was really nice and even tried calling one of her coworkers to come help out with the crowd. The brows itself are a 3.5, I enjoy the ending of my brows, but the front of them are off. I usually get my brows done in black but the ladies recommended me dark brown, and I was not disappointed. The only thing I would change is the front shape of my eyebrows, at least this is fixable with some concealer but if you are looking for brows that need some work, just keep that in mind with going to this location. Mamta, the owner, threaded my mother-in-laws eyebrows, while myself and my sister-in-law were threaded by the other artist. All of our eyebrows turned out the way we wanted, as both artists were willing to listen to our direction. Mamta added another special touch by showing my mother-in-law one of her eyebrows to ensure that she liked it before matching the other one. A pedicure and an acrylic full set. Pedicure went amazing. But when it came to my full set, I have never seen acrylic be laid the way the tech did it. She started at the bottom of the nail and pulled it towards my cuticle area. I had acrylic laying all the way on the side of the my nails, onto my skin. And I had acrylic build up under my nails that she hadn't cut off. It was globs of acrylic that covered the points of my fingers. After asking the tech to fix it twice, she got frustrated and had the male at the front desk come over. He told her she needed to narrow the nails. Still, it wasn't fixed but I stayed polite and continued to tell her it wasn't right. She got frustrated and told me, "you don't like it, I'll take it off and you'll go with someone else", she continued to repeat that 3 times even after I said okay I understand. She removed the nails and I had acrylic all over my sweater and hands. At this point, I had multiple cuts on my fingers and my nails hurt. The second tech tried to fix it, and they were okay. But all the nails were different lengths (the thumb nails were way longer than the other fingers), some don't fit the whole width of my nails and not once was I asked to wash my hands to remove the access acrylic. I wish I would have taken pictures of the dried acrylic on my hands but by the end of the appointment, I was in tears from frustration and I had been there for almost 3 hours. I wanted to love this place but unfortunately I will not be returning.
